The staff was friendly and helpful and tried to solve the issue over the phone. We ended up driving to the store. The employee was able to adjust her machine and she was able to keep sewing for the rest of the retreat. I am sorry I did not get the names of the two very helpful people. First of all, I am super grateful that there is a Home Depot an Traverse City. we have had a great experience with them on a 99% of the occasions where we have gone there or needed something or ordered something. When I call, a wonderfully pleasant woman answers and helps me out. When I go, I can always find someone to help me come out which is a pretty neat trick and given the worker shortage. While I always try to support local businesses when I can, there are times when you need the selection or the value of a Home Depot, and this location does just a good a job as any other!
