The ice maker started acting up six months after delivery. We had a service tech come out to the house 4 or more times to fix it, and it still sporadically works. Not happy, I've called twice since the last visit, no callbacks. I wouldn't recommend Max's, service doesn't seem to be their forte anymore.

The Staff were able to fix the bobbin and saved my friend from having to purchase a new one. Another quilter's machine was acting up. The staff was friendly and helpful and tried to solve the issue over the phone. We ended up driving to the store. The employee was able to adjust her machine and she was able to keep sewing for the rest of the retreat. I am sorry I did not get the names of the two very helpful people. I was very impressed by the great servce my friends received.

Bride wasn't scheduled to pick up dress until 2 days before wedding, then they tell her they are closed because she is sick. My daughter was so stressed.
