Naturally, the mailbox was full and I was disconnected. I'm afraid they rely on the return services of the schools and their athletic programs and don't have to put much thought or effort into new orders. Very disappointing.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I went in today to look for a new sewing…read moremachine. The shop staff and owner were great and so knowledgeable. I haven't sewing in forever and want to start again! I shared what I was looking for and Becky took her time showing me the sewing machines and their features (hands on). She went above and beyond answering my questions (even stayed open late for us) and made me feel comfortable in my decision.
