EXCELLENT. The initial appointment (Fernando) Listening to our needs, coming down exactly on time doing a pre-work walk around. They brought in knowledgeable hard-working crew full yard cleanup of overgrown shubs, even knowing how to poodle shape some of our shrubbery. From our Bird of Paradise, Eugenia, Portacarpus etc. Full Cleanup. Hauling everything away. Very Satisfied. Thank You again. Jesus.Gardening read more

Needed a lawn care for our grandma's home as the front was looking terrible. So I called out this service to take care of it. They did an amazing job. Their team was on time, thorough, and very efficient. They did exactly as they stated they would and as we requested. The prices were more than fair for the work completed. I think i have finally found the spirant of lawn services. I hired them for continued lawn care for her home, and will have them do other projects as well going forward. read more

Fernando and his team did a great job on my backyard remodel, prices were very fair.I had two others quotes from different companies and the estimates were insanely high. Fernando gave me a fair price and was able to bring my vision to life perfectly, very happy with the work and the how the backyard turned out. Highly recommend them for any landscaping needs. read more

Jesus' prices are fair and they show up reliably, which is why we've kept the service, but you do get what you pay for. We originally had recurring lawn and shrub trimming for our front yard, but due to a lack of detail and inconsistent quality, we scaled it back to lawn-only. Our shrubs were often chopped in odd ways, as if the trimmers were run through them quickly and haphazardly. We eventually decided it was better to maintain our bushes and shrubs ourselves. The lawn mowing and edging are generally good, but we were really disappointed to find that the trunks of our young perimeter shrubs had been damaged. It seems that because the mower couldn't fit, an edge trimmer was used around the trunks, but without enough care, resulting in deep nicks to the thin bark. Another example of poor attention to detail. read more

Our patio had become overgrown after years of neglect, so we wanted to find a lawn maintenance company to level our trees to fence height level, remove any weeds, trim back our plants, and haul away the debris. We contacted a few people through Yelp, but Fernando was the most responsive over the phone via text and phone calls. After sending him some pictures for a rough quote, we were able to schedule an in person visit from him to provide a more accurate quote. We felt it was very reasonable and competitive to other quotes we received, so we went with him. He was able to get his team over to our place the very next day, and within an hour of his friendly and respectable team arriving, our overgrown patio was cleaned up like we had never seen it before! They were so efficient and got to work immediately, and we are so happy with the results. Fernando even provided some advice via text about what mulch to buy so as to repel mosquitoes and insects. As you can tell in the before and after pictures, the difference is night and day, and anything that was trimmed back like our roses will grow back even better. We would recommend Jesus Lawn Maintenance to any of our friends and family, and we will definitely use them again in the future! read more

Called a few landscape companies around Lakewood and Fernando over at Jesus lawn was the only one to come out, and give me an estimate within a day including sprinkler repair. Communication , and the quality of the work speaks for itself. There are many ways to install new sod and I can say without hesitation Jesus lawn did it right. Fair price, great results and Fernando kept a watchful eye and even came back a few times to make sure all was working as it should. Highly recommend. read more

They perform exceptionally well, promptly addressing specific requests and ensuring the completion of tasks to the highest standards.

They had fast and efficient communication, they did an awesome job trimming back a huge cactus, bushes, weed wacking a bunch of weed and huge firestick plants for a reasonable price. read more

These Gardner's are horrible. They do a half fast jobs and they expect to get paid! Every thing was over grown. They come in and leave in 15 minutes that's if they show up. They keep saying tomorrow but they never show up and on top it they want access to your credit card number!! Do yourself a favor and find another Gardner. read more

We've been happy clients for several years now. The team is so professional, clean, and efficient. I can't believe I didn't leave a review sooner because they deserve it. I'm glad we have them to care for all our lawn services. They've gone above and beyond by trimming falling branches. Thank you! read more

Fernando and his team did an outstanding job! My lawn was approximately 3 to 4 inches above the sidewalk level, but that was no match for Fernando's team. They dug it out in about a day and a half, then installed a new sprinkler system and fresh sod. If you're looking to redo your lawn for a reasonable price, contact Jesus Lawn Maintenance. read more

Always on time, quick, and thorough! I'm so happy I found them through Yelp and scheduled service.

Jesus was quick to respond to my Yelp request for cleaning up the front yard of my condo. The cost was reasonable and his crew was able to come out quickly and arrived at the promised time. My cactus were trimmed nicely and all dry leaves & weeds cleaned out. Invoice was e-mailed to me and payment via credit card made it a breeze. I'm having his crew return for routine maintenance so I am happy with everything. Highly recommended! read more

I needed a tree and bush cut down. The crew came did the job and left my backyard like it was never there. Great work!

I hired this lawn maintenance last year and have been happy with them, until this year. They are constantly double billing me, telling me they can't find my payment, even when I screenshot the paid receipt. It has been six weeks since anyone has come to mow the lawn, even though I have been requesting service for two weeks, now I have full grown weeds. On top of which I believe that they have been billing me for a neighbors yard. Do not hire them. read more

Messaged Jesus Lawn Maintenance on Yelp with photos of our yard and what we needed done. We received a prompt response from Fernando with a quote, and scheduled the following day! Fernando and his crew came out and took care of our front yard demo super quick! They were professional and friendly and careful. We had them dig up the front yard, and demo the brick planter near the house for our upcoming redesign with Cal natives and new concrete. They took care of working with the city (Long Beach) getting the permit for the dumpster and had it delivered a day in advance of the job start. They also did a separate haul away of the brick, concrete and green waste with their own trailers. A side note to the great job is that while they were working with the rototiller I had a concrete estimate going on. Fernando recognized the volume and dust being kicked up might be hard for us to communicate and he had his crew stop for a second , without me asking. That is a considerate business person to me. Definitely would recommend them! read more

Spoke to Jesus and his team on a Tuesday, and my pile of dirt was removed by Friday morning. Very good at responding to my inquiry and they came out the next day for a quote. I'm hiring them for the work.

We set up an appointment on Yelp to have Jesus take a tree out of our backyard. When the day came and he missed the window provided, we messaged him asking what was up. He messaged back and just said "we ended up moving all extra jobs for tomorrow". Wth? No apology, no heads up. We could have done other things with our morning instead of waiting for him. When we asked if we could get a discount for the inconvenience, he offered to give us the low end of the original estimate. It was something, but not quite enough to make up for our lost time. Poor form, Jesus. read more

I Scheduled a appointment with this company two days ago. They were to give a estimate for pavers and possibly landscaping on my front yard then if all went well my backyard was next. I stayed home from work to meet the estimator. I never got a call they just never showed up! I'm so disappointed in people leaving there business cards on our door to solicit business. They must not need work because they didn't even show up to give the estimate! Update apparently Fernando was in a accident and he couldn't make the appointment or call. He rescheduled and showed up. read more

We had so much troubles with our lawn that we finally decided to re-sod and redo the sprinkler system. Had several people come out to give quotes and decided to go with Jesus Lawn Maintenance because Fernando was very professional, responsive, clear and punctual. It took a couple of weeks for the sprays to kill the grass and about 4-5 days for the rest of the job. Their crew was here early in the morning until sunset for about 4 of those days. I must say that the crew busted their butts on this yard. Fernando would text, call and talk to me for any decisions required and for general updates. The before and after photos can speak for themselves as to the quality of work that was done. What is not shown in the photos is the clear and professional communication that was maintained throughout. If you are looking for help with your lawn, you must give these guys a shot! read more

We recently moved in to our new home and had some bushes and trees that had been unattended and overgrown. Jesus gave a fair quote and was able to work on my back yard before the end of the week. And not only did he and his team take care of our overgrown trees and bushes but cleared out another area that wasn't discussed and left it better than it was. They really know what they are doing and a pleasure to work with. A++ read more

Jesus lawn care gave a great quote, arrived on the expected time, and finished the job quickly. Would highly recommend them.

I had a simple project, get rid of a bunch of rocks, weeds, and a tree stump in my front yard. Sounds simple but man it was time consuming and too much labor for us to do it. 2 guys showed up and completed the project in like 1.5 hrs. It would have taken my husband and I probably a full 2 days lol. Paid what I was quoted. Good customer service. read more

Truly exceptional follow through along with honesty and pure kindness. The consultation process was smooth and Fernando was gracious in giving us a reasonable monthly fee for our landscaping needs. Frank serviced our lawn and he was kind and paid attention to every detail. We requested that he use a hard edger instead of a string trimmer and he was more than happy - in fact the lawn looked incredible with a crispy deep edge. Thank you Frank!! Although, we are still bummed that we lost our previous lawncare provider that became like family for over 18 years - we look forward to Jesus Lawn Maintence becoming family for a lifetime. read more

They did an amazing job with our backyard AND front yard. Both yards were a hot mess. We asked for the trees to be trimmed, piles of leaves to be raked, mow the grass that was overgrown and untouched for half a year, we had dead potted plants everywhere that we didn't know how to dispose of. But they came in for a free consultation (very responsive), we explained everything we needed, and within 2 days of the consultation, the job was done. Not only did they trim everything, but they disposed of everything like we wanted. Very easy. And the price was so reasonable. They accept cash or check as a form of payment. I would ask for their services again. read more

Jesus lawn maintenance puts out some great work. Communicative. Punctual. Clean and friendly. Did a great job with my lawn and treated it like his own. Also made a valiant effort to clean and spray down any mess that was left behind. Also took things a step further than other landscapers have by clearing out the overgrown flower bed. Jesus and his team did an excellent job reviving my backyard. They removed major weed, overgrown trees and hauled away all debris at the end of the day. After my yard clean up, I hired them to install artificial turf. They did a beautiful job. We love our new grassy play area! These guys are extremely hard working and provide quality work. Every request I made was fulfilled. Fernando was my point of contact. He came out to assess my backyard on the same day I called for an estimate.
