They did a good job, but I wish there was more communication as to the fact that when I asked for the weeds to be removed, it should've have been communicated that if I wanted the complete roots to be removed it would've been an extra charge. I was under the impression that when I asked for the weeds to be removed it included the roots. When I asked Ever, he was polite and attempted to rectify the miscommunication, but by the time he was able to come back out, I was already working on other outdoor projects and it didn't make sense for him to come out and spray root killer when my husband can easily do that. I requested a quote to remove present bark/mulch with ground cover, pull all weeds and prep the dirt for weeds, apply new ground cover and new bark. We hired Rincon 4 Landscaping to prepare our backyard for a birthday party in Whittier. They were able to do a hardscape which included picking up debris from trees and shrubs on our pavers. Able to pull weeds growing out of out pavers as well and applied weed killer to ensure no regrowth. They were able to trim tree branches hanging over into our yard as well trimming and squaring off approximately 25 feet worth of shrubbery on the side of our house.
