He was…read moreable to schedule me for the following week, arrived right on time, and was professional and easy to communicate with from the start. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. He took the time to pull the weeds growing between the decorative rocks around our pool area, which is a high-traffic spot that has always bothered me and was often overlooked by previous gardeners. He didn't just do a quick surface-level cleanup--he was thorough, and the difference is noticeable. My front and backyard look so much cleaner and better cared for. He was also completely comfortable working around our chickens and rooster, which was a big plus for us. I'm very happy with his work and am looking forward to continuing with monthly service. I would definitely recommend Ignacio to anyone looking for someone reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.

We…read moreused the yelp function to reach out to multiple vendors at once and even from his first response, I could tell he was very professional vs others. He came over the very next day to look at the lawn and understand the scope of the project. We had our lawn rebate application approved by WaterSmart and had very specific requirements to qualify for the rebate. He took good notes and came back with a competitive quote that met all the requirements for the program. He laid out timelines, scope, requirements very clearly and delivered exactly how he said he would. When he needed input from us he would ask us (like which stone color we preferred, which mulch color etc). They handled the entire project from start to finish -- removing all the old turf, hauling away debris, and grading the soil to prepare the area for planting. They installed a drought-tolerant landscape that included new irrigation, mulch, and a variety of California-friendly plants, plus one ornamental tree to meet rebate requirements. The crew also helped with final cleanup and made sure everything was ready for the SoCal WaterSmart rebate inspection. If we have future projects, he would be my first call. Thank you Ramon for your help!

I had asked him to do some light landscaping one time, and he sent me pictures of what he was thinking while at the nursery. They did a good job, but I wish there was more communication as to the fact that when I asked for the weeds to be removed, it should've have been communicated that if I wanted the complete roots to be removed it would've been an extra charge. I was under the impression that when I asked for the weeds to be removed it included the roots. When I asked Ever, he was polite and attempted to rectify the miscommunication, but by the time he was able to come back out, I was already working on other outdoor projects and it didn't make sense for him to come out and spray root killer when my husband can easily do that. Needless to say, they did an overall good job and would refer them to neighbors.
