Scotty has been doing my lawn for about a year now. In the past I had checked into lawn care and land scrapers to do some small jobs on my small property. I hadn't had much luck getting anyone to respond on Yelp. My prior Gardener just disappeared during the start of covid lockdowns. I was stuck inside myself, and by the time I could go outside I had a jungle of a few weeks. This time I was blessed because Scotty was actively looking to grow his business and responded. I couldn't have been more pleased. He was so careful with Covid guidelines and positive and willing to help me. Scotty has been a blessing. He has helped me keep my property in good shape all through the Covid year while I was overwhelmed with work. He even did an extra job planting some sod in the front of my house for me. I always look forward to his visit because he takes pride in his work. He will happily send you photos with a before and after if that will help you. He is open to doing additional small or large tasks for a fee and tries to fit you in his schedule to the best of his ability. My neighbors saw that he does a good job taking care of my property, and they asked for his business too. I would say that speaks highly of him. I hope you will consider asking Scotty to do some work for you. If you are open to sharing positivity and good vibes, you will get much in return. read more

After my previous gardener of 18+ years moved in July, I started calling around to get quotes for basic front/backyard mow and edge & some trimming of a palm & bush in the front. Received quotes nearly double the amount I was previously paying without even coming out to look at my yard because their quotes were a "monthly flat rate". Was also still waiting on others to return my call. Then I called Kokonut Lawn Care. Didn't need to leave a message because Skotty picked up and said he'd be over within the hour to take a look at my yards & give me a quote! He was pleasant on the phone and in person very friendly and easy to talk with. I explained what I wanted & we negotiated a price for bi-monthly service & I was sooo happy when he said he could come by that same week to start work on my lawn. He was on time and did a great job! He's also very good with his communication.. he's come by 3 times so far and each time texted in advance to confirm. I've been so pleased with his work and I especially like the way he does the edging in the front yard; it's a really clean look along the walkways that reflects Skotty's special attention to detail! I highly recommend Kokonut Lawn Care for your lawn care maintenance. Skotty is the owner.. he's professional, reliable and a very nice person! Call him; he'll listen to what you need and do a great job for you too! read more

Needs a reliable gardener asap. Current gardener was cutting corners. Skott was recommended by the owner of a prior project I had(tree trimming). I'm glad we made that connection! Skott takes pride in his craft and works CLEAN. Skott is nice, polite, has reasonable prices, knowledgeable, honest , respectful, communicates and is professional. In this day and age, setting up payments are a breeze as they do business electronically too. Our yard looks so much better!! read more

First visit today from Skotty. Let me start by saying our grass is horrible, it is spotty, has two different types of grass and does not grow well. All the concrete work was a mess when we moved in definitely not very pleasing to look at. Their was a lot of clean up to get done since the yard has been neglected for the last three months, between a sick elderly parent and four children to care for and housework(moms i know you are feeling me on this one) i barely have time for anything else. The yard looks WAAY BETTER Skotty stayed for hours to make sure all the leaves(a ton of leaves near the gate)all the weeds on both sides of the house were done and i only asked about one side of the house being done because it was like a jungle of weeds but he did both sides...pretty awesome. If you want someone who will come in and take the time, who is nice, polite and easy to talk to and makes sure to communicate well with you on ur lawn needs then Skotty is a good choice! Glad i went with kokonut lawn care. Thank you so much! read more

My lawn was overgrown and most importantly covered in weeds. I asked about a quote to do the front yard for a one time fee and ended up seeing my front yard the best it's ever looked. He pulled and cut the weeds in between our bricks . Absolutely loved the way the front yard looked and asked him to come back. He even made time to do our back yard while he was here. Both from yard and back yard for 80. Scotty is absolutely respectful, passionate, and COVID friendly wearing masks as well. Definitely will be signing up for monthly service . read more

Scotty did a great job with doing a full cleanup of our backyard, which was overgrown with weeds. He took care with the work and charged a very fair price - he made a point to explain that he is trying to keep his prices reasonable for his customers. We are signing him on for biweekly maintenance for both our front and back yards. He is also communicative and sent me updates related to his arrival time for the job, etc. Glad we found a good person to keep our yards looking clean. read more

I had been looking for a couple of weeks for someone to come and do landscaping because I was moving out. Scotty returned my call on a timely manner, we worked out the time for him to show up, he showed up early and went to work. It was a little cloudy, Scotty worked through the rain and did a great job. I would highly recommend anyone to give Scotty a call, he is very professional, affordable and does quality work. read more

I am so thrilled that I finally found Scotty!!! He is very Trustworthy and thorough. He's a keeper.

i cannot say enough good things about this company! I met Skotty about 8 months ago and he has been my Lawncare Specialist ever since. I have rarely met someone with such a great attitude and the love for one's job that Skotty displays. He does an Awesome job each time he comes to take care of our yard, whether he is just cutting the lawn or trimming the trees. And the edging that he does really makes the lawn "Pop"! He did a great job setting up the timer for the sprinklers and made some suggestions that not only keeps our lawn green, but it also saves us money because of the way he set up the schedule. If you are looking for a Lawncare Specialist who takes great pride in what he does, please make sure you call Skotty, you'll be happy that you did! read more

Our front and backyard was overrun with weeds after all the recent rain and we needed them cleaned out ASAP. Scotty quoted me a very reasonable price on Saturday and was able to come out on Monday (a holiday, no less). He arrived early and worked all day. That man is a machine! The amount of work he did by himself was amazing! On top of the great work he did, he was so courteous and communicated with me throughout the day to let me know what was happening and to ask how I wanted things done. I absolutely recommend Kokonut Lawn Care and will definitely be calling them again. Thank you, Scotty! read more
