Tony is the man! There are a lot of gardening services around, but Tony is special. He was the fastest one to reply to my inquiry, and it was only fair to check out my lawn in person to give me a proper estimate. He came to my house for the scheduled consultation and gave me the best price. After seeing my lawn, I asked if he could fix my sprinkler and lay out landscape fabric and mulch to prevent weeds and maintenance. He said he would measure what I need once he finishes the lawn cleanup, which I liked. The day came, and he cut my grass and cleaned up the weeds in my lawn. He also capped a broken irrigation line I had from the previous owner of the house without any issues and installed the new sprinkler I had mentioned. He measured my lawn and gave me the price for the mulch with a landscape barrier. I agreed, and he went to Home Depot to pick up the materials in his truck. When he came back, he laid down the barrier and mulch to perfection. He also went the extra mile by removing the sprinkler heads that aren't needed anymore, which I appreciate about him. All in all, Tony is the man for the job. He's easy to communicate with, and he works hard. I will recommend him to my neighbor, who is looking for a new gardener, and will hire him again for my next lawn project. Thanks, Tony! read more

The quality of the service was very good. Had a piece of the city sidewalk taken out to replace a broken pipe. Pipe was replaced and sidewalk repaired. Time from the service request to the repair job was very short. The price of the repair job was considerably Less than other gardening services. Quality of the service conducted was awesome. I would recommend this company to anyone needing gardening services and lawn watering services. read more

To quote Tony, "Wow. Really, Christina." I have never experienced such unprofessional, disrespectful, and sexist behavior from someone I hired for a job. Tony started great. I hired him to take the weeds out of a small area on my back patio, remove the rocks, and clean out a small section in my front yard. I was quoted $150 to "clean up, to till soil weed free, prune front plants and till soil and remove rock. It includes haul away fee to disposal center." I thought the price was reasonable. I asked him if he could also remove some bricks since he was already hauling the rocks and charging me for it. AWESOME! I thought this is so great. I wasn't home when he completed the job so I say I would pay him after I looked at the job. Glad I did as it was not well done. When I went home, it went DOWNHILL. I came home to see many rocks still in the backyard soil. I called upset and Tony was incredibly rude. I stated how I wasn't happy that there was still rock in the soil. He said, "Are you serious?" You are complaining about 2 rocks. I told him there was clearly more than 2 rocks. He said he did the best that he could in removing the rock and he couldn't remove all the rocks. He saw the rock in the soil when he gave me the quote. Since when is removing most of something acceptable? I would have been OK if it was just 2 rocks. However, as you can clearly see in the picture there were at least 30 rocks. I didn't even remove all of them. I had the joy of removing them since he couldn't complete the job. After laughing at me for being upset, repeating my name "Christina are you seriously upset about a few rocks?" YES I AM! Tony had zero customer service and could not even take responsibility. All I wanted was the job I was quoted. It was definitely not worth any discount. He offered a decreased payment of $100 since he did not remove the rock and did not offer to finish the job correctly. When I said OK. He said Wow, Really Christina." There are many other professionals in the area that will help you. Avoid Tony. I certainly will never use him again. read more

Tony's Gardening Services - The "2" rocks Tony said he didn't remove in my backyard. This isn't even all of them. Don't use Tony. - Gardeners Near Me

His work is impeccable, his pricing is very reasonable, and his customer service is spot on! I interviewed about 10 gardeners through Yelp. Most of them were flakes, and never responded back, and some had super unreasonable prices. It's so refreshing to do business with someone and not have one doubt that you've picked the right person! Not one unraked leaf, or blade of weed left behind when I reviewed the work. He obviously takes pride in his work, and after I get done referring him to all my friends, he's going to be maxed out - so scoop him up now, why you can! You won't regret it! read more

I'm so happy to have finally found an outstanding gardening service! Tony does an amazing job! He knew the type of grass and plants I have and how to maintain them. He also fixed my sprinklers, which are often kicked out of place by foot traffic. He has put the sprinkler heads back in place a number of times without extra charge. My yard looks amazing! read more

Juan got the job done on repairing our broken sprinkler pipe and some weak sprinkler heads. Our issue was that we had a cracked sprinkler pipe 5 inches under our mulch in the front of our house. When we would turn on the sprinkler, water would shoot up 15ft in the air. We were able to locate the cracked pipe, once we did that, we searched for a landscape contractor on Yelp. We were quoted $250 from another contractor who just just gave estimate on Yelp messaging. Further, when we reached out to Tony, he was responsive on Yelp messaging and asked if he can come by the following day to check the sprinkler leak. I said yes, and he came by at our agreed upon time, and he evaluated the issue, and the cost to fix it was extremely fair and reasonable! He was honest and professional which I highly appreciate! He was available to fix it at the moment (I was thinking he may need to come the next day), he just needed to run to store to get materials, and came back and fixed it within the hour as he mentioned. I'm super happy our sprinkler system is now fixed. For some of the weak sprinkler heads, he was able to fix within minutes. Also, he shared some valuable information on our lawn and recommended some ideas to keep the grass green and lush. We didn't even know what type of grass we had, and he knew top of his head what type of grass we have, how often needed to fertilize it, and how to mow it. I would highly recommend Juan for future landscaping/ sprinkler services!!! Thank you Juan! read more

Tony was attentive and prompt in responding to our initial queries about his services. He came out to our home, gave us an estimate, and we scheduled a time for him to come. He came at the scheduled time and did a good job. We paid him and gave his crew some ice water (it was a hot day). We cancelled our previous gardener's service and set up the next time for Tony to come. We then never heard from Tony again... He stopped replying to any messages on Yelp. He never gave us a phone contact despite us asking more than a few times. He was great when he showed up. We have no idea why he ghosted on us afterwards. read more

So far so good! When my husband and I decided to have a Lawn to Garden front yard we never dreamed it would be so much work. What planet were we on? It's very beautiful but a lot of work and gardeners aren't much interested in maintaining a lot of plants and trees not to mention dymondia! Dymondia is beautiful but don't believe anyone when they tell you that it's stronger than weeds. Not true. For us, it's been a lot of work. Tony has been here only once but already done more on his one visit than the last fellow did this past 15 months. Fingers crossed things continue to go well. read more

I have written only three reviews in my whole life. I am writing this for several reasons. Yes; Tony cuts my lawn and maintains special projects for the backyard. A -plus on that level. I would imagine there is a lot of B grade to A-plus gardeners out there., However much broader then that he is so caring for the living plants he takes care of as if they are his own. That is great; Tony makes it to A -Plus on many other levels too, he is so polite, so respectful. If there is an issue that needs attention he helps me understand why and if I have a problem I need him to attend to he listens very carefully and follows through precisely as asked. He sincerely cares about my home, plants, my lawns and most of all me. He is ethical and honest. If it's a job that's extra, he explains why he needs to charge, what does and he gives the lowest price for the highest level of service. Thank You, Tony, you are deeply respected by myself and my entire family. John Soldo read more

I contacted Tony because I needed gardening services and yard clean up for a property I was managing. I'm not from the area so I didn't know who to contact. I found him on Yelp. Tony came over right away and gave me a quote way below what others had given me. He did an excellent job and went beyond the services I requested. He even hauled away all the old patio furniture, junk and yard clippings for me at no extra cost. He is also a nice guy! read more

Tony is professional and courteous. He called the night before to confirm the job and showed up on time. He removed all the grass and dirt from our parkway in preparation for drought tolerant landscaping. He did an EXCELLENT job - the parkway soil is rock hard and almost impossible to manage but he did it right! Also, he also cleaned up afterwards leaving the area looking great. Thank you Tony. Highly recommend this local, family-owned business! read more
