What a lovely generated AI response. I'm now amending my original two stars to one, because of the following:
Lived experiences are not simply "opinions," particularly when I was cut twice and bled during your services. Diminishing and discrediting a customer's firsthand experience with lofty, defensive language and what reads like an artificially generated response is offensive.
I came to your studio four times because I genuinely wanted to like it. My review reflects that. I specifically praised Iryna and described my first experience as amazing. But one good experience does not erase the subsequent ones.
The fact that I had three different nail technicians and three very different experiences actually reinforces my point: the quality and consistency of the service varied significantly. The one commonality was that the appointments were all extremely time-consuming.
In different visits, I experienced Gel-X nails lifting prematurely, being cut during pedicure services, polish that was uneven, bumpy and streaked rather than smooth and shiny, and builder gel that began peeling after only three days. Those are not abstract "preferences." They are observable results of the services I paid for.
And regarding your response to my comments about your "fume-free" environment: I never claimed that fume-free means dust-free or that gel products don't require curing. I simply questioned whether the overall experience was as "low-tox" as the marketing language might lead a client to believe when there is significant airborne dust and exposure to gel products and curing lamps. Those are reasonable observations from a customer who was physically present in the studio.
As for pricing, yes, your prices are disclosed. That does not mean customers are prohibited from concluding that the service they received was not worth the price. Transparency about a high price does not automatically make the resulting service worth that price.
And I'm from Miami, trust me, I know what good nail service looks like with such a saturated market and extreme competition. For the prices you charge, I do not consider this to be good or consistently executed nail service, nor do I consider the salon's seating and overall customer experience comfortable enough to justify the premium.
I didn't write my review because I expected perfection. I wrote it because after four visits, I had enough firsthand experience to conclude that the quality, consistency, comfort, and results did not justify the cost for me.
You are certainly entitled to stand behind your business. I am equally entitled to stand behind my actual experience as a paying customer without having it reframed as an "incomplete or misleading impression" simply because you don't like the conclusion I reached. read more
