I've had three different ladies do my lashes, (Sophia, Sam, and Kristen) all three are consistent in giving me what I want I'm always comfortable while getting my lashes done, even to the point that I fall asleep . This last appt had to be rescheduled due to Sam being sick, and they got me in the very next day with Kristen. I came to GT lash and brows to get a procedure called powder brows also known as semi permanent/permanent make up. I had Gia The owner do the procedure. It started out good as she was doing measurements and everything looked legit. When it came to her doing the procedure, I had shown her in advance pictures of what I would like to achieve. I was looking for a natural look. It reminded me of a child that cannot draw in the lines. I left there hysterically crying and unable to even look in the mirror because it was so awful. It looks like it almost a unibrow. I asked if she would refund at least half of the money due to dissatisfactory. The shape is completely horrendous for my face and not at all what I was looking to achieve. Also, taking into consideration how much money I will have to pay someone else to fix her work if that is even possible. If you are looking for a natural look then I would not suggest her services. If you are looking to resemble a clown then I would highly suggest her services. They take no accountability when a customer is dissatisfied. They also have no compassion, empathy or care for the tremendous emotional stress that they put their clients through. A complete disregard for others is what I experienced! My first time there was ok. Problem #1 (forgivable) - They put me with a newbie that wasn't real experienced. I'm from Southern California and am use to high quality service. Since I was using a Groupon, I could understand them placing her with me. She was "ok" but not the best quality. It was obvious she is new at the craft. My second visit was much better. I got Brooke. She did a great job especially considering the short amount of time given. Problem #2 - I needed a refill and I was booked for a "mini!" Wow! Really?! So I moved from the east coast of Florida to the west coast of Florida. I really like Brooke and I am willing to travel to schedule my appointments in Vero (GT) with Gia (who I was assured is very good since she is the owner) for 1 refill and Brooke the following month. (Brooke wasn't available for July.) Problem #3 (unforgivable) - they changed my appointments to "available people" and guess who I learn I'm scheduled with THE DAY BEFORE my appointment? Yep...the newbie!!! (I already drove to the treasucoast too.) Apparently, my business and generous tips are not valued. You don't change personnel without asking FIRST! You definitely don't switch an experienced person with a newbie! And, you don't wait until the last minute to do so!! That's three strikes people. You are OUT!! You got more than 1 star only because Brooke elevates your business! I was willing to travel to you. Now, I wouldn't cross the street. ***Update: The feedback response was completely off. My first visit was a Groupon. Newbie acceptable. Second visit was FULL price. Great job by tech but time was short. A refill was requested, not a mini. Third visit was also FULL price booked with Gia, but it got changed (NOT by me) & booked with Newbie. I NEVER threatened a review. I would be more than happy to publish what was sent to me and my responses. The review was done FIRST. I received emails from the company to "fix" things AFTER the review. This is my go to lash spot in Vero Beach. I will never go anywhere else. It is so clean and my technician, Lauren, it always so thorough and has my lashes looking the best they've ever looked. I have been to other shops that just overdid it, and made my lashes look like big bird's elephant friend on Sesame Street. Lauren also has my lashes looking natural, but with some extra volume. I am so upset with Gia the owner. Arrived for my appointment yesterday. She called me back to her area and proceeds to tell me my credit card didn't go through the last time I was there. She says at this point show me. Basically placing the ownership on me to prove I had actually paid my prior bill. Oh my God really? Thank God for phone apps...was able to sign into my bank and prove it went through. She said no that wasn't the amount. I said I didn't know what she was talking about the amount I paid was for lashes and brow waxing. She continues to insist I had another appointment with her 5 days after my original appointment and leaves me at this point to go in the front of the salon. I followed her and now she is insisting I never signed my receipt and pushed enter to submit. I was mortified at this point because everyone had eyes on me. I continued with saying I had no idea what the heck she was talking about, furthermore a phone call prior to this appointment would have been appreciated. She then says this is no big deal. I said hardly,,,you have already made this a big deal and I'm going home and will never be back. So she says ok have a nice day very sarcastically. An hour later I get a call from her receptionist apologizing for Gias immature behavior. After all Gia is only 24 and God placed this woman there to help Gia grow up. Oh my God I couldn't believe my ears. I told her I appreciated her call, however a call from Gia apologizing would have been better. Bottom line I was treated disrespectfully, rudely and even when I proved her wrong she STILL didnt apologize to me. I will never go back to this salon and you should think twice about using her as well. You never know when it will be your turn to be tongue lashed. read more

I was using GT Lash and Brows the last several months. The owner Gia was doing my lashes. It's not cheap, $150 for a full set, then $45 for a fill. I had an appointment today. Gia showed up late and called me back to her area. She looked me straight in the eye and told me my credit card hadn't gone through the last time I was there. I replied, "yes it did" and she said "show me!". So I signed into my bank, brought up the transaction and showed her. She argued that wasn't the date of my last appointment and the amount was too much. I reminded her she also waxed my eyebrows. She still didn't believe me and proceeded to the front of the salon and I followed. She continued with you never signed your receipt and so it wasn't submitted and it says you had another appointment of Jan 10th. Now all eyes were on me as others were having nails done etc. At this point I was so embarrassed. I said I have no idea what you're talking about, I was here on Jan 5th not the 10th and I just proved to you my credit card transaction cleared my bank. She continued to argue with me and at this point I told her this conversation was over and so was the appointment. She said, "fine, have a nice day". She never apologized once she confirmed I was there on the 5th, not the 10th. Later I received a call from a woman apologizing for Gia's behavior stating that "she is only 24 and immature". NOT, didn't want to hear that and so I told her she shouldn't be calling me to apologize, Gia, THE OWNER, should be calling me. She continued with well that's why she was there to help Gia grow up. Oh my God, really? I guess it was all about her. This situation could have been handled so much differently, with professionalism and courtesy, instead it was handled with rudeness and childish. I will NEVER go back to this salon and recommend anyone thinking about using Gia to not use her. My lashes never lasted more than a week. She's rude and stinks at her job. read more

After seeing their response to my first review I decided to give it a second shot and schedule another appointment. I read from some of the reviews about the wine and coffee, which many other "spas" offer. Well, I guess you have to be from the in-crowd to receive the special treatment. Once again the technician was lovely, but let's be honest. There are better places, the dividers between areas are just curtains and I was able to hear about every single customer service issue they had. Double booked appointments, people showing up at wrong times. For the amount of money being paid you expect a more relaxing environment. Even the nail place at the mall has better service, a private room and relaxing music tailored just for you. read more
