I've gone to Brow Arc since 2018. When I moved to Daytona, there were now in the area, and I tried 2 different threading places up there but they both sucked. I just recently moved back to the area and one of the first things I did when I got here was go get my eyebrows done. I really never request anyone specific, and they've all done a great job. I went in today and the service was ok...after I checked out, one of the last prompts on the credit card machine is how well the service was...without even allowing me to select, she quickly hit excellent....the service was not excellent...this is the second poor experience I've had at this brow arc...I've had wonderful experiences with the short hair female, she actually listens to the customer...but the other two could use some lessons in customer service. read more

I have been going there for 6 years and have always had fantastic service until today. I went in today and ask the young blond girl that was working if there was another way for me to sign in without using my phone number and she was actually working on a customer when she told me to sign in and she sucked her teeth, rolled her eyes and with a very nasty tone replied "I mean I guess you can hit continue on the I-pad" and before she could finish I walked out and went to another place in the mall and had my brows and lip waxed instead. I work with a bunch of women who also go here and told them what happen. I will never step foot in that place if that little girl is working or anybody that I work with as well. I just moved here from San Diego and LOVED my girls at Brow Arc there. They were so nice and accommodating and I trusted them with my life, because let's be honest- no one can mess up your day quicker than your brow lady. So I came in to this location yesterday and informed one of the girls who were working last night at 6:30-7pm I'm particular about the way my brows are done and I knew exactly what I wanted and needed done as I've been doing this for awhile now, anyway the girl who I was speaking with was SO RUDE to me the entirety of the time I was there, I asked her name and she smirked at her friend and told me really fast intentionally so I wouldn't understand her, then looked back at me sarcastically and rolled her eyes. I laughed because I couldn't believe she was treating me this way and it took everything in me to not get up and get out of her chair. I did let her do my brows because I drove to get them done, but I was very hesitant due to the overall experience. She did an okay job but I just wanted to say...if you're going to be mean...you might want to pop a breath mint in beforehand I won't be back or recommending this location to my fam or friends! read more

Don't do it!!!! Don't let the blonde older lady touch your eyebrows!!!!!!! She apparently doesn't know what an arch is ! My eyebrows were crooked and I left there hysterical ! The woman who did my brows was nice and she did a decent job. However she rang my card up for $20 instead of $12. That was no big deal to me - mistakes happen. It was when she and the other woman working told me they were not allowed to process refunds in the store. If I wanted to get my money back they said I had to call their corporate office in the morning. To me that is completely unacceptable. How can you have a shop where you provide services and sell products and not be allowed to process refunds. The one lady pointed to the cameras above the register and said they watch us and they said we aren't allowed to give refunds. You have to call. They absolutely refused to give me a refund because they were afraid they would be in trouble if they did. At that point I said they could give me a store credit and they said no, they kept telling me I had to call. All this over $8!!! I then asked for a copy of my receipt and they didn't know how to reprint it. I had to do it myself and show them how to do it. To me, this just shows how little this company bothers to train their employees. I know they are brow artists, but if they are ringing up customers they should know how to process transactions. I was leaving for a vacation out of the country the next day and I didn't have time to call. I did get one message from them while I was gone so I know they are aware of the situation. I've called everyday I've been back and left three messages at their "corporate office" and no one has returned my call. I disputed the charge today and will NEVER go back there again. read more

Walked in to ask a question about eyebrows and the lady was with a client. And She saw me walk in but never acknowledged me. She just kept doing her thing. I walked in today to get my eyelashes enhanced. The lady told me they would last 10-14 days. I paid $49 for them. They were not what I was expecting. But I thought they looked ok. When I got home they were already falling out and I didn't touch them. I think I got charged for wrong ones. I had glue all over my face. They are also uneven. I would never go back there. read more
