We've been to Hamilton Diner many times and the food is consistently delicious. On this visit, our home fries weren't quite as crispy as we'd asked for. It was a small thing that honestly wouldn't have affected our rating at all -- we know how busy things can get. What impressed me most was Ari personally coming to our table to apologize and bringing out a fresh replacement. He didn't have to do that, but he did - and that's exactly why we'll keep coming back.
