Hardly anyone had good reviews. (I think it's because people write reviews when they're unhappy and stay quiet when they're not.) I want to be the exception, because Dr. Seung Lee at Novato Smiles Dentistry deserves to be found. I came in a little nervous, as most people are with a new dentist. Dr. Lee immediately put me at ease. He's a great listener, gentle, and takes the time to explain your options without making you feel rushed. He was on time, efficient, and treated me like a person. Getting a crown is not something I was willing to do with just anyone, and after this visit, I knew I'd found the right dentist. When I mentioned my Invisalign retainer, he made sure it would work with both the temporary and permanent crown--no extra charge, no big deal made of it.
