Bridget seemed to have a weird change in appearance when I was in the office the beginning of the year. Bridget a couple of years ago was very mean to me and when filling out an invoice got the year wrong. She did fix it when pointed out to her. There is some bait and switch game going on with the appointments available online for booking. Two appointments I booked online were cancelled immediately and one when I called the office they gave some clearly a lie for the reason. For my recent appointment that was cancelled, I booked another online for an evening hygienist that was not Sam (Sam has a bad attitude problem) and I called the morning of the appointment and my hygienist appointment with the part-time hygienist was not available. When I told Bridget (office girl) I will be writing a review she offered me an appointment that next day, but that is not okay. When Lindsay and Bridget (office people) got me very angry two years ago, I wrote a review. And Dr. Kantor left a voice mail message and asked me to delete it and asked what I wanted in return for deleting it. I did delete it then, but it did not seem right to accept his offer for something in return, and I did not ask for anything in return. However, I will not be deleting this review. I give Dr. Kantor 4 stars and hygienist Sam 3 stars. Sam can do the job but seems to have severe attitude issues. The office seems to have a policy the first time you are seen or the first time with a hygienist to get good service but after the first time the service declines. And the office has a high turnover. If you book online, be aware of appointments listed that aren't available and complain about bad office staff. And please read other 1-, 2-, and 3-star reviews.

She did it twice and then refused.She never wore her Invisalign again.We were legally obligated to the 5 grand even after I explained the situation. Three years later we go in to have holders on teeth removed .When I mentioned to a person working there what had happened,she shrugged her shoulders and said -same with my son. But 5 grand,shrug? Kids! I had given up three years ago! You can't force them in their mouths! Lo and behold- we get the before and after pictures-send with pride!We did it! Her teeth weren't perfect but look pretty ok. But she never wore the Invisalign prescribed! So beware.Initial treatment day was so convincing and then you're basically on your own or your child's to take photos and send them in from home. Wasted money and worse-fights over wearing them, unfortunately not totally needed treatment. Lots of toys for patients and lovely staff but actual Dr contact minimum at best.I did call and ask cuz my Invisalign Dr checked every 6 weeks and these are kids with growing teeth and subsequent issues.

This team is so kind, soothing, professional, and most importantly, gentle. I have never found dental visits to be relaxing, and I actually left my teeth cleaning yesterday more calm than when I arrived. That's amazing! They are also transparent about procedures and cost, and I feel like they truly authentically care about their patients, and their field. Dental visits don't have to be scary! lucky at cards, unlucky at love they say... i won't comment much one way or another about that,…read morebut based on the accuracy of this kind of old-truism I wonder if there's similar advice from wise ones who know about teeth. in my case, whatever it was i had to do to get lucky about dentistry i must have done so in spades. by that twisted opening i mean to say i've had virtually no problem with cavities or root canals (whatever they are) or implants or much of anything. i also seem to be blessed, whatever that means, with luck when it comes to finding parking places in big cities, i mean like they're just always where and when i need them. others have noticed and can confirm this. so it was a bit of a shock when my regular dentist, Judy Husen who is excellent by the way, announced in a gentle voice recently that you know there's like a little problem in the very back with one of your upper molars, a crack has developed and inside something evil is developing. it's not cancer or heart disease or senility but why not address the problem sooner than later, eh? at this point I needed a bit of time to get used to this idea of losing one of my oldest friends, but then I asked for recommendations, someone who could do what was needed with as little discomfort as possible. that's how I wound up contacting Dr. Mynesberge. to cut this typically overwritten review shorter, i'll end it by the best i can say about his work: tooth was gone while i was somewhere else thanks to some combination of wonder-drugs, and to my amazement there was not a bit of after effect, no swelling, no pain, no problem. YMMV but Dr. Mynesberge is fantastic.
