The last plumber that tried to repair it could not stop the leak, and I explained to Jovani the issue and he was quick with a response of the problem and maybe what had not been done. The last plumber and another plumber stated that I would have to remove the tile to replace the valve. I waited a while before writing this review because I wanted to see if the shower valve was fixed, and it has not leaked and I am impressed with his knowledge and expertise as a plumber. The kitchen he installed a garbage disposal, two faucets and re-plumbed the whole system. His prices are fair and if you're looking for quality plumbing he is your guy!

It took him about 20-25'. The technician was skilled, polite and efficient. I wrote them a check, but I was not given a written estimate, nor was I given a receipt. NO itemized information on the charges at all. It seemed like a lot of money!!! I called the secretary later that afternoon and she had the owner call me back. He listened to my concerns and we arrived at a compromise. So, just be informed of the charges beforehand and get multiple estimates if you can. All three men who installed the mini-split were bilingual (Spanish/English). Despite some other small issues, they did a very good job on the mini-split installation. One word of advice, don't let them install the remote control between the light switch and the door...you'll bruise your knuckles trying to turn on the light. Also, they will cap the gas pipe inside, not behind the wall unless you request otherwise.
