The implant worked very well and does not cause any problem for eating. It does however tend to trap food at the space below the tooth surface adjacent to the neighboring teeth. It proved to be problem for me to clean this in between space. After looking over the x-ray images of the implant, Dr. McMillan devised a plan to minimize the space. He removed the implant and filled in the inter teeth space by adding to the implant to remove the gaps. 3 visits later I have my modified implant that no longer serve as a repository for food. I have no problem cleaning out the space with a waterpik. Great job Dr. M.

I canceled my appointment two days before the scheduled procedure. What shocked me was that the office kept $1,800 of my deposit. I was never asked to sign a financial agreement or cancellation policy explaining that I would lose such a large amount if I canceled. When I asked for an explanation, I didn't feel the situation was handled fairly. I'm sharing my experience so others know to ask detailed questions about deposits, refunds, and cancellation policies before paying any money. If you're considering major dental work, make sure you get every financial policy in writing before making a commitment. This was my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.

They are great at keeping you updated with text message reminders which I love. When I called they were able to email all the forms required and I was able to complete everything online before even coming in which made everything flow so incredibly smooth, so shout out to the front desk for really making the process truly seamless. They are on it like hot cakes with keeping things safe regarding CO-VID 19 which really gives you peace of mind. Only 2 people are allowed in the waiting room at a time, and temperature checks are required for everyone. Once you get in the chair everyone works together so well to get you taken of, it's impressive. I had the honor of having Michelle and Laura (+ a few other ladies whose name I forgot to ask, sorry!) help me out and those two paired with Dr. Mason helped make my anxieties go away during my visit. They really take their time to make sure you are safe, comfortable, and 100% okay with everything going on as they tell you what they're doing every step of the way so you're not wondering what's going on in there. Not to mention everyone I encountered there has been sweeter than sugar. It really is just a pleasant place to be! After visiting Dr. Mason's office I can really look forward to my regular dental appointments instead of dreading them like a chore. Can't wait to see everyone there again!

The incident ruined my teeth and beautiful smile I once had. Within about a month my teeth turned black on all of the areas that the grinder touched. Two teeth have since rotted and have fallen out. Most of the appointment was the x rays. The dentist said it seems I need a root canal. That I have a lot of work and I should get everything redone with an estimate of $13,000! I went in for a tooth ache. I think that was as extremely aggressive and a good way to scare me off. I was only offered antibiotics but never pain meds. I was told they would be called in immediately they were not. I had to call in the next day and remind them while I was in extreme pain. I felt like I lost $150 and left scared.
