This past weekend, we went out of town and our friend pet sitter last minute could not take care of our (3) fur babies. Panicking, we reached out on Yelp, and Pet Sit Pros came out on top because of their fast responses and very reasonable prices. They were even able to accommodate a quick turnaround meet and greet to make sure it was a good fit which eased our anxiety even more as our husky could be a handful if they are with a non experienced husky dog walker. Our husky and two cats loved them as we saw in the photos, which were sent every session along with a session recap. When we returned, they were as good as if we never left! Our house was also clean as they cleaned up our husky's wet pad. Big shout out to Fernando, Vanessa, and Jason who allowed us to enjoy our family trip by taking care of our fur babies!

From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and incredibly caring. I have an older dog named Sammie who can be a little set in her ways, but Meg and Nina Marie were so gentle and thoughtful with her. They came every day to feed her, take her on walks, and sent me updates with photos and texts after every visit. I could tell Sammie felt completely safe with them. She waited by the door every day for their arrival (as seen on the Ring camera), which melted my heart. They also helped with little things around the house, like rolling in the trash cans, and I came home to a perfectly clean and calm home. Jay, the owner, is extremely responsive and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even smoother. If you're looking for someone to care for your pets the way you would, this is your team. The office is an hour away from me, so getting it from the office is not easy, especially with their operating hours. I decided to get the food refilled through an online site. I needed the written prescription, which they never gave me. It's over 3 weeks of asking and the doctor is "too busy to write a prescription for me to buy the food from somewhere other than from them." Is the margin that high on the food that they'd be so petty to not give me a prescription that I was issued from an exam I paid for? Do they not care about my pet's health? I know kennels in general will keep your pet caged, including the bigger board & care places like pet stores and such. Sleepover Rover was quick in contacting me and providing potential doggie sitters. It was great having open options. I think it's better to leave your pets in the care of a family, to minimize the separation anxiety for you & your pets! Our host , Inna, was very gracious to receive us into her home. We wanted to visit and give our dogs a look-see at their next home for a few days. She allowed us to visit, dogs and family members, not just once but twice. We were able to spend a good half-hour with them each time. She was so nice, and her husband and kids certainly made our dogs feel at home. She also reassured me over the phone on the first and second nights of our stay apart from each other. We did bring the doggies' own food, treats, beddings and food /water bowls (to given them a sense of the familiar while away from home). We got both pets (a Rhodesian Ridgeback Boxer mix & Terrier Beagle mix) back all safe and sound, and none the worse for wear. I definitely would recommend this service to anyone looking to board their pets. At the end of their service, her boys gave us the sweetest drawing of the dogs and themselves and this note: Don't forget us! I kept it and it's still on my refrigerator!

Very Disappointing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with this dog boarding/daycare facility. We had used it before without issues, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Our dog stayed there from June 25 through July 9, 2026, with daycare twice a week. When we picked him up on July 9, we discovered a significant hole in his ear. No one had contacted us, and the receptionist said no injury was documented in his file. Staff could not explain what happened or identify which dog may have caused it. We were directed to the facility's veterinary hospital, where our dog had to be sedated, stitched, and treated with antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. He also had to wear a cone for three weeks. We were charged for the medications and requested reimbursement from both the veterinary hospital and daycare and yes we were reimbursed. The daycare offered only 10% off a future boarding stay and two free daycare days. We have no interest in returning and no longer trust this facility with our dog's care. Accidents can happen, but an injury requiring sedation, stitches, medication, and three weeks in a cone should have been documented and reported immediately. Instead, our dog is now missing part of his ear. This experience revealed serious failures in supervision, communication, documentation, and accountability.
