Linzy at Passionate 4 Pets is my life saver! I had my dog boarded at a facility in Newport while I was on a cruise, watching the video cam I realized my dog was not happy there. I called Passionate 4 Pets as they were referred to me by a friend who uses their services. Linzy picked my dog up the day of for me that I asked and continued pet sitting my Franklin in her home for the remainder 8 days of my cruise. She sent me pictures, answered all my calls and spoiled my dog with love the whole time. She dropped my dog off at my home upon my return and my dog was so happy. Highly reccommend Linzy and will hire them again. I have referred to others and they are now using her services too. read more

I have trusted my pup to P4P many times and have always been completely satisfied. I have found Linzy to be on time and follow through on her commitments. Larry (my pup's name) loves Linzy and this is not the norm with most people. I highly recommend this service to anyone needing a trusted resource to care for their pets. read more

Passionate 4 Pets is the best! The owner Linzy is very professional and loves animals. The minute I met Linzy I could tell I could trust her with my most precious babies. Her company watched my two kittens over the long Thanksgiving weekend and did an amazing job! My kittens were fed, played with, and loved on. I was sent pictures and videos daily. I completely trust her and can't wait to book Passionate 4 for my next vacation! read more

We decided to get a kitten and puppy in Spring of 2020. Different things have popped up that we needed help with. Dog walking, pet sitting, house sitting etc. Linzy and her team are great! Never had an issues. She's fun and sweet to our pets and kiddos, we couldn't be happier with Linzy and her team. read more

The best pet sitting company in Orange County for lots of reasons. They have been around for over a decade, I've been hiring them for 12 years. Each pet sitter with the company has met my expectations to the fullest. Linzy and her staff are on top of communicating with me the whole time when I'm away traveling for work or vacation watching my pets. I trust them fully in my house, on my property and that they give the best care and love to my pets, sending me pictures and updates and responding back promptly to me when I contact them. Since COVID went down a few years ago and today you can never depend on my flights not being cancelled. Linzy makes sure she and her staff continues services pet sitting for me even after our original agreement of dates needed if something changes on my side. I don't worry if my flight gets moved or life happens, they are here for me to continue care until I'm back home even if it's not the original date I attended being back. They've been life savers for me many times. I once forgot important work misc. to take on a trip, they went above and beyond took it to Fed Ex for me and over night shipped it for me. They are not just a pet sitting company, they take care of everything for me always. I always come home happy with happy pets to greet me. My pets love them, I do and I refer them to everyone. read more

Now that the covid situation is leveling out, it's time to get back to work and travel. Haven't had the need for Linzy's services for the last year, but just want to reiterate that the service is top notch. Sam recognized her immediately when she came for the initial visit and was a happy boy. So glad that this business is still open and available to help Sam and I would give her a 10 if we could. read more

I highly recommend Passion 4 Pets. Very caring and thorough. We have 2 cats and travel a lot. I have used Passionate 4 Pets several times and have always been very impressed with the handling and care given to attention. If there is any questions or concerns, we are contacted quickly. I have shopped around and used other pet sitters in the past, but Linzey and her service comes out on top. Highly recommended. Two thumbs. read more

I should have given it 1 for dishonesty! I'm giving it 2 because of her mother that took care of my cat while I was gone, but I'm very upset at Linzy for being UNTRUTHFUL and DISHONEST about the DISTANCE from their place to mine, and keep changing the initial price that she herself mentioned and confirmed on our first call! After I was back from my trip (since she wanted to add more cash to my menu for dropping off my keys- considering the distance, time, gas,) I got her address to pick up my keys. And I was very disappointed to see the distance and time, showing on my navigation! Not only I was disappointed but I felt disrespected. She charged me extra 10.6 miles for each visit they made! You can ask me for more $$$ for your time and your services and whatever reasoning you have, but you are not allowed to play me off and assume you're dealing w a dummy! I'm leaving this review for whoever that doesn't know this about "passionate 4 pets", and being charged for milage, distance, gas, and extra time, just like I did! You should think twice! read more

I agree with Carolyn F. Below. Seems to be very unorganized and Doesn't have a contingency or back up plan for unexpected situations. Won't be using her again. Beware of businesses that have long-winded excuses, which by reading below, there are many! read more

I initially met Linzy when she was MY client and although I did not have a pet at the time, I could tell she was passionate about her work and recommended her to pet parents. Then it happened. I rescued a baby kitten, 4 weeks old, who made a cat person out of my husband who claimed he was allergic to cats! (Insert rolling eyes here!) We've used Passionate 4 Pets to look in on our cat when we're out of town. So far we've had Kourtnei the past few visits and she is wonderful!! Our cat refuses dry food so we need someone to come in and feed him but he's young and loves playing chase and Kourtnei even does that. He's really needy and in the past when I took him to boarding he would act out by not eating his food once we got home. So I would have to buy a new line of food. That changed when we started using Passionate 4 Pets. We now come home to a happy kitty after our trips. Definitely recommend their services. read more

Covid has been a strange time for people. Fortunately I've been able to work nonstop so I've had the P4P team walking my two dogs for the last year. It's been a huge relief to have a dependable team of walkers and sitters (when I travel). Alana (weekdays) and Gabby (weekends) have been an awesome team. First, they always respected the Covid safety stuff by wearing masks and gloves and they would wash their hands at the beginning and end of their visits (from what I saw). Second, they both really built a relationship with my Banjo and Lulu, sometimes even bringing treats and chews just out of their affection. Linzy (the super sweet owner) has been really great and scheduling has been easy and just fine. I read some of the reviews from some of the nutjobs here and realized that someone really needed to stand up for Linzy and her team. They're great and there was NONE of the nonsense the emotional baggage cases who were posting on her Yelp page claimed. I'm continuing to use P4P! read more

Again i search here on Yelp for someone to watch my precious puppy as im not gonna trust just anybody with her .So after i make 3-4 calls i spoke to Linzy at " Passionate 4 Pets" and after a few minutes i felt extremely comfortable with her and am very anxious to go on vacation and not have to worry about my dogs well being.. I had an appointment with Lynsey to meet my pets (2 dogs and a cat) and get the key on a Friday before petsitting for me on Saturday and Sunday while I worked. When Friday came she no showed! No phone call, no text, nothing. I even called and left 2 voice messages, still have not heard from her. I'm glad she no showed on our appointment instead of not showing up to walk and feed my dogs when I was working. I will never call Passionate 4 pets again or recommend them to anyone looking for a pet sitter. read more

A very unreliable and dishonest person. She was scheduled To walk my mothers dog every other day while I was in Europe. She only showed up three times. One time for only 15 minutes. She took the money I left for her and then proceeded to lie and tell me about activities she did with the dog. Thank u nanny cam for showing her true side. read more

We have used Passionate 4 Pets many times and always have a great experience. Great prices, always reliable, and you can see the love for animals in her work. Nothing beats peace of mind when you are leaving town without your fur babies. We love Passionate 4 Pets and will keep coming back. Thanks again for all you do! read more

We absolutely love this service. It seems that we are always in need of dog walking services either due to hectic schedules or being out of town. Linzy always takes the best care of my pups, and I know they love her. I never have to worry when I am away. The best part is I get pictures as an update. I totally recommend this reliable, responsible and loving dog walking business! The Radoff Family, Tustin We give it two thumbs up and 5 stars.l read more

Every time I go away I trust Linzy at Passionate for Pets to take care of my kitties. I know that they are good hands which means I can actually relax and enjoy my vacation. Last time I went away, I accidentally forgot to give Linzy my correct house key. She completely went out of her way to make sure my cats were taken care of and even offered to get me a locksmith. She made a really stressful situation relatively stress free which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation knowing my cats were safe and sound. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my kitties. read more

No matter the time, long term plan, last minute, or change in schedule, they are always there to help - reliable and wonderful to my "kids". The time they take with my "fur babies" on each visit gives me comfort while I'm away and gives them the security that they are not abandoned - and they let me know that when I get home. They are a joy to work with and to count on! Oh ... I'm in Tustin CA... not TX :-) read more

We have tried a couple different pet sitting companies in the past. To be honest, none of them even compared to Linzy's company, Passionate 4 Pets. They were referred to us by our vet. We have had her and a few of her staff members, Kristen and Elizabeth help with our big dogs, and and past pets for the last 9 years doing overnight stays and daily visits. They are professional, caring and thoughtful. The best way to describe how we feel about Linzy and the girls that pet sit for us, is they have become members of our family too. We feel totally comfortable having them in our home and trust them with our pets. We could not recommend Passionate 4 Pets enough to anyone in need of pet care. They implement the highest standard of competency, communication skills and companionship to our pets exceeding our expectations everytime. read more

Linzy was such a blessing for our family. Linzy was always professional and so caring for our dog. We adopted a rescue who had severe separation anxiety. We were not able to stay home with him as much as we wanted due to work and it was such a comfort having Linzy be able to check on him and walk him for us. He was a difficult dog in not being too friendly but she was so patient with him and he warmed up to her in his own way. Linzy was a caretaker for our baby and we are so grateful to have found her. I highly recommend Passionate 4 Pets for you needs. We also met several other staff who are also very professional and caring, very experienced. read more

Linzy at Passionate 4 Pets is not only LOVED by our bulldog, but our entire family enjoys seeing her as well. We trust her with not only our baby bulldog but our house keys. Having her extra help durning the day while we were at work made house breaking so much easier. We highly recommend her. read more

Linzy and her team of pet sitters are amazing. We are so thankful to have their help!!! We've used their services for the last 9 years. We have several pets and some that need medical care. Having reliable pet sitting has been a huge load off of my mind and less stress in my life with having kids and pets. Linzy and her team are all great communicators, trustworthy and truly loves animals. I trust them and feel safe having them in my home taking care of my pets and my home as well. We highly recommend them. There are a lot of pet care companies out there, however after hiring different companies, we have realized that not all of the companies truly care and love animals as the way Linzy and her staff do. We have had the same 3 girls doing visits through out the years, which we love as our pets bond with the girls as so do we. Linzy is also is great at giving referral's of anything pet related that she believes in. From vets, to pet care products etc., she not only helps us with our pets when away, but is a great resource as well. Very knowledgeable, kind and a great person in general. read more

I love my two dogs soooo much. I was having major surgery and had to do my research to find the best dog walker service for them. I was referred to Linzy by a friend/neighbor. I must say best decision ever. Linzy and her staff have been so wonderful. My surgery was a major one and I was told I can not be under no kind of stress for my recovery. Linzy and her staff made sure that happened. During my recovery they took great care of my dogs. My dogs have fallen in love with Linzy ( I am little jealous ) lol. She explained everything to me in detail about her services. I chose the two half hour walks for my little ones. She and her staff are always on time and they send me pictures/videos of my doggies during their walks. I am at my eight week recovery and Linzy still is walking my dogs and helping me out with them. I appreciate her very much for her kindness, professionalism and love she has for my dogs. I would recommend her highly to anyone who is looking for a great pet service. read more

Linzy and her team at passionate 4 pets is wonderful to work with. She and her team have been watching our dog Samantha and helping us out big time whenever we need help or are in a bind. We initially met Linzy when she was out walking another clients dog and our dog was out loose. She thought it was a stray dog seeing no one else around, went up to find tags to find and bring our dog home, while taking care at the same time her clients dog. That's when I went outside to see my dog got out and I met Linzy, learned about her business, and thanked her for watching out for my dog. A true animal lover, trying to help a strangers dog and prevent her from getting hit by a car. We trust Linzy and her staff she hires with our dog completely and in our home , they are reliable as well. We recommend them to everyone. Our neighbors use their services. Passionate 4 Pets has helped us out for over 5 years. Linzy also helps take care of our little girl at times when we need extra help at home. She goes above and beyond with anything she can help with. Try them out! You will be pleased you did. Communication with them when we are away is always easy too. which is very important to us. read more

I highly recommend Passionate 4 Pets. Linzy has watched our kitty Hermia twice while we've been out of town. Linzy took care of everything for Hermia (food, clean water, her pill, litter, play time) and, what's really important to me, sent regular text messages and pictures to tell me how Hermia was doing each day. She's knowledgeable, professional, loves animals, and is very responsive to emails, texts, etc. Everything was in perfect order when we returned. read more

So glad we found Passionate 4 Pets! They are our primary pet sitting and dog walking company that we use. Very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable girls that work for the business. We are thankful that we have them to help out on a continual basis and we plan to use their services for a long time. read more
