I called Passionate 4 Pets as they were referred to me by a friend who uses their services. Linzy picked my dog up the day of for me that I asked and continued pet sitting my Franklin in her home for the remainder 8 days of my cruise. She sent me pictures, answered all my calls and spoiled my dog with love the whole time. She dropped my dog off at my home upon my return and my dog was so happy. The best pet sitting company in Orange County for lots of reasons. They have been around for over a decade, I've been hiring them for 12 years. Each pet sitter with the company has met my expectations to the fullest. Linzy and her staff are on top of communicating with me the whole time when I'm away traveling for work or vacation watching my pets. I trust them fully in my house, on my property and that they give the best care and love to my pets, sending me pictures and updates and responding back promptly to me when I contact them. Since COVID went down a few years ago and today you can never depend on my flights not being cancelled. Linzy makes sure she and her staff continues services pet sitting for me even after our original agreement of dates needed if something changes on my side. I don't worry if my flight gets moved or life happens, they are here for me to continue care until I'm back home even if it's not the original date I attended being back. They've been life savers for me many times. I once forgot important work misc. to take on a trip, they went above and beyond took it to Fed Ex for me and over night shipped it for me. I should have given it 1 for dishonesty! I'm giving it 2 because of her mother that took care of my cat while I was gone, but I'm very upset at Linzy for being UNTRUTHFUL and DISHONEST about the DISTANCE from their place to mine, and keep changing the initial price that she herself mentioned and confirmed on our first call! After I was back from my trip (since she wanted to add more cash to my menu for dropping off my keys- considering the distance, time, gas,) I got her address to pick up my keys. And I was very disappointed to see the distance and time, showing on my navigation! Not only I was disappointed but I felt disrespected. She charged me extra 10.6 miles for each visit they made! You can ask me for more $$$ for your time and your services and whatever reasoning you have, but you are not allowed to play me off and assume you're dealing w a dummy! I'm leaving this review for whoever that doesn't know this about "passionate 4 pets", and being charged for milage, distance, gas, and extra time, just like I did! You should think twice! read more

Covid has been a strange time for people. Fortunately I've been able to work nonstop so I've had the P4P team walking my two dogs for the last year. It's been a huge relief to have a dependable team of walkers and sitters (when I travel). Alana (weekdays) and Gabby (weekends) have been an awesome team. First, they always respected the Covid safety stuff by wearing masks and gloves and they would wash their hands at the beginning and end of their visits (from what I saw). Second, they both really built a relationship with my Banjo and Lulu, sometimes even bringing treats and chews just out of their affection. Linzy (the super sweet owner) has been really great and scheduling has been easy and just fine. I read some of the reviews from some of the nutjobs here and realized that someone really needed to stand up for Linzy and her team. They're great and there was NONE of the nonsense the emotional baggage cases who were posting on her Yelp page claimed. I'm continuing to use P4P! read more

I initially met Linzy when she was MY client and although I did not have a pet at the time, I could tell she was passionate about her work and recommended her to pet parents. Then it happened. I rescued a baby kitten, 4 weeks old, who made a cat person out of my husband who claimed he was allergic to cats! (Insert rolling eyes here!) We've used Passionate 4 Pets to look in on our cat when we're out of town. So far we've had Kourtnei the past few visits and she is wonderful!! Our cat refuses dry food so we need someone to come in and feed him but he's young and loves playing chase and Kourtnei even does that. He's really needy and in the past when I took him to boarding he would act out by not eating his food once we got home. So I would have to buy a new line of food. That changed when we started using Passionate 4 Pets. We now come home to a happy kitty after our trips. Definitely recommend their services. read more

I had an appointment with Lynsey to meet my pets (2 dogs and a cat) and get the key on a Friday before petsitting for me on Saturday and Sunday while I worked. When Friday came she no showed! No phone call, no text, nothing. I even called and left 2 voice messages, still have not heard from her. I'm glad she no showed on our appointment instead of not showing up to walk and feed my dogs when I was working. A very unreliable and dishonest person. She was scheduled To walk my mothers dog every other day while I was in Europe. She only showed up three times. One time for only 15 minutes. Every time I go away I trust Linzy at Passionate for Pets to take care of my kitties. I know that they are good hands which means I can actually relax and enjoy my vacation. We have had her and a few of her staff members, Kristen and Elizabeth help with our big dogs, and and past pets for the last 9 years doing overnight stays and daily visits. Linzy was such a blessing for our family. Linzy was always professional and so caring for our dog. We adopted a rescue who had severe separation anxiety. We were not able to stay home with him as much as we wanted due to work and it was such a comfort having Linzy be able to check on him and walk him for us. He was a difficult dog in not being too friendly but she was so patient with him and he warmed up to her in his own way. Linzy was a caretaker for our baby and we are so grateful to have found her. I love my two dogs soooo much. I was having major surgery and had to do my research to find the best dog walker service for them. I was referred to Linzy by a friend/neighbor. I must say best decision ever. Linzy and her staff have been so wonderful. My surgery was a major one and I was told I can not be under no kind of stress for my recovery. Linzy and her staff made sure that happened. During my recovery they took great care of my dogs. My dogs have fallen in love with Linzy ( I am little jealous ) lol. She explained everything to me in detail about her services. I chose the two half hour walks for my little ones. She and her staff are always on time and they send me pictures/videos of my doggies during their walks. I am at my eight week recovery and Linzy still is walking my dogs and helping me out with them. Linzy and her team at passionate 4 pets is wonderful to work with. She and her team have been watching our dog Samantha and helping us out big time whenever we need help or are in a bind. We initially met Linzy when she was out walking another clients dog and our dog was out loose. She thought it was a stray dog seeing no one else around, went up to find tags to find and bring our dog home, while taking care at the same time her clients dog.
