Zukie is amazing. So calm and the doggies LOVE her. They wait by the door when she pulls up and these dogs just dont go with anyone.

We recently left our puppy, Boba, at House of Woof for his first overnight onboarding with added…read moredaycare, and we had such a great experience! Boba had an absolute blast. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the dogs. They're so kind, attentive, and communicative. We loved receiving email updates with pictures throughout his stay, which gave us so much peace of mind, especially since it was his first time. One of our favorite features is that they have cameras, so we could check in and watch Boba playing and having fun anytime. It made us feel really connected and reassured. A special shoutout to David. He was incredibly friendly and explained everything clearly, which made the whole process smooth and stress free. Overall, we felt so comfortable leaving Boba here, and it's clear he loved it too. We will definitely be bringing him back. Highly recommend!

In response to your response to my review. Your "private play "is 20 minutes while the rest of…read morethe time diego was thrown in a crate. That's what I was informed the day that he went for 4 hours and he only played 20 minutes . When the incident happened with diego being grabbed by a big dog, you guys gave it no importance, since that dog continued to be in open play ( I saw him on the camera all the time ) I am surprised the staff saw diego showing teeth, most of the staff there are on their phone all the time, not paying attention while they supposed to be "watching the dogs". With the exception of a couple of people that showed cared but they were not there when diego supposedly showed his teeth. Diego is a very lovable small dog, he is not a big vicious dog, and is very strange that at Paws Chateau he NEVER shows teeth or does any of the things you said, in fact, all of the staff there love Diego, and he has fun with the other dogs. In your daycare you guys never even checked to see if he was up to date with vaccines, just like you probably don't check anyone else's . So it surprises me that this facility says they care for the animals. The truth is that you are right, digo likes to cuddle or be loved and the staff was too busy on the phone to be paying attention to him.

Last year, we brought them frequently and always felt confident leaving them there. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility felt clean, and our dogs always seemed happy to be there. That's why it's so disappointing to see how much things have changed since the ownership transition. Since the change in ownership, we've noticed a significant decline in the overall experience. The staff no longer feels as friendly or approachable. While there are still a few kind employees, several team members come across as cold and unhelpful, making drop-off feel uncomfortable and even a bit intimidating. It no longer feels like the warm, welcoming environment it once was. We've also noticed the facility doesn't seem nearly as clean as it used to be. Our dogs consistently come home smelling strongly of urine after daycare. We occasionally check the live cameras throughout the day and frequently see urine sitting on the playroom floors for extended periods before being cleaned up. If messes in the common play areas are left unattended, it raises concerns about how often the kennels are being cleaned when the dogs are resting. Combined with the odor our dogs come home with, it has made us question the overall cleanliness of the facility. Another noticeable change is how little time our dogs now seem to spend in the play areas. We'll pay for a half-day of daycare, and by the time we pick them up, we're lucky if they've spent more than 30 minutes interacting with other dogs. The majority of their visit appears to be spent kenneled. We choose daycare because we want our dogs to have a safe, clean environment where they can socialize and play. If they're spending most of their visit in a kennel, it's difficult to justify paying for daycare when they could be comfortably resting at home in a cleaner environment for free. Customer service has also become frustrating. Recently, one of our dogs came home without his collar. We didn't realize it until we got home, so we called the facility and were told someone would call us back because they were too busy at the moment. We never received a callback. After calling several more times over the next few days without getting an answer, we ultimately had to drive to the facility ourselves just to ask about and retrieve the collar. Pickup has also become much slower than it used to be, often requiring a long wait before our dogs are brought out. We're genuinely disappointed because we loved this location for a long time and trusted the team with our pets. Unfortunately, since the ownership change, we've experienced a noticeable decline in cleanliness, customer service, and the overall level of care. We hope these concerns are taken seriously because we'd love to see this location return to the high standard that made us loyal customers in the first place.

The facility is very clean, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about every dog in their care. The trainers are kind, attentive, and treat each pup like family, which gives us so much peace of mind. Whenever we travel out of state, Dog Den is our first choice for boarding. We love that they provide cameras so we can check in on our fur baby. The staff keeps everything clean, changes the towels regularly, and makes sure she is comfortable and well cared for throughout her stay. On days when she just needs some extra playtime and socialization, daycare is the perfect place for her to have fun with other doggos. We also love the photos update that were given throughout the day. We highly recommend Dog Den to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and trustworthy place for their furry family member! They have both…read moreindoor and outdoor play areas for the dogs, and both spaces are quite large, so it doesn't feel crowded at all. The facility itself is very well equipped, with more than 100 rooms. They also have separate isolation rooms in case a dog gets sick, which helps prevent illnesses from spreading to other dogs. I thought that was a huge plus. All new dogs are required to provide vaccination records, and they also do about a 20-minute temperament assessment before joining. Based on each dog's personality, they arrange suitable playgroups instead of just mixing all the dogs together. The staff are also very professional and attentive. They keep daily records of each dog's eating habits and bathroom activity, which really gives owners extra peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a very responsible and well-organized place for dogs.
