If you are looking for high quality roof work for your home then look no further with Alpha Home Roofing! From hello to goodbye they did an amazing job. Teo came by right away, inspected the roof, took pictures of the roof damage to show me, and gave me a good quote for complete work on the entire roof. Not only did Teo and his team start work right away, but he gave me updates throughout the job, showed the rotten wood, and pics of the work being done which is very reassuring. The work was fast and efficient and the cleanup was great. I am extremely happy with my new roof and I highly recommend Alpha Home Roofing to anyone needing roof work!

The issue with the skylight wasn't even related to the roof he had installed, but he caulked it for us anyway and also noticed two small areas on the roof that could use some attention and patched those as well. When I asked him what I owed him, he told me not to worry about it. After more than 10 years, that kind of service really says something about a person and a company. Gino genuinely stands behind his work and takes care of his customers long after the original job is finished. He's responsive, trustworthy, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!

He also met my need to get the work done as soon as possible. In fact, after telling me that there was a two-month waiting list, once I approved the estimate, they showed up to begin the job just two days later. Not sure how that happened, but I'm not complaining. Steven, the job foreman, was very professional and highly skilled, notwithstanding his youth. Why do people I meet keep getting younger? He is a perfectionist, a virtue which you rarely encounter with home contractors. He even helped guide me with the color selection. I threw him a few curve balls during the job, and he did everything I asked him to do with a smile. He and his crew were on time every day, and were all polite, neat, and hard-working. They are acrobats on high ladders, and barely dripped a drop of paint where it didn't belong. The finished job looks great, and exceeded my expectations. It is also worth mentioning that Wilber's guarantees the durability of the paint job for three years. All the others who bid offered a two year guarantee. I can't speak to their other services, but I would hire Wilber's again for a major painting project, and recommend them.
