Not a huge leak, there is a crawl space above the spot thats leaking but the water still soaked though the sheetrock of the ceiling. I called and texted this roofer about 5 or 6 times over the course of about 3 weeks. He kept making promises to come out and fix the problem, but each time he didn't honor the appointment and made excuses. Eventually he stopped responding. When he did the roof three years ago, he told me his work was guaranteed. I cant remember exactly how many years he said, but I'm sure he said its more time than 3 years. Someone else will fix the problem and I will end up paying more money to them than I would to the original roofer, just to fix a relatively small problem. If this roofer had any integrity at all, he would have honored his word and come out to fix his work.

I already had an initial quote for repairs, but my insurance company wanted a second one. Not having dealt with an insurance claim I really didn't know where to start. It was important for me to ensure that I find a company that will get the work done, correctly. Based on multiple positive reviews I called to receive an estimate. Laurie was just great. She took her time, answered all my questions and laid out how they will get the repairs done. Then she scheduled our inspection/estimate. Pawel (Paul) came to the house to survey the damages. I was at work and my wife was at home. Pawel took his time, let my wife get me on the phone and answered all our questions. Pawel is a true gentleman and was very respectful of our time and property. I had a detailed estimate within 48 hours of Pawel's departure. Of course, waiting on the insurance company to go through their internal process was a pain, but Laurie maintained contact and did not pressure us in getting them there any sooner. As soon as our settlement was in Laurie was able to get us right onto the schedule. On the day of work the B&B Siding Team showed up at 7:45am with an army. Needed an entire new roof w/ shingles and rafter/structure/soffit and siding repairs. 6.5 hours later and I had a new roof! Weather delayed the gutter team but they again showed up as rescheduled and both Pawel and Laurie kept me apprised every step of the way. I have a full enclosed gutter and Pawel made sure the gutter install team was aware of that. Money well spent! The entire experience was regarding in the end as I have my garage back, better than ever. Peace of mind that the job was done right.

I demo removed porch from house from another contractor based in port Richmond. I had More work to finish because the cedar shingles were missing as well as the soffit and gutter. I received a work quote to replace everything which I felt was excessive. I called Chris he did a complete tear off of the roof year ago, outstanding job. He looked at everything, they finished the siding fabricating a perfect match of adjoining soffit and installed a beautiful full back gutter with leaders and gutter guard.
