On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them. Effectiveness: They probably got 20% of the grime off my brick house before telling me it was not possible to get it any cleaner. I have to believe that a company that does this routinely could have given me a heads up that the "textured brick" or whatever could have made cleaning impossible. On the sections that did get clean, e.g. bluestone elements, there are uneven spray patterns indicating that they didn't attempt to do everything they could. Overpriced because I paid the agreed price for way less than the agreed upon service. Somehow they also brought a social media guy out with a whole camera rig to film themselves _not_ getting my house clean, which was pretty funny.

I called approximately 10 different window screen installation businesses and window businesses in general to see if I could have anybody install some official window screens for my windows. G and G Windows was the only company who responded to my inquiry. Not only did G and G Windows respond , but they responded in a timely manner. The next day they came to my apartment for measurements and two days after that they came with the screens which are perfect. Unfortunately, coop city no longer provides screens for the windows and I could not get anyone who could refer me to a company or anybody for that matter to help me get the screens. Each screen for each window cost $230.00 which I can understand how some people can see as expensive. However , I am extremely with the results, the quality and the service I received . KORAB was the individual who helped me . KORAB was very professional and timely with all his responses regarding all of my questions. To all my fellow cooperators in coop city , the Bronx , I would recommend you getting your screens from G and G Windows and asking for KORAB. He had none of the tricks I see too often such as we just happen to have the door you want from a cancellation. He just had all the facts. Then they sent someone to measure, once again, this was the most detailed measurement I have ever seen, including removing the moldings. There was an issue with my alarm system which they were able to handle easily. Finally, the installation of these premium quality doors went flawlessly. The doors arrived beautifully painted. I specifically showed Daniel, the salesman, the rotted wood spots and told him I didn't want the windows installed on rotted wood because then it will create a side panel issue as well. He said it will be taken care of but it absolutely was not. The guys who came in said it wasn't in the contract so just installed brand new windows on rotted wood which is a waste of the project because the windows will end up being warped. My door needs two hands and brute force to be opened. I cannot understand how this was a "professional" installation. I am so disappointed I want to cry because this was an expensive project and we thought we could trust this company. Services
