Depending on when I'm heading or where I'm coming from this is ONE of TWO different Jersey Mike's that I frequent. Both locations are excellent but this review is for the Jersey Mike's on South Sunbury and Executive Parkway (around the corner from Kroger in the Kroger Plaza). Parking at this Jersey Mike's is very convenient - right in front of the door. The service is always FAST and EFFICENT. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. The thing I most like about Jersey Mike's is that the subs remind me of the hoagies i used to buy back in SW Pennsyvania when I was a teenager. Fresh sliced meat and cheese with all the fixings. I always order it "Mike's Way" - which is everything. Subs are great. Service is great. read more

Went to this place on a whim after work. Won't be coming back for several reasons. Primarily, because the food is uninspired. It lacks anything special that I couldn't do at home other than drowning the sandwich in oil and vinegar. Upon entering the shop I had to walk past this employee that was clearly on their phone in front of the shop. The rest of the staff appeared to be children. As a whole they seemed confused taking my order, and I did not get my sandwich until the woman in front of the building came back and took over, but then she asked me to grab a soda from a cooler for someone else's online order? Decided it would be a Jersey Mike type of day. I ordered the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak, it had onions, peppers, mushrooms , jalapeños and white American cheese. It was cooked perfectly and wasn't dried out like some places do. The bread was the Rosemary Parmesan which held the sandwich together perfectly. Jersey Mikes has always been one of the higher priced fast food locations but the quality of their meat somewhat made up for it. However, they've now instituted weighing the meat they put on your sandwich - For a mini with no additional toppings, you pay more than $8 and receive essentially thinly sliced meat - 3 slices and even thinner slice cheese. It's a bread sandwich which you're then asked to tip on even standing there. The model will run them out of business. The staff do not provide any service that could account for those prices. read more

The most passive aggressive 5 foot man I have ever encountered. Our sandwich came out soaked, dripping, soggy, to which they begrudgingly remade only to send more passive aggressive comments towards our group. First time returning since the pandemic and I'm impressed. Ordered my food online for contactless carryout and it was ready and waiting as promised. Subs were marked with each name as requested, so no guessing game when I got home as to who got what. Subs were correct and absolutely delicious. Will order again very soon! read more

Small, noisy, and dirty when I went in at lunchtime on a weekday. Quieted down by the time I was done, and I assume they cleaned later. Service was friendly and fast, and the food, as always, was pretty darn good. I got a Reuben sub. Good bread, tender meat, tasty sauce and sauerkraut. All working together in a fine sandwich. Oh, they have a new rosemary herb bread, subtle flavors and very good. Prices, as always, a bit high but the quality is up there. I probably won't be back to this location, but it is handy if you're in the area. read more

Jersey Mike's is again just SO good. They never disappoint. The new remodel is amazing at this location and the staff is so nice and so willing to make your sub exactly how you like it. I got the roast beef and provolone, delicious. My husband got his usual cheese steak, made exactly how he asked, the guy that made it even said he knew the order now so he would always be able to make it right going forward (we go quite a bit) We are now both sitting at home uncomfortable because we are too full from our sandwiches. The #9, Club Supreme, swap provolone instead of swiss, add a lil mustard, hot sauce and Cheetos on the side/in the sammie is possibly the best sandwich you will ever eat. I have to admit something. I had a hard bias against y'all for awhile due to being ill informed about your offerings. The one time I had Jersey Mike's was when my employer got it catered in and all the sandwiches were coated with mayo. It was an automatic "Never again" because Mayo is the Devil, in my opinion. Fast forward to last week. At the advisement if my brother, I ordered a #13 without tomato and added banana peppers and bacon online. I walked in and the lady took one look at me, asked if I was Marsha, and handed me my sandwich. Kinda cool, actually. I got back to work, heated my sandwich up, then dug in. It was on point flavor, fresh meats, and soft bread without that nasty chemical taste from other sub places. I felt bad because I never gave your business a fair chance but now I know better. This was only my second time eating here. I would have to say subs are good they have their own unique taste which is a good thing. The subs are a lil pricey for my budget, but that don't seem to stop people from coming in. I like getting my sub the Mike's way which makes it a loaded sandwich the messy the better in my book. I decided to change it up a little and try this place I get tired of subway, Penn station this was a good change of pace. So if you need to change it up a little i suggest give them a try. read more

The GIANT size is... GIANT. Chips or soup is the sides. I don't know if they still do macaroni or potato salad. I am currently on a kick for the hot subs. The Big Kahuna is fantastic. I usually love this location but I feel like the lady that made my sub last night was trying to be funny. I came in and ordered my sub it was obvious she was training someone and was a little frustrated but that has nothing to do with me. The first time I ordered the #44 chicken buffalo with no lettuce or tomato and to replace to blue cheese with ranch. No one wrote it down they took it as a verbal order. Unfortunately when the sub was made she added ALOT of lettuce and some tomato therefore I asked for the sub to be made again cause that's not how I wanted it and I refused to pick the ridiculous amount of lettuce off. Because she was frustrated with him she made my sub disgusting sloppy. I asked for extra buffalo but she added SO MUCH RANCH and buffalo the bread was soggy , I literally could not pick the sub up without it falling apart. There was way more sauce on the sub than meat and cheese. Please look at the pictures. read more

Yes, I'll give 5 stars to a sub shop. For what it is, it's amongst the best. This location smells great, is clean, they're fast, and friendly. Out of all the sub chains Jersey Mikes is my fav. The bread is soft and everything is always fresh. I went in today and they were packed, I was still in and out in 15 minutes. You could tell the staff works hard, but they still took the time to smile and talk to me. read more

While in line,, the person in front of me ordered a gluten free sandwich. Trevor immediately went into back and got new knife and New gloves. Not from the box up front but brought out gloves that would not have been contaminated by gluten. He took extra care to make the sandwich. Some people who eat gluten free can't have a speck of gluten or they are ill and in miserable for days. Your training of these employees was obviously top notch. Jersey Mikes has been my go to for cold subs for years. The ingredients are fresh and and always delicious. My go to is the Club Sub but I've had their Philly subs (which are also good but I have an affection for hot subs from another place). Everything is made to order and exactly to your specifications. The only downsides are the prices, which run a little higher than that popular chain, and sometimes the staff can be a little short. It's obvious when they are stressed out. The bread is made fresh daily but sometimes gets dried out, resulting in a crunchy crust, which I don't like. Regardless, the taste is always good and that's what matters most. I've never had a bad sub there. Their rewards points are worth it if you go often enough. You might as well earn free food if you're going to spend the money anyway. All in all you can't find better, fresher subs. True they don't have a lot of ingredients but you don't need them. Everything is great how it is. read more

Since the onset of the World Pandemic Crisis I have made a commitment ordering from the restaurant community. I wanted something reminiscent of my hometown so I figured Jersey Mike's would offer what gives me a that ratatouille moment.... I was RIGHT! I will admit when the delivery driver handed me the bag I was sizing up the weight of the sandwich before I removed it from the bag. Before opening the bag I said a silent prayer to the food gods that my food would be right. Thankfully it WAS! I ordered the chicken steak w/o the peppers and extra cheese. IT smelled fabulous. I squeezed the roll which must uphold the gooey deliciousness inside and did. The roll was soft but crisp because of the light cornmeal dusting on the bottom, the chicken was tender, juicy and seasoned perfectly. The onions were sautéed with a light crunch with cheese hitting each and every bite of the sandwich. I've had a few sandwiches here but Jersey Mike's the best so far. So my husband ask if we need to pay, and the woman that was near to us said "okay, if you want to pay" but in a bad way. They didn't greet us at all. I felt un welcome.
