First of all, I'd like to say that Jersey Mike's Subs will never get old, their subs are always classic, and taste phenomenal. The meat is thinly sliced, lettuce is cold, mayonnaise is smooth, and their bread is the best part of the sub, it's the element that ties everything together, makes the flavors pop! The people at this location are nice, however, there wasn't any music playing in the restaurant. Floors were a little dirty in the kitchen where you could see inside. Disappointing, Jersey Mike's in Stuart, very disappointing!! Ordered a large Chicken Salad sub for curbside pickup and I left specific instructions that were NOT followed. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I got my order home. Asked for pickles, salt, and pepper: received NO pickles, NO salt, and NO pepper. Also got very little chicken salad, and a heap of brown lettuce!! Very dissatisfied. Generally, this place is on point with their steak subs, but it seems to be touch and go as far as following instructions to "customize" our sandwiches. I placed my order for pick up and when I arrived, the cold subs were ready, but the ticket for the hot wrap was lost. The employees working quickly reprinted the ticket, cooked the wrap, apologized, and offered me a drink while I waited. When the wrap was ready, the employee came out and apologized again. This locations has gone downhill First off I will start by saying I love Jersey Mikes, best sub place around. This review is for the location on US1 in the center of Stuart. This spot has gone downhill. Service is slow even when they aren't busy. Two times in a row they have gotten my order wrong. When I dine in I like to order Philly cheesesteaks and I order extra meat (which is an up charge) they never give me the extra meat I pay for- I end up with barely any meat! For comparison the Jensen Beach US1 location is great with this. So if you're in the area take the extra 10 mins to drive north to Jensen- they know how to do it proper. read more

They should really change their closing time to 8:30pm since when I tried to order 30 mins before 9pm they didn't give me an option on the app to order. Ordered 2 giant subs and paid for extra meat. I called to complain because there was barely any meat, let alone extra meat. The person on the phone said she put "5 extra pieces of turkey" on a club supreme. There was not even 5 pieces of turkey on the whole sub...and not even a full piece of bacon. I was offered a credit $5 when I said I was going contact corporate after she repeatedly argued about it (a credit I never got). Look, not a crazy Covid-19 person here, but give me a break. The guidance we have from the CDC is to have on a mask when indoors right? Right! So why would a whole restaurant of employees not follow that simple guidance? Guess they just don't think the rules apply to them. My experience with the costumer service is that it is very good. Every time I've been here, the girls working behind the counter are efficient and pleasant. I'm surprised to hear some of the comments, because I thought the service was better than most places. Could've done without all of the concrete company fixing trucks out front and parked long ways across two parking spots reserved for the handicapped. Let me start by saying the Philly Steak is the best in this area... problem is I've been in here twice and the service is lacking for any sandwich that needs to be served hot. The order goes into the window behind the staff and gets lost back there. Unfortunately this has happened twice to me at this location at peak time. They gave me a "free sandwich coupon but that's not really what I wanted. Other locations in the area never have this problem. Food quality is a 5 but service was a failure so I rated it a 3. Jersey Mike, I love your food but please fix the confusion for hot sandwiches! This is getting old so now I drive all the way to Jupiter to go to a competitor that has similar quality. Disappointed again. This is strike 3 on franchised Jersey Mike's. I grew up on the Jersey coast and enjoyed the original shop in Point Pleasant NJ. I have tried 3 franchise shops on the east coast. I have found the service sub par and the overall food value sub par. The latest cheese steak in Stuart was bland bland bland. Service was uninspiring and leases than appreciative. The cheesesteak was not tasty at all. Previous stops in South Carolina and Florida were equally as disappointing. I haven't been back the the original shop in decades but I will not try to relive those tasty experiences in the franchise "restaurants" again save $14 and get a cheesesteak elsewhere. read more

Love the sandwiches; hate the customer service. We've been in twice in the past few weeks and the entire front staff is always rude and acts like you are a bother. The girl with dark hair and glasses just stairs at you impatiently waiting for you to make a decision and never asks what she can get you; just stairs like she has somewhere else to be. As you go down the line the rest of them don't acknowledge you either, even if you say "hello". I'm a very basic sandwich and it never fails that the person in front of me always orders oil and vinegar which ends up all over the counter, then my sandwich always gets put in it. Just using the scraper does not remove oil and vinegar. By the time you are ready to pay, you've already worked up some irritation just for the cashier to tell you your total and send you on your way.
