Only took me two months to write this...been busy relocating to New Mexico (I know, right?) But anyways, ate it too darn fast to remember taking any pictures if the actual Hoagies, but I wish I'd have stopped in here more often before moving, to try all the variations and grades of meat. well let's state the obvious, this place took 9 months to open to be opened for only 3 months. The blame lays on the owners or corporate for not training their employees properly. When I asked about it I was told very rudely by the manager " that the bread is from up north and that's how they like it " then she proceeded to throw another loaf of bread on my table. Everything was perfect from the time I placed my order through to pickup -Bob makes the best hoagie and he makes everyone who comes in the store feel welcome -his sense of humor top out the experience -The hoagie or where I come from we call the hero's -was chock full of delicious meats and. So many topping choices ! The bread though might be my favorite part love the seeded roll -only thing O wish that you could get the seeded roll on smaller sized hoagies. Not sure why people would ever say Jersey Mikes is a better sub than Primo ? I have always been a JM fan for their consistency however I need to thank the Stuart for closing for renovations. This allowed me to try Primo and am grateful I did. Their seeded bread blows the doors of JMs. The Italian is spot on and head and tails above competition. Plus Primo gives you a decent sized sandwich. I personally feel JM has started cutting down on the amount of meat in their sandwiches and of course charge the same !! Definitely try Primos chicken cutlet with fresh mozzarella and roasted peppers. That and some balsamic glaze and you can thank me later. Love this shop but they've been closed for over a month! Drove all the way up from Palm beach gardens only to find them closed - no note or explanation so I called the franchise and they said they're waiting for a part on something and will be reopening but that sounds a little suspect to me??! Nope ! Ok bread they say is hard and with seeds that is a preference , I personally don't like , two to three pieces of meat, I said extra onion which was 4 slivers , no lettuce or tomato, I don't taste any oil and vin! If I have to remake it then it's not worth 15.00!!! read more

Have to agree with Eric W. After buying a few hoagies from Primo's in Stuart, FL after they first opened, I came away unimpressed with their hoagie sandwiches. Eventually I just ended up buying their Philly made sesame rolls and their long hot peppers, after which, I went to Publix for my meats and cheese and made my own hoagies at home. Nothing against the quality of the meat and cheese sold by Primo's, but their employees just didn't know how to make a hoagie. I come from the Philadelphia / South Jersey area, I know a good hoagie. It's all about the sandwich making experience passed from one sandwich maker to the next. Primo's in Stuart had the quality ingredients, they just didn't have employees to put it all together. As a franchise, Primo's has a great reputation, but when you send their concept south to an area not familiar with Italian Deli's, the concept fails miserably and falls short. read more

We were so happy to see a brand new Primo coming to Stuart! We used to frequent their Boynton Beach location until we moved! We just used them last weekend to cater a birthday party at a local park. They had just been open for about a week so hiccups were to be expected. The manager and staff handled whatever issues we had with a smile and quickly corrected their mistakes. Their hoagie rolls are so fresh and amazing especially the one with seeds. We ordered the Italian, turkey and roast beef for the party tray. All condiments and toppings on the side! Very tasty! We also ordered a separate meatball hoagie on the side, which was delicious as well! When we open the trays at the party you were hit with the smell of fresh bread, partygoers raved about the freshness and quality and we will definitely be using them again! read more

I went today and ordered a two hoagies. The cashier taking my order took it correctly but whoever was in the back making was obviously confused?? Nothing was right on either sub when the girl that made it and handed me my bag I even asked I just want to make sure the American sub is on non seeded bread she was like oh yes they are both non seeded ( I wanted seeded but I think both are good so I didn't care. well I get home and they are both on seeded bread and completely wrong!!! And my husbands sub was not even wrapped in paper only the one little inside sheet everything was falling out? $32.00 for two subs and they are completely wrong is a complete rip off!!!
