We tried to give it another chance. Last year we ordered and added extras that we paid for and didn't receive them. Customer service never made things right. They ignored all 3 of my complaints on app and website. However they made a phony statement on my yelp review. Second chance today: we got a number 13 with extra bacon ($3+ extra charge), we got maybe one slice cute into two slices on a giant sub. We nicely requested and even tipped nicely. It was a rip off AGAIN. Jersey Mikes has no integrity with online order add ons. Shame on you! And shame on you for not making things right for your mistakes. read more

I've been to many JM locations in several states. This location offered the same great sandwiches to which I've become accustomed with a clean and nice dining area, but the second slowest sandwich artist I've ever encountered. The speed of the line hinges on this staff member, so the line moved slowly. The sandwich was worth the wait, so overall I'm going with four stars. read more

Went in for lunch yesterday. It's not that the food was bad, but not the greatest either. Tables were all dirty and had to clean them ourselves. Just another place who pays cooks just enough to not really care about the food. Just toss the meat in bread and serve. The fast food of subs. Order online where they let you specify exactly what you want - nice right? Except they blow off reading the instructions on the order, generically crank it out and you are stuck with something you did not order. Shame on us for not checking - but basically it means they suck if we have to double check like that when we already gave details up front. While I find Jersey Mike's overpriced -(17 for a large sub) - I do typically like their sandwiches - but now I'm across town at a picnic concert with food we can't use do to them not caring. Not a fan of the Louise Avenue Jersey Mikes - and I'd recommend you pass on visiting them for better options. read more

My experience with this place was disappointing & disgusting. The employee that prepared the subs that I ordered obviously lacks a lesson in the avoidance of FOOD CONTAMINATION!!!! She consistently talked over the subs while layering on each & every topping...GAG ME! Better yet, she proceeded to ring the order up with the same gloves on that she used to prepare the subs, touching the cash register & everything in between. I went in and ordered a hot sub with added tomatoes and I asked for a lot. Lady taking the order said yes sir we can add tomatoes. They handed me the sub and I asked if tomatoes were on it and they said yes... I get to my hotel down the street.... NO TOMATOES!! I hate to give a low rate because I do love Jersey Mike's ....when my sub is MADE CORRECTLY. I've gone there many times both here in Sioux Falls and when I lived in Kentucky. The last three times my order has been messed up. It seems like a real inconvenience for them to remake the sub and almost makes feel bad for wanting to get your correct sandwich. It's frustrating. My daughter has celiac disease and diabetes. The manager cooked everything seperate in another area and found the nutrition facts for me. She changed her gloves and used ingredients from the back. I can't thank them enough for helping us. My daughter loved her sandwich. read more

The food was pretty good, the giant was a very large sandwich! Husband and I shared a philly with chipotle mayo. My issue with our visit is more to do with the accommodations. There was not a changing table in the bathroom....having to change a baby diaper on your lap in your vehicle in the middle of winter is a great way to ruin a meal. It may seem like a small thing but it is a big deal to families with small children. read more

The so-called manager said he wasn't too concerned about our 2 sandwiches as he handed them to me. He said they were swamped with catering order and I could just leave! I did not say or do anything for him to treat me the way he did. He said I was rude to his employees when I only spoke to one girl at counter who was very short with me . I only asked her why she couldn't say hello or thank you or anything which is why the manager didn't like me from the get go. That's why he LIED and said I was rude when I wasn't. She should have been trained in good customer service as well as him the young tall guy who calls himself a manager. They both are not equipped for any fast-paced work environment if they are already exploding with hostility and rudeness and pure evil toward any nice paying customer who pays their paycheck! I bet I won't hear any good replies from anyone at Jersey Mike's because they all seemed to hate their jobs and couldn't care less about telling a customer so. They need God for sure. Oh well. The sandwich was great! Enough ham and bacon to get some in every bite, and I loved the flavor of the spices and oil it had on it. Veggies were fresh and crisp. Bread was really soft and so good for a sub. Will definitely go to again!! read more

When I went there the food was good however there wasn't a clean table in the place. The floor looks like it had not been swept in a day. Talked to three other patrons and they were incredulous that the tables had not been cleaned. They too doubted they would be back. Poor quality food products. I could appreciate the hand slicing right when my sandwich was made but the actual taste of the meats was on par with gas station pre-packed sandwiches. I would hope the chopped steak would fair better but I don't think I will be returning to take that chance read more

Horrible service. First time there and was ill advised, unnoticed, and unwelcome. Took the employees forever to get me my mediocre sub, which wasn't even cut.
