However, I decided to venture out and try the crispy chicken sandwich for the first time, but unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the spot for me. Ordered 3 meals. Husband ordered roast beef sandwich and was asked if he wanted sauce, he replied yes but please put it on the side. He gets home and he his meal is roast beef in an ice cream cup (no bun) and zero french fries. I called and I was told it was a miscommunication with the sauce on the side... what does that have to do with the bun? I was then told I would receive a coupon in the mail, not for a meal, but I never received anything. Won't be back! read more

Awesome service, very friendly and patient. The food as great and good kid meal options. Even healthy option for me, the strawberry salad was very fresh. We recommend the Watermelon cooler and frozen custard, tasted just like ice cream it was so good! The restaurant was nice inside, clean and lots of seating. read more

The example text said this is my favorite steakhouse in town. While this isn't a steakhouse it is my favorite Culver's in town. And it's my first time ever visiting one so this is my favorite Culver's ever! That aside, service was super fast. Barely got my drink and sat down when food was ready, that is what fast food should be like! Lightning quick. 《Looking at you other fast food chains》 Had the butter burger and deep fried cheese curds. Was secretly hoping the curds were not deep fried though they are amazingly good. The burger, very very good. While I didn't eat the bun, as took burger out of it, noticed that insides of the bun are perfectly brown. The only thing wish it had was some crispness ,as if you toasted it. Still, very nice touch. The meat party, with cheese, has a very good flavor For the restaurant itself, amazing, very clean, dare I say spotless? ! I stopped here around 5:30 p.m. on a Tuesday when I knew it would be busy with the supper rush. To top it off, with the coronavirus concerns, they had the dining room shut down and were just doing drive-through. I almost didn't stop because the line was so long, but I was really hungry for the cod dinner! I was so impressed with how quickly they got people through that line and food delivered out to them that I had to call the store when I got home to give them kudos. Stopped in around 3 for a treat, and the girl behind the registers, short blonde hair with glasses, Kate I think her name was, was yelling at another worker to tell him to get custard and was very unprofessional in her way of handling the situation. She was rude in her demeanor and made the experience quite uncomfortable. The food and custard was great, but she ruined the atmosphere. read more

Came through at 10:45AM when there is nobody else and we are probably the first customers of the day and we were still met with a rude cranky drive through worker who couldn't get our order right. Repeated order more than twice and it was still incorrect. Double instead of a single, given the contents of the burger several times but must have just given up and put "the works". Had to wipe burger clean and still tasted terrible. Guy who brought us our food was nice but old lady working the register was extremely cranky and unpleasant. Also for some reason had two different people responding to us when we were giving our order. read more
