the front staff was extremely rude to me as i went inside to get my curbside order that they messed up. one of the cooks even said "that's not our fucking problem." we then had to wait for the entire order to be remade because it had gotten thrown out. extremely disappointing experience. read more

just went through the drive-through at this McDonald's around 10 PM. The man that charged my card at the first window was very upbeat and nice he even gave me a free pumpkin bucket. i've never had better service at any McDonald's in my life this man deserves a raise! he even said please and thank you which sets the bar high for McDonald's workers. read more

Place did not serve me! Their sign said dinning room open till 11pm I walked in at 8:53PM people inside said they were closed due to short staffing. They were also stuffing their face with food. I told them it was a to go order they still would not serve me.. worst McDonald's I ever went to lazy teenagers running the place!! They are not open by 6 am very often. It's very irritating when you sit in the drive up lane for over 7 minutes and never get waited on. All the lights were on. When I left at 6:15 there were 6 cars in the drive thru. read more

The service at this McDonald's is SO slow! I stop here every Saturday because it's close to my work and the time to order and receive food is always 10 minutes or longer. I wouldn't recommend this establishment if you in time crunch; it is not "fast" food. read more

All you expect from places like this is, hot food made correctly. Wait times are what they are during this hectic time. This McDonald's can't even fulfill that! Luke warm burgers that appear to have sat for an hour under a heat lamp with no toppings on one of a two cheeseburger meal and lettuce on the other when it shouldn't be there. Wouldn't give them even one star if didn't have to! Will always get order wrong in the drive through. Mgmt is a joke! If you go through drive through and get home. To realize order is not correct so you drive back, the mgr will laugh and make jokes with the employees about it. read more

Clean McDonald's with friendly staff that helped me promptly. Just seems like your average mcds - nothing amazing about it and nothing horrible about it! I would go back. Wifi works just fine if that is what you are looking for and their bathrooms were clean. read more

We stopped by for a quick late lunch. My husband waited 20 minutes before he could order. They messed up our order entirely (2 meals) and the fries were soggy and cold. They almost didn't hand my husband our cups for drinks and the only soda he was able to get was Dr.Pepper because the rest needed to be refilled. They were out of napkins and lids. Just an awful experience. I have never had such poor service at any McDonalds. read more

Cold burritos, no napkins, 14 minutes in drive thru. Pricing on Menu Board was wrong...They hadn't updated it since they raised prices. Mgmt didn't care and even said he didn't know what he should do.
