I love their coffee! I had a large coffee order and everyone was happy with what that got. I ordered the mocha iced coffee and it's great!

Fast service. By far the best coffee in Sioux Falls. Fun atmosphere to sit and have coffee.

Good coffee, pricey, but good. They offer almond coconut and soy milk for plant based milk.

The bacon was that good high quality thick cut which was so good and perfectly cooked (must order!!) the eggs I got were scrambled with cheese and were diner style and perfectly cooked. The bananas pancakes themselves were some of the best I have had which says a lot, the bananas melted into the fluffy batter perfectly and they were unique in a good way. I wish I caught the name of who our server was because she was very nice and helpful. The ambiance was nothing special, just classic breakfast place, family friendly. I am a deep ihop lover and this place ALMOST made me switch sides, although ihop will remain in my heart this place is a great option as well!!

When we added our name to the waitlist at 9:00 AM on a Saturday for a party of four, our wait time was around 75 minutes. When we got there, we were seated promptly. However, our waitstaff didn't come to take our order promptly. We waited around 10+ minutes to put our order in. While they have the Toast app and devices, we weren't able to pay using Toast (with the QR code from the table). Ambiance: This place is huge. The seating is comfortable and the decor isn't tacky or kitschy. Food: My friend ordered the Swedish pancakes and thick-sliced bacon and had enough leftover to take home for the next day. My husband had the corned beef hash and was happy with his order. I had the Irish benedict which was a nice change from your typical benedict. While they advertise that the corned beef hash is homemade, it's not what I had expected. It seemed similar to others I've had that was served out of a can. Usually when it's homemade the corned beef and potato pieces are larger, but this seemed like canned hash you could buy at the store. Nonetheless, it was still really good. The coffee wasn't super strong, but wasn't "church coffee" either. Noise Level: For as busy as it was, I didn't find the restaurant to be so noisy that we couldn't hear each other talk. Service: As I mentioned, getting our orders taken took longer than we expected, but the waitstaff was very nice and attentive throughout the rest of our dining experience.

This is one of those hotels where the location and the people do a lot of the heavy lifting…read more We specifically booked the Sheraton because we were attending the 605 Pop Culture Con next door at the Sioux Falls Convention Center. The convention brings in celebrity guests, vendors, panels, photo opportunities and all sorts of pop culture fun while raising money for Voices Against Cancer, so we knew we would be spending a good portion of our weekend going back and forth. And for that purpose, the Sheraton was almost perfect. There is an enclosed, air-conditioned walkway connecting the hotel to the Convention Center. Being able to leave our room, walk through the hotel and arrive at the convention without ever having to go outside was incredibly convenient. No driving back and forth. No hunting for another parking space. No worrying about what the weather was doing outside. That convenience alone was probably the best feature of our stay. We booked a suite, which gave us plenty of room and was comfortable enough, although the hotel is definitely showing its age in places. The carpeting, furnishings and some of the amenities could really use a refresh. Nothing was terrible or particularly wrong with the room; it just didn't have that newer, polished feeling you might expect when booking a Sheraton suite. Where this hotel really shined was the staff. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, accommodating and genuinely helpful. They were easily the best part of the hotel and made up for quite a bit of what the property itself was lacking. Dining was probably our biggest disappointment. The restaurants weren't open during the times we wanted to eat, leaving the bar as our main option. We're really not bar people, so that didn't work particularly well for us. With a hotel attached to such a large convention and entertainment complex, I would have liked to see more dining availability throughout the day. Parking, on the other hand, was plentiful, and getting in and out of the property was easy. Would I call this an impressive hotel? Not particularly. It could definitely benefit from some updating, especially considering the Sheraton name. But would I stay here again? Absolutely--if we were attending another event at the Sioux Falls Convention Center or the surrounding complex. That indoor connection, easy parking and truly wonderful staff make this hotel incredibly practical for an event weekend. If 605 Pop Culture Con brings us back again, there is a very good chance this is exactly where we'll stay. A solid three-star experience, with five-star people working there.
