Ordered a pour over for my morning walk. I went with La Yerba. Smooth, crisp and soft on the palette. I added a little raw sugar. They had it in liquid form. Reviews were mixed but my experience was expected. You can't rush a pour over ‍. Give them a try!

Nice little place!! Great cold brew and black tea!! Love this little place. Friendly folks were working at counter

My most favorite drink. Vanilla with two shots of Expresso, in a 12 oz cup.

They have the best employees, and coffee shop around. I love the little details they have , and the items you can buy alongside your drink that you choose. It's a beautiful simply done ,yet wonderful place to go.

Oh the scone is so good. Especially the peanut butter one which is not too sweat. Coffee is top notch. It's a short walk from our hotel (Hilton) and advice you to skip their breakfast and Starbucks. Just come here to Coffea. What an interesting name!! The hour is normal from 7am to 8 pm ish. Inside has plenty of space as well as this not so quiet outdoor seating. There is not shade btw so pack your sunglasses. I see about 10 seats and a few benches. The scone is finished. It's delicious but I wish I warmed it up a bit. Coffee is of high standard and satisfactory to my picky wife. I just have hotel coffee as it's free or paid for already (yes I am frugal). Inside has some nice artworks and well decorated. You can probably work here but do you really want to work inside a cafe nowadays?

Beautiful space, wonderful place, to stop by:) I chose this coffee shop for my coffee stop as i road trip from california to new jersey. Im glad i stopped by because they have really good coffee. I ordered the hazelnut latte and it's one of the best ive ever had! Definitely recommend:)

They're trying and that's what counts. Medium Carmel drink, 5.50+ is pretty small. The Carmel syrup tastes like Hersheys icecream topping syrup. Disappointing and kind of gross. Over all pretty cool place, chill music, comfy chairs, a bar to drink at, bar height table and chairs, and regular table and chairs all available for seating. Customer service was under whelming, my staff person was short with me and seemed annoyed.

Walked in at 2:33 looking for a warm-up after walking through a blustery downtown to see all the staff huddled up looking on a cell phone. They jumped to action as we approached the counter but the greeting was substantial unimpressive, warm or welcoming. Our presence felt like an inconvenience, don't make the same mistake we did.

    Coffea interior - lovely.

Cool vibe, nice place, but less than extraordinary. Stopped by for a coffee with a friend. His espresso was not sufficiently hot. And my cappuccino was good. Just not that remarkable.

Life-altering Cortado. Get it with a slice of Pumpkin Bread, woah.

Friendly staff and tasty chai. They have a limited baked good selection but their granola bars are very tasty.

Fun place on the strip in downtown Sioux Falls. Nice seating outside in the back. No green tea shots but great place to start the day.

I think it's the best espresso I've had. The prices are good but the people are great. Emma is a great barista with great potential.

5 stars for the area. They pay attention to the details about temperatures of the espresso and the milk. A coffee snobs kind of place.

Great coffee, good art work. Decent spot to get some work done or have a meeting. Wish they would add iced coffee or cold brew.

Arriving 10 min after…read moreopen, we were greeted warmly and given (upon request) a full description of all the different special items on the menu. I asked for the cashier's favorite drink, and he mentioned the Miel - WOW what a coffee! Highly highly recommend; it's like drinking your coffee cake with your coffee, all the flavors rolled into one and such an amazing balance of warmth, cinnamon, and sweet. I'd go back just for that. The atmosphere was really neat, with board games and card games in a shelf easily accessible, shelves of books - even a shelf of free books! The seating/table arrangements have so much variety and the whole decoration and organization is delightfully eccentric. But not only are the drinks amazing, shop amazing, staff super nice! I found out halfway through my tour of Sioux Falls that I had left my laptop's charging cord at King Bird Coffee. I phoned the store, and never fear! They took my cord to the back, and when I came in later a few minutes before close, returned the lost cord without any awkwardness and all an atmosphere of happiness to serve. Will definitely be coming back again. Fun fact - one wall of the store is a giant chalk board with a basket of crayon-shaped chalk sticks at the base. Doodle some memes or fancy artworks next time you drop by! Or maybe organize your daily agenda? With all its variety and atmosphere of fun and relaxation, King Bird Cafe really is a unique, fantastic coffee stop.

We ordered London Fogs and they were hands down the worst Ive ever had. Maybe the coffee here is better but our drinks were totally awful.
