I like to visit local coffee shops while on vacation. I researched the area and arrived to Dunn Brothers. The shop was clean and inviting. I was greeted by a nice woman who took my order and made my coffee. The coffee was delicious. The only thing she was confused about was the $1.00 off coupon on Yelp because she had not seen it before. She still honored the coupon just stated she had not seen it before. For new people going here there is a coupon on the Yelp app. I would definitely come back here if I were in the area again. read more

I have been a Starbucks fan for ever - love the coffee. When I started traveling out to Sioux Falls I was introduced to Dunn Brothers Coffee. Although there are a few Starbucks in town I find myself at Dunn Brothers every morning enjoying fresh roasted, fresh brew, and the best dark roasts I have ever had. The decor is a great vibe and I love hanging there too! Will be back in a few weeks and back at Dunn's every morning and every afternoon! read more

I'm new to the area, and missing the Pacific Northwest coffee culture. I prefer smaller or locally owned coffee places when at all possible. I also like a comfortable atmosphere and free wifi. This shop is in a strip mall but otherwise largely meets my expectations. The coffee is good, the baristas are chatty, and there are comfy chairs or tables for small groups. The food is nothing out of the ordinary but well done for the usual bakery stuff and sandwiches. There's free wifi and some local art on the walls. You're still in a strip mall but you don't hear the traffic too badly and it has more character than most of the big chains. They just need to add eggnog lattes and I'll be happy! read more

Great coffee and excellent service. Atmosphere is calm with low volume oldies music. Place and bathrooms are very clean. Each table has a standard plugin to plug your computer into. Coffee is reasonably priced with a number of different selections to choose from. Will definitely be returning to this place in the future. read more

A group of us have been going here weekly for over 5 years. The staff has always been friendly and the atmosphere very relaxed. The building has progressively become run down and dirty. Dead bugs on the windows, live bugs crawling on the floor, crumbs on the chairs, especially under cushions (we are knitters and some times have to look for a dropped needle). It just needs a really good, deep cleaning with a vacuum cleaner attachment, carpets cleaned, windows washed (same dead bugs have been on the floor and smashed on the window for ever), chairs vacuumed and washed, and bugs sprayed. Flys are incredible, but it is that time of year so it is hard to criticize them for that. The Internet has become slow and sporadic (have to ask to have th modem reset, sometimes just rely on phone wifi service). New ovens raise havoc with air conditioner. New coffee shop opening down the street, will have to check it out. Hate to leave Dun Bros, they are so nice and friendly, mom and daughter operation. Expect that they might not stay in business unless they can remedy these situations. read more
