Waffle with ice cream is so good! I've had the Sunday Morning and Naughty Nutty. Everything is super fresh. The owner seems really nice. They have chairs to sit in while you wait, with a few small tables you can move around to eat at if you eat in ...and a few bar height chairs to sit at their counter... but it's not a totally welcoming place to stay at eat. More grab and go. I'm def going to be back to try the Ongiri and Thai rolled ice cream. read more

This was my first time trying the Taiwanese rice roll with pork floss and purple rice and it was delicious. I personally really enjoyed every bite, the inside had a crunchy texture but it all came together so well. I also ordered a taro milk tea with lychee popping boba. Overall, I would return. The place is small but cozy and you get good customer service. read more

Love the watermelon latte and Okinawa milk tea (both hot) during the cold winter months. The tea is delicious & the service was as good as it could be considering they were severely understaffed. I'm assuming this is mgmts decision & don't at all blame the one person there doing multiple jobs. There were 11 customers for one staff member, doing her best. They very much need at least one person on register & one making orders, at the minimum. The drinks & deserts served here take some time to make, compared to most tea/coffee house type beverages. I've never been to one with this many customers & less than 3 staff members. There's virtually no seating or any ambience of any kind, so either making it more comfortable to spend time waiting on orders or staffing appropriately would be ideal. read more

As a word of warning, if you are looking for somewhere to sit down and relax, this isn't what you're looking for. Tasteas is bare bones with a sparse interior and only one employee to man the counter and make the drinks. (Her children are also always there, but this has never been an issue.) The delicious drinks more than make up for this minimalistic approach. Tasteas offers several varieties of hot tea, milk tea, fruit tea and even fruit sodas, with different topping options including the standard boba pearls, mochi bites and popping boba. You also choose the sweetness of your tea: 100%, 75%, 50%, 25% or no sweetener at all. There are a lot of mix-and-match options to find your favorite drink. Highly recommended. read more

This is the one and only bubble tea shop in Sioux Falls, so this place deserves a high rating for that alone. However, the drinks available are delicious! The interior doesn't offer much seating so it's very much a grab-and-go location. Taro Milk Tea (4/5): I ordered for this to be 50% sweet with normal ice, and with pearls. The pearls were perfectly cooked. It does taste like the typical taro milk tea, but it was a bit grainy from the powder at the bottom. Still delicious though! read more

Theres a lack of boba in town, but taste tea does a good job. It is up theres with some of the best ive had as far as quality. This post would have been a 5 star review but the long waits in line is quite discouraging. Ive been here about 3 times now (and will go still) but only 1 time i was able to actually get boba because the amount of people that cram into this small shop. Theres a lack of workers. Everytime we have gone theres only 1 person working. I feel if there were more hands on, there would be more customers. The quality is there, but the lack of workers with such a high demand leaves you waiting half an hour to what feels like an hour to get some boba. read more

The only boba shop in Sioux Falls. I've gone here multiple times and had many different kinds of boba. They take a while to make your drinks but that's not really a problem since it is the only store in the city. It could be awkward with other customers while waiting for your drinks because there's always no music playing. Anyways, they have pretty big menu. I'd recommend. read more

I ordered Milk Tea with brown sugar boba... it was amazing, and in my opinion the best boba that I've had in South Dakota! It was busy when I came in (around 2pm on a Saturday), and I got my tea in about 10 mins. I would strongly suggest stopping here, but just be ready to set out a solid 5-10 mins if you're going in on/around busy times! I'm definitely going again :) read more

Went in and waited for 15 minutes there was one customer in the store and after we waited with him for 10 minutes he left without a drink. The lady didn't say hi or "wait one minute" she actually ignored us as we tried to get her attention. I love boba/bubble teas!!!!!!!! I was hoping someone open one in Sioux Falls!! For people who have never been to this store, It's a little space and not much decoration and stuff. To be honest, it might look kinda empty space. So if you go there for the first time, you might feel awkward but the Asian lady is nice and makes you good drinks!!!!! The tapioca she makes are good and there are lots of different flavors! Drove up to Sioux Falls from Vermillion as we wanted Boba tea. We waited 10 minutes to even order, as she was in the back making drinks for a couple of other patrons that were waiting. During the wait, her toddler is having a category 5 meltdown behind the curtain. Finally we order two large Boba milk teas. She goes into the back again and 10-15 minutes later, comes back out, hands off more beverages to some other people I didn't even realize were waiting, and only then she looks at us and tells us that they're out of Boba milk tea. This was approximately 2.5 hours before closing time, and she didn't offer to make it? She offers us crystal Boba, which wasn't the same, and we ask for a refund, as we've now wasted the better part of a half hour and have no tea to show for it. It was obvious that she wasn't sure even how to reverse the charge. With this spectacularly bad service, I wouldn't expect this place to last long. read more
