I was so excited to be able to dine at their location Friday evening. The menu is fantastic and everything that I have ordered, I have been impressed with. This past Friday, my wife and I shared the burger battle burger. I can tell you that it was one of the more reasonably priced burgers (it was an absurd price last year, so I am glad it has gone down to where the other competitors are at). It was incredibly delicious and our server recommended to pair it with a sour. That recommendation was one of the best pairings I have had with any type of food. I cannot wait to come back to the brick and mortar to try more of their permanent menu and have a cold beer. It is absolutely worth your while to visit.

There are a variety of meats to choose from, pastor, carnitas, chicken, steak, etc, and if you prefer a burrito or a torta those options are available also. I three tacos, a chicken, a pastor (marinated pork), and carnitas. I would say that chicken and the pastor were great, but the carnitas is maybe not their strong suit - overall though, the tacos were delicious and about as original as you can get this far north of the border. Prices are also extremely reasonable. Another must try in Sioux FallsOn Mondays (and maybe certain other days of the week) they close at 3, so keep that in mind if you plan to go.

However, once she placed her order, it was another 50 minutes before she got her food!!! If this was the first time these folks had cooked in their truck I could understand it. This was going to be a big crowd - they had to know that. If you are running a food truck and can't cook fast enough to fill orders you should at least have the decency to tell people how long they will have to wait. Especially if it was going to take 50 minutes to cook one order. Ridiculous. You lost this customer for life. Not going to recommend this place to my friends either.

And I'm glad we did. Even though the oil smelled horrible the fries didn't taste like it. They were really good. And the burgers were some of the best we have had. A bit overdone with black char but with all the saucy goodness it wasn't much of an issue. The fry sauce is definitely the very best sauce I've ever tasted. I just wish the dining area wasn't so gross and they definitely need a better ventilation system. We smelled like gross oil when we left and I needed to shower when we got home. If not for the awful smell and uncleanliness, and rundown dining area I'd have given five stars.
