Some of the best ice cream I have ever eaten!…read more Last minute looking for an ice cream cake and Yelp came through with Stensland's. Made the short drive and picked up the cake. Once ready the cat was cut and everyone's eyes said the same thing.... This is AMAZING! Creamy ice cream, great flavor and the desire to shove your face down to lick the bottom of the bowl! Our second trip before heading back home was for an individual serving. 49 choices made it difficult but the Butter Brickle was something I could not miss. Bing Bar was the second. Both solid choices but the Brickle comes out on top. Do Not Miss the Ice Cream!

Evidently this place is a thing, because my kids saw this place and almost caused an accident as…read morethey screamed when they saw it. We were driving to our hotel when my kids saw this place and it was at this point that they told me this is where we were doing dessert (and possibly dinner). The place is clean and had a few claw machines set up (they definitely know their audience). A decent amount of seating, this place is a lot bigger than it looks from the outside. So how would you like your diabetes? They had plenty of options from dirty sodas and energy drinks, to smashed milkshakes and custom donuts. Their signature item, for those of you that don't know, is a donut filled with ice cream (a "smashed donut"). My kids were debating splitting one, but I told them we are on vacation, so shoot the moon. They each did a create your own donut, with one of them getting one stuffed with some kind of strawberry ice cream, and the other getting theirs stuffed with oreo. Both of them elected to have their donut tossed in Oreos in lieu of cinamon and sugar. My kids LOVED these donuts. They actually took their time to eat it rather than devouring it like they do with most any other food. They wanted to order another round, but I told them we can't eat just dessert for dinner (can we?). OVERALL - I dig it because my kids dig it. A seemingly simple concept pulled off well. Hope this place keeps it up. CELEBRITY RATING - Andy Samberg

My salted caramel didn't have any caramel taste, just crushed pretzels and flavorless chocolate ice cream. We have had rolled ice cream in other cities and it was excellent, so this is definitely something they were doing differently.
