While visiting this location we usually have a great experience and enjoy delicious sweet treats. When we sat down the couches were stickier than normal. While we were eating our treats, we were passively told to leave as there were a couple minutes before closing. By one of the workers friends! She doesn't even work there! read more

Louise Avenue To whom it may concern: I (44), along with my boyfriend (42),his 16 yo daughter, and my ADA registered service dog were turned away at the door. The lady was unaware of the ADA policy I believe. She just kept telling us to leave because of my service dog. I tried to explain that she was a service dog due to medical disability(she had her patches, her badges, and my handler badge attached to her harness. I also always have all certificates in my purse) She didn't care, kept cutting me off saying nope... the health department would shut her down. I was trying to explain that my ADA registered service dog was allowed in there and what she was doing was illegal and against my civil rights, along with discrimination. She then had the nerve to say, "what's wrong with you anyway?". At this point I knew it was a losing battle, my boyfriend was upset at the way I was being treated and I was embarrassed about my disability.. All we wanted was Froyo after a long day of sightseeing. In the past we've gone several times each summer while visiting. Tried it today...no more sample cups?? How do I know if I want to try a new or different flavor if I can't try it first? Maybe others were abusing the system and that's why they took it away. I had the white chocolate mousse with Graham crackers and marshmallow sauce. Very tasty. My son was a bit lost not knowing what he would like so he settled on two small portions in the small cup (chocolate chip cookie dough and skinny vanilla). My mom LOVES Cherry Berry. We were on vacation and they don't have one where she lives so a trip to Cherry Berry was a must for her. I like that they have a flavor that tastes exactly like the White Chocolate Mouse Frozen Yogurt from TCBY. I forget the name of it though. This place is one where you dispense the FROYO yourself and you can also try any of the many flavors they have. They also have lots of topping choices as well. They weigh it for you and that determines the price. There was some crazy kid pajama party going on so the place was packed when we got there but they already had been served so we didn't have to wait long and the employees were great considering. read more

We spent the morning at a trampoline park with our toddlers and decided we needed a cold snack. We didn't realize Cherry Berry didn't open until 12. We walked up to the door with toddler on one arm baby in the other to realize they were closed and immediately started brainstorming where else we could go and how to explain this to the girls. The store staff came and opened early for us saying he 'didn't want to let the girls down'. He did not have to do that. They were still in the process of setting up the store. We were SO THANKFUL and impressed with his kindness. This place goes above and beyond. The yogurt was delicious and there were more topping options than I could imagine. Thank you!! read more

Not impressed with this yogurt shop. I'm a yogurt snob and the yogurt here is grainy. Not creamy. It's expensive. Spent $18 on three yogurts and gal wouldn't go back to give me points on my Cherry Berry yogurt card. I believe this is the only yogurt shop left in Sioux Falls and I won't be back. Wish the other yogurt shops in town were still open. read more

Alright so let's start off by a disclosure of stating that me and my wife enjoy our frozen yogurt one of my favorites is salted caramel it's so good so anyway we go to Cherry Berry tonight who walk-in we're both adults and children of our own it was just me and the wife tonight looking for some frozen yogurt to soothe our bellies we walk in and we see all the different flavors of yogurt now and it normal person that walks into a yogurt shop doesn't always necessarily know exactly which flavor of yogurt they want to get so you get a sample cup like any other yogurt shop in the United States you get a sample cup so that way you can sample the yogurt before you buy the yogurt at $0.45 an ounce which is incredibly expensive you would think they can afford a sample now if you have people that are abusing the samples for employees serve the sample cups but don't take the samples away not for anything but you just lost $60 tonight between myself and my wife that's on you and if you continue this fashion just like all the other yogurt shops that have shut down in Sioux Falls your shop will be next so anybody looking for frozen yogurt don't go here because if you don't like what you get you can't return it read more

This is the best frozen yogurt place in town. I like to take the kids there for a special treat. All of my kids love to go here. It is a great place to take one of your kids one on one to give them some special time alone with you. I took my 15 year old son there after school one day and he commented on the time we spent there together. There are many favors and they all taste great! Always a fun stop that the kids won't forget. read more
