So how would you like your diabetes? They had plenty of options from dirty sodas and energy drinks, to smashed milkshakes and custom donuts. Their signature item, for those of you that don't know, is a donut filled with ice cream (a "smashed donut"). My kids were debating splitting one, but I told them we are on vacation, so shoot the moon. They each did a create your own donut, with one of them getting one stuffed with some kind of strawberry ice cream, and the other getting theirs stuffed with oreo. Both of them elected to have their donut tossed in Oreos in lieu of cinamon and sugar. My kids LOVED these donuts. They actually took their time to eat it rather than devouring it like they do with most any other food. They wanted to order another round, but I told them we can't eat just dessert for dinner (can we?). OVERALL - I dig it because my kids dig it. A seemingly simple concept pulled off well.
