The restaurant is clean and the employees were friendly greeting me as I entered. I tried their new smoked cheddar bourbon club sandwich on roast beef. The sandwich doesn't look like the advertised picture. My sandwich is kind of flat and not eye catching like the picture. The sandwich tasted okay. The sandwich is a little sweet I suppose from the Siracha sauce. It's definitely not a spicy taste. I would give the sandwich a 3.5 stars because of their bread, which is really good. read more

Always been good, but today my son got a Cubano #13. It's thin, barely any toppings, not enough bacon to even cover the bread, missing mustard, and has barely any meat. So small its like hot dog sized. Very disappointing! When questioned is this really my sandwich, he was dismissed with a "have a nice day." Not a good experience today! read more

Wanting to try that new Caprese sub, we swung by this location for lunch. Place was clean, employees seemed to be working hard, seemed like they had a good staff. We ordered the Caprese sub and an Italian sub. Both were delicious as expected. Not disappointed and definitely will be back sometime. read more

Sandwiches were good and fresh. But the music was extremely loud in the restaurant. Always cold inside. Staff was cleaning the booth area with having all booths moved only chairs were the tables. inconsiderate during business hours read more

I'm not sure why any jimmy johns I've been to in the USA somehow doesn't get it right. Is it the freaky fast expectation to get things done that they mess up? Not sure. I asked for a beach club unwhich. It comes out in less than a minute - I'm like wow! That's freaky fast. I thought I should check my food before I left but I didn't. Well as the picture shows, it's on bread & its not even cut. Nor is the avocado spread on & the tomatoes are mushy. read more

Just went through this drive through location and I am very disappointed to say the least. We ordered a giant Lulu, no tomatoes, half with pickles and the other half with easy mayo. Not too difficult to understand... Upon arriving at home, excited to enjoy my sandwich, I bite into it expecting a tomato free lulu with pickles added. I come to find a baconless, Mayo-less, and pickle-less sandwich WITH tomatoes. I'm just confused because I didn't think the requests were hard to meet. The one half of the sandwich was perfect, but the other half seemed to be thrown together without care. Extremely disappointed and surely will not be giving this location our service any longer. read more

I ordered the turkey and bacon, it tasted like really cheap sandwich meat you buy at a discount store. No seasoning or anything. The only cheese they have is provolone which tastes like sour milk. I asked for pepper on the side and didn't receive any. Not impressed at all and won't order again read more

It is clean, and I like their sub rolls, they are a little crispy on the outside instead of squishy like Subway. Otherwise it's an average sub shop. Nothing to get excited about. read more

Nothing "freaky fast" about this place. Every time I go it takes forever, the only reason I still go to this one is because of the drive thru. They do get my order right about 75% of the time, so there's that. read more

Delivery driver didn't even knock on my door just left it at the door I kept waiting and waiting finally got tired of waiting went to step outside and smoke a cigarette to find a warm ass "cold sub" sitting on my step like really jimmy johns fuck you for my wasted sandwich!!!! read more

Good resturant. Great delivery. Sometimes my delivery will only 13 or so and I live quite far. Great service over all.

On a recent trip to Sioux Falls, my wife and I wanted to try a sandwich shop instead of a hamburger at the nearby McDonald's. Someone had mentioned that Jimmy John's made good subs, so we gave it a shot. Wow! Now, don't get me wrong - this is still a sub shop - and up against national competitors like Subway, Jimmy John's can actually feel limited on add-ons (one customer after us asked for banana peppers, which Jimmy John's doesn't offer). But what Jimmy John's does is craft a flavor and deliver it to you. In offering a small host of add-ons, they can guarantee that your sandwich experience will be consistent, and that you'll taste the better-than-Subway-quality meat that they use. My wife got a roast beef and provolone (Hunter's Club), and I got a genoa salami, Italian capicola, smoked ham, and provolone (Italian Night Club). Both sandwiches were great. They're simple, and you feel like you're getting quality at a discount. The previous yelper was right though - you've got a kitchen with 10 people yelling and singing, and at times, the high-energy can be, well, too high. But I wouldn't prefer the opposite - as sterile environment where employees are afraid to speak. Also exciting for me as a Californian: they have Mello Yello in the soda fountain. All-in-all, a better-than-average experience from a sub shop. Good enthusiasm (with a couple questionable volume peaks) and good food at good prices! read more

Food was great, place was clean, BUT.... wow.... 10 employees standing around laughing, yelling, radio blaring.... I saw one customer's sub, "sub" for a football... I guess this is the norm if the customer is at the counter. I planned on staying for a relaxing lunch hour, but it was too darn noisy to even enjoy the food. It was 4PM on April 18, 2012... and even though I was the only customer in the place, you would think it was jam packed.. I could not possibly stay a minute longer, so I am typing this from the quiet of my office. Pretty sad when work is more relaxing than dining out!!! Never again! read more

Service was fast and friendly altho sandwiches were dry nor was I asked upon ordering if wanted any thing on the sandwiches or if order was correct. Other wise sandwiches were fresh and tasted good. Recommend for fast service as well as a kid friendly menu. read more

I am am easy to please person and almost never complain. I go to jimmy johns at least three times a week. I always go to the same one, because it is by my house. The figure I quickly came up with in my head was that I spend on average about $100/mo at their establishment. So it would be in my best interest to get water to save on my high monthly cost. Well some genius decided that you can no longer get a glass of water with your meal now without A Price! Welcome to greedy cooperate America. Well, I will now save my $100/mo and NEVER eat there again. #lostmybusiness read more

Get deliveries often from the one on Benson. FAST and yummy. No complaints other than they forgot my cheese last time :)

Jimmy John's is the Best place to get the Best sub in all of Sioux Falls! ! Fresh meat stacked high, fresh vegis, just the right amount of seasonings, and it's not pre-made. The employees are friendly, the atmosphere is clean and enjoyable. You can take out, eat in, do drive thru or have it delivered. They even have vegi subs. I so love JJs.
