2/28/2024 I usually choose this store.. versus the others seeing I drive a lot. I ordered a #7 and #17 THE SUBS are always perfect but I guess today wasn't the day to get a Mike's Famous Philly y'all didn't want to cook lol but I'm going to let yall slide it was kind of busy and I understand short staffing but over all you guys have the food and service and I can't take that away.. Ordered online. When arriving at the store 25 minutes after placing order, employees were standing around and had not made the sub. Whomever is the franchisee won't be in business long! So when i came into jersey the dam mikes subs today for my weekly trip there was rude server taking orders this and young lady was trying. to take my order which i guess was a lot to adjust. She began taking my order then she quickly stopped and told me to save my thought and she got someone else to take my other which was just an cheesesteak. i sat down and after HOURS a you white male with a rude attitude rudley THROUGH my order on the dam counter !!!! he mumbled " here " and as i pulled out my visa credit card, he then didn't event tell me the price and didd nkt put mine in a bag like every1 else'z!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "When I told him I wanted mine in a bag he SNATCHED it out of my hand and squeezed the sub and all the juices from the meat was all over the wrapper and he threw it in the bag and said "happi now??" I then said omg sir this messs!'n he then said " get... a napkin" and when I went to grab the napkins it was hard to get it out and he saw that I was struggling and he snatched the top off the napkins container and grabbed a hand full of napkins and threw the napkins in the bag so now I'm sitting here with 20+ napkins in my bag. and I thought that since he was a white race just like I am I thought we would be in the same page Byt I guess not and I m not sure if he has a problem with me or with one my children idk . When i left I waved and said, " have a nice dam day sir! " and he said nothing except don't let the door hit you on the way out , which made me feel unwanted and unseen. I will be speaking with JM headquarters since the store mamanager obvs will put up with that CRAP . Some1 will be losing there job 2 day!!!! Took 25 minutes to get a sandwich. At a place that's supposed to be quick. Worst Jersey Mikes I have ever been to.

Basic jm clean and food is fresh mto subs, no complaints or anything out of the ordinary. Use the app to pre order and pick up

Customer service is awful here. Most employees are rude and will not answer the phone when called. I've attempted to call for 30 minute, with no answer. The food is good, but no better than average. read more

I have to say I am very disappointed with the service and the food i received, the one that took the order and prepared the giant sub i ordered apparently did not understand English and then tried to tell me what I ordered i clearly asked for no tomatoes and it was skipped but I had asked for extra onions and bacon yet she said i did not want bacon as well so she finally got the bacon on there. The bread was very close to being rubber and it took some time and effort to try and chew it and that's not to mention the price which for one giant sub and one mini sub it was thirty bucks, and there was very little meat on the subs maybe enough to make a small sandwich and even then i would have put more meat on it if I were making it at home and have had much better subs there before, i have no problem paying for what I order but don't insult me and tell me what i ordered and what I didn't order, the customer is always right even if they are wrong read more

Went in to get a quick sub but after waiting 5 minutes we were asked for our order only to be told that we would have to wait 20 to 25 minutes because there was a big order before us. My issue is why did they even ask for my order or way can you not make 2 subs before there big order as we were the only ones waiting at the time. read more

First and prolly only time i'll be eating here. Had an appt in town and on the way out hubs and I wanted to grab some cheap food. It was close and presumably cheap so it fit the bill, what with our high standards and all. Hubby got some kind of steak and cheese and I finally settled on a chicken parmesan, mainly because it was one of the few options that wasn't a cold sub. Cold sandwiches never feel like dinner to me. Not sure if they heat the cold sub options. In any event, there was kind of a long wait for the subs, not terribly long but 10 minutes or so seemed to be longer then I've ever waited for a sandwich at a sub shop and I was anticipating greatness at that point. Greatness wasn't had. Hubs steak n cheese wasn't too shabby. I would have traded him out gladly but he didn't want any part of my chicken parmesan any more then I did. Envision steamed bread roll (not sure if that's how they heat it, but the same warm sogginess was the effect) doused in a lot of sweet tomato sauce, with chopped chicken breast, some of which I spit into my napkin because it was fatty and gristley and I couldn't even spot the pieces to avoid because it was so doused in sweet tomatoey sauce. I ended up opening the sub up and trying to dissect it, avoiding the chicken, and trying to just eat the cheese and bread while scraping off the excess sauce. Overall worst sub I've ever had and I left feeling sad but full. Right next door there was a pizza inn we could have gone to and probably spent less at and they have a buffet! Our 2 half subs, chips and drinks totaled $20 something which I thought was kinda high for sub par subs. All in all skip it if you're thinking chicken parm - go next door instead. read more

I love Jersey Mike's and was traveling to the area. The location is somewhat off the beaten path, but well worth it. The food was excellent, but there was a short wait to get a hot sub. I would imagine that it's the case every time, so I wouldn't want to be 2nd or later to order a hot sub because of this wait. But employee's were very friendly and apologized for the wait. read more

Jersey Mikes is not one of the best, but the best Sub place in the United States of America. Steak Subs are always hot and ready. Only problem I have had is the employees chatting which holds up the line. read more

I love JM's but this is the 3rd straight order they reach out of white bread. Bad management results in horrible customer service. I've now waited 40 minutes for bread to bake! 5 others waiting with me as well. Unacceptable! read more

This is by far the best jersey mikes I've been to. I love this location. It has such a wonderful staff. They are all respectful and very nice and caring. When I seem sad they always ask how I am and even tell me jokes. I go here at least once a week if not more. The club sub is my favorite. They've never disappointed me. read more

Slow, slow, slow. The food is good which is why they got a rating at all. I think it is a requirement to be Extremely Slow or you can't work at this location. They run out of bread early and are generally unprepared to serve more than 1 person at a time. read more

Bad management. Had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for a call in order that they got wrong and couldn't use coupon for buy 2 subs get the 3rd free because person took my order incorrect. They ran out of white bread by 6pm. read more

There is a reason you can see the kitchen area. You MUST pay attention to each step of your order as following instructions and labeling food is sketchy at best. Poor value for the $. read more
