Decided we wanted something quick for lunch, so we opted to order our subs (a number 56 and a chicken cheesesteak sub) online while we were in the area. We ordered our subs to go, and when we arrived a Jersey Mike's they were ready and waiting for us. Parking here is normally not too bad. I'm sure at peak times like dinner and lunch it can be a bit problematic, but we seem to always come on the off times. When we got home, I dug into my sub. I like their ratio of shaved chicken to cheese. I also top my sub with Doritos when I get home. I feel like it adds a nice crunch, without being overwhelming. read more

I've been reading the reviews, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. The kids working at your establishment are incredibly hard-working. It's ridiculous to give them such bad reviews without understanding their work conditions. You try standing behind a counter and feeding 100 people a day on minimum wage! I've witnessed people throwing their sandwiches back because they had a bit more lettuce than expected--give me a break! I visit at least three times a week, and I've always been greeted kindly. One kid, Nick, is especially awesome. He always smiles even when faced with rude customers. He manages to work efficiently and keeps a positive attitude. Please consider the effort these young workers put in before leaving negative comments. Maybe, next time, try making your own sandwich at home. Jersey Mike's has the best subs out of any of the sub shops. The bread is freshly baked, and the meats are sliced to order. There are a variety of subs to choose from, with individual toppings to choose. My favorite is the Italian. They also have a rewards program to accumulate points for free subs. Just know this low rate is not on quality of the food but it is on service (all 3 of the ladies actually)! I have never experienced such poor service at a Jersey Mikes EVER! And to be in Nocatee .... I honestly would of thought that the service would be at least what one would expect from Jersey Mikes!!!! Not only the service but the actual quantity of the product .... We were really enjoying Jersey Mike's in Nocatee for a while, but then it got VERY inconsistent really fast. The last several times we went in there has been something wrong with one of our orders: the bread was stale, wrong ingredients on sandwich or wrap, etc. - we order extra cheese, and pay for it, but don't get it - they overlook the meat - etc Last night, our experience was just an epic fail. First, there never really seems to be any type of manager on duty, but rather a small group of young people trying to make it all happen. They're friendly, and I think trying their best, but could really use some leadership. As we were waiting in line we watched the cashier flirt with the young gentlemen in front of us and throw in some free chips for him. That's all well and good, but then my son points out expired meat in the case. Yuck. Ok... we're REALLY hungry here and we've had good food here before so we can overlook a few mistakes right? Nope. It got worse. My husband ordered a philly cheese wrap with extra cheese and no peppers or onions. Instead, he got a wrap with peppers, onions & NO cheese. The meat was also extremely over cooked and tough. To top it all off, it was cut dramatically on the diagonal from one end to the other making it pretty difficult to eat. ‍ Now, if this was the first time any of this had happened we would gladly overlook it, but this is just getting progressively worse with each visit. The biggest issue is the inconsistency. I feel like if I am ordering through the mobile app, my sandwich is lacking in flavor. But if I go into the store, it tastes great. Today, my sandwich tastes flat, even with getting it "Mike's Way." The bread tastes old, the meat is blah, and I feel like I just wasted my lunch hour for nothing. I have been ordering Jersey Mike's before I was old enough to walk from the original location in Point Pleasant, NJ and then when I moved to Middletown , NJ I went to that location and was ALWAYS satisfied..... once I moved to Florida that changed , I have been to the location on Southside blvd and now living in Nocatee we have one right down the road and they always fail to complete my order successfully and they really deteriorated the Jersey Mike's name... what a shame read more

The manger here is the man. Even during busy lunch hours he picks up the phone and handles customers with care. I order online here all the time and a Philly with no cheese. Sometimes during lunch muscle memory kicks in and cheese gets put on, no big deal. I call and the male manger with the longer hair always answers the phone and cooks a new one up hot. I've been eating Jersey Mike's subs for years. My go to is the Italian grilled. This was my first time at this location. When I asked for my regular I was informed they would not grill the Italian sub. They tried to explain to me that it's policy and that they removed their microwave. I'm not sure what the microwave has to do with it, but they kept saying that. Any Jersey Mike's I've ever been to had grilled my Italian sub. I'm not sure if it's because they don't want to take the extra time to do it or if it's just this locations mangers rule. Either way, I will not be returning to this location unless this changes. They also don't have avocado. Subway will heat your sub and have avocado, I'm surprised that this Jersey Mike's is behind on what Subway offers. Publix is also a nearby sub maker who will grill and has avocado. They claimed it was a health issue to grill my cold sub. That's not accurate. They also said that they don't grill the cold subs because that's not how they are supposed to taste. Haha 1 star off for not grilling. 1 star off for not having avocado. 1 star off for their lack of proper customer service, when I clearly stated my issue, they did nothing to resolve it or compensate me. 1 star off for giving me excuses.
