I absolutely love this Jersey Mikes! The inside is clean and so are the bathrooms. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Jumana greeted me and made me feel welcome. She made my sub and it came out perfect, so I'll definitely be coming back soon. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Decided we wanted something quick for lunch, so we opted to order our subs (a number 56 and a chicken cheesesteak sub) online while we were in the area. We ordered our subs to go, and when we arrived a Jersey Mike's they were ready and waiting for us. Parking here is normally not too bad. I'm sure at peak times like dinner and lunch it can be a bit problematic, but we seem to always come on the off times. When we got home, I dug into my sub. I like their ratio of shaved chicken to cheese. I also top my sub with Doritos when I get home. I feel like it adds a nice crunch, without being overwhelming. read more

This place looks horrible not clean and the employees are unhappy and miserable and I never feel welcomed and treated or appreciated at all coming in the all the food looks nasty and horrible doesn't look cleaned or sanitary at all..... never come here ever I go to subway always then here... Thank you Lauren read more

Every single time we come here (regulars for a few years now) it is always a great experience. The customer service has never lacked, whenever there was an issue with our order it was taken care of, and it's almost always young people working here / first time employment opportunities. Highly recommend! read more

They've got the best cheesesteaks. One of my favorites. Good pricing and great quality.

We are sitting here in the Nocatee Jersey Mike's. It is our go to place for great sub sandwiches. The food is always delicious. Meat and cheese is always sliced after you order. Everything is fresh. The staff is always pleasant. They always make me feel welcome. They are an asset to Jersey Mike's. And my orders are always correct. read more

This jersey Mike's is the absolute worst sandwich shop I've ever been to. I live in the area and every single time I place an order. It is absolutely wrong. You'll waste your money and get crappy food with subpar service overall avoid this place entirely and spend your money elsewhere. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - This is supposed to be a portobello mushroom sandwich with extra mushrooms and extra peppers. - Delis Near Me - Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

Not one time have we had an order confused or mixed up! The staff working always have a smile & greet you when you walk in the door. It's convenient, quick & an easy beach picnic dinner! We usually preorder, the touchless grab and go is easy. We have been frequent Jersey Mike customers from Day one here in Nocatee. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Club Sub on Rosemary Bread - Delis Near Me - Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

I shit you not. It happened again. 4/4 on the past 4 times I've came. I open, no pickles. Literally get the chicken bacon ranch, add raw onions n pickles everytime. How'd the raw onions make it but not the pickles? It's right there on the ticket next to the +raw onions. Literally says #26 +onions +pickles. Like kindergarten reading level amongst employees or what? Like why am I inconvenienced to open up my sub, and go get it fixed, then re wrap it up so I can leave? Literally everytime. I would never in a million years order delivery/pick up from this one. You literally have to check to make sure it's right cause it won't be. read more

Ordered a regular #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak today 5/7/2025 and it was the worst one I've ever had from a Jersey Mikes.... The bread was hard and old and the meat had absolutely zero flavor to it. It was terrible.. Do better y'all! It isn't that hard...... read more

This is the most mid sandwich I've ever had. Kids that work there are rude too. Could've made this sandwich at home. If you want to eat a real sandwich that isn't messy and great service go to Sun Deli in jax beach. This is my second time going to this location and nothing has changed. Gross 3/10 sandwich. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Messy sandwich - Delis Near Me - Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

Takes 30 minutes to get an order wrong, ordered a large Philly for $20 was handed a regular half Philly after waiting half an hour. Why have 5 kids working if no one can do shit. (Also take that tip shit away them kids ain't worth a damn dime) read more

Just know this low rate is not on quality of the food but it is on service (all 3 of the ladies actually)! I have never experienced such poor service at a Jersey Mikes EVER! And to be in Nocatee .... I honestly would of thought that the service would be at least what one would expect from Jersey Mikes!!!! Not only the service but the actual quantity of the product .... If one pays 8.00 for half a sandwich they at least expect to get a good bit of meat on the sandwich. I will never, ever go back to this location! The workers were rude as well, like they were in a hurry but we were the only ones inside until the sandwiches were almost done. And to know this was a Mother's Day lunch and was still treated like this .... I'm so upset! I could have chosen other restaurants in the area to go to but I chose here and I'm so sorry I did. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - This is the 2nd half ... the meat doesn't even cover the whole bread - Delis Near Me - Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

Jersey Mike's has the best subs out of any of the sub shops. The bread is freshly baked, and the meats are sliced to order. There are a variety of subs to choose from, with individual toppings to choose. My favorite is the Italian. They also have a rewards program to accumulate points for free subs. The service is really fast. read more

I've been reading the reviews, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. The kids working at your establishment are incredibly hard-working. It's ridiculous to give them such bad reviews without understanding their work conditions. You try standing behind a counter and feeding 100 people a day on minimum wage! I've witnessed people throwing their sandwiches back because they had a bit more lettuce than expected--give me a break! I visit at least three times a week, and I've always been greeted kindly. One kid, Nick, is especially awesome. He always smiles even when faced with rude customers. He manages to work efficiently and keeps a positive attitude. Please consider the effort these young workers put in before leaving negative comments. Maybe, next time, try making your own sandwich at home. Nocatee is just another place to live; it's not Rodeo Drive. Just because you live in Nocatee doesn't mean you are any different from anyone else. Go make your own sandwich along with all your other ungrateful and mean reviews. Best regards, WHYBEMEAN read more

We were really enjoying Jersey Mike's in Nocatee for a while, but then it got VERY inconsistent really fast. The last several times we went in there has been something wrong with one of our orders: the bread was stale, wrong ingredients on sandwich or wrap, etc. - we order extra cheese, and pay for it, but don't get it - they overlook the meat - etc Last night, our experience was just an epic fail. First, there never really seems to be any type of manager on duty, but rather a small group of young people trying to make it all happen. They're friendly, and I think trying their best, but could really use some leadership. As we were waiting in line we watched the cashier flirt with the young gentlemen in front of us and throw in some free chips for him. That's all well and good, but then my son points out expired meat in the case. Yuck. Ok... we're REALLY hungry here and we've had good food here before so we can overlook a few mistakes right? Nope. It got worse. My husband ordered a philly cheese wrap with extra cheese and no peppers or onions. Instead, he got a wrap with peppers, onions & NO cheese. The meat was also extremely over cooked and tough. To top it all off, it was cut dramatically on the diagonal from one end to the other making it pretty difficult to eat. ‍ Now, if this was the first time any of this had happened we would gladly overlook it, but this is just getting progressively worse with each visit. I'm really disappointed, but sincerely hope it gets better. I'd love to see this business do well in Nocatee. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - This was suppose to be a Philly Cheese Wrap with no peppers or onions with extra cheese. ‍ - Delis Near Me - Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

Stale bread last week..second time this has happened. No standards for tossing old bread out. Fresh bread is one of the most important part of a jersey mikes grinder!! Hasn't happened at other locations. Seems to be a management issue in Nocatee. Guess they wont learn, but I wont be going back since they wont fix the issue. read more

The biggest issue is the inconsistency. I feel like if I am ordering through the mobile app, my sandwich is lacking in flavor. But if I go into the store, it tastes great. Today, my sandwich tastes flat, even with getting it "Mike's Way." The bread tastes old, the meat is blah, and I feel like I just wasted my lunch hour for nothing. I will say that the employees are super friendly, and the store is always clean, no matter when I have gone in, so there's that. read more

Never going here again. They couldn't accept cash (said the box was full?) and told me after I had ordered, credit only. Then the printer was broken so told no receipt. The teenagers working there were surly and not customer friendly in the least. They obviously didn't want to be there either. Plus the place is filthy. Teenage staff blamed it on the CEO and asked if I had a job for him. Terrible experience. They Stink in a big way! Look at the same stock answer jmcarnes gives on reviews. Nothing changed, same old rude kids, shabby service and the sandwich sucks. Rip-off Alert!!! read more

Worst sandwich I have ever had! A 6 yr old could make a better sandwich. I would never go back to the Nocatee JJ again.

I have been ordering Jersey Mike's before I was old enough to walk from the original location in Point Pleasant, NJ and then when I moved to Middletown , NJ I went to that location and was ALWAYS satisfied..... once I moved to Florida that changed , I have been to the location on Southside blvd and now living in Nocatee we have one right down the road and they always fail to complete my order successfully and they really deteriorated the Jersey Mike's name... what a shame read more

The manger here is the man. Even during busy lunch hours he picks up the phone and handles customers with care. I order online here all the time and a Philly with no cheese. Sometimes during lunch muscle memory kicks in and cheese gets put on, no big deal. I call and the male manger with the longer hair always answers the phone and cooks a new one up hot. It is a very well run franchise read more

I've been eating Jersey Mike's subs for years. My go to is the Italian grilled. This was my first time at this location. When I asked for my regular I was informed they would not grill the Italian sub. They tried to explain to me that it's policy and that they removed their microwave. I'm not sure what the microwave has to do with it, but they kept saying that. Any Jersey Mike's I've ever been to had grilled my Italian sub. I'm not sure if it's because they don't want to take the extra time to do it or if it's just this locations mangers rule. Either way, I will not be returning to this location unless this changes. They also don't have avocado. Subway will heat your sub and have avocado, I'm surprised that this Jersey Mike's is behind on what Subway offers. Publix is also a nearby sub maker who will grill and has avocado. They claimed it was a health issue to grill my cold sub. That's not accurate. They also said that they don't grill the cold subs because that's not how they are supposed to taste. Haha 1 star off for not grilling. 1 star off for not having avocado. 1 star off for their lack of proper customer service, when I clearly stated my issue, they did nothing to resolve it or compensate me. 1 star off for giving me excuses. They get 1 star because after I got home and threw my sub in a pan it tasted great. read more

I usually like Jersey Mike's sub shops because they're reasonably generous with the meats. Not this store! They literally weigh everything out and take meat off if there's one slice too much. read more

One of the best Philly's! Great customer service! I'm picky and tend to be difficult when I order and they were so nice about it! Especially the guy who cooked it for us! We just needed a quick bite one day last week and it was the closest, quick place (other than Wendy's). We got the Philly and it was so good! I've been back twice since!! read more

Terrible experience at this location. Felt very threatening with disrespectful unmasked customers hovering over counter and sandwich prep area. Looks like store lacks any safety measures to protect staff and customers. Extremely disappointing for a Jersey Mike's location - sad to see that they are being so careless. read more

The sandwich options seem to be limited, but every time we order, we are happy! They make great sandwiches. The subs here are nothing special, better than subway but not nearly as good as Publix. I ordered 2 full subs and it cost me 23 dollars! I'll try the subs again if I have a BOGO coupon. read more

New place just opened, it didn't take long to place our order and then just had a short wait before we got our food. Wife & I ordered their hot philly cheese steak sandwiches w/ peppers, onions & mushrooms. Overall tasted very good. The food quality & quantity was way better than Subway, and there was plenty of meat & cheese..almost too much if you can believe possible. Only main drawback is that it's a bit pricey for what you get. They had a buy one, get one free special going on, so that wasn't so bad price wise. But without that, and getting the combo (incl. chips & small drink) and you're looking at around $24. read more

Jersey Mikes is s chain and each has the same menu. This is the 4th Jersey Mike's I've been to. Somehow they get it at this store! They make the best, closer to authentic New Jersey sub than any other I've been to. I'm not sure what they do that's better, but somehow it works here. read more

Worst ever sandwich, all bread, expensive, no atmosphere. Go away. I would rather see a firehouse sub or subway in its place.

They act is if I'm homeless or intruding when I use a bogo coupon. Better have the coupon, they told me unless I brought the physical coupon into store I could not get bogo...girl behind me had the cashier scan her phone...not my fault you sent out bogo coupons read more
