4/10 around 530 brought back my sub because they put mayo on the wrong one The shift leader questioned everything I told her. I told her the chicken cheese steak was supposed to have mayo "it's not a cheese steak it's chicken" it's literally called a chicken cheese steak on my order receipt. Then she told me it says add mayo like they did nothing wrong. Yes the point was they put mayo on the wrong sub. She refused to apologize. Look it wasn't a big inconvenience and I didn't want anything for free or a refund or a discount but when you're a manager and someone bring back a wrong order the absolute bare minimum you can do is just offer a simple apology. That being said the other people that work here are always nice and the food is always good quality Update: had to bring back the sub a second time because they didn't put mayo again on the philly. They refused to put the mayo on or remake it with mayo and instead gave me a cup of mayo to put on myself because "they don't have the bottle mayo". Like, I know that's why you're supposed to put it on the bread when you make the sandwich. read more

I was craving a chicken Philly and I was so excited to try Jersey Mike's because they have a gluten free roll option. Jedell took my order, he was helpful and accommodating. I added mushrooms and It was delicious. I also tried the agave cream soda and the root beer, root beer was my favorite. The wait for my food was about 10 minutes at 8pm. The floor was a little slippery and the tables could've used some cleaning but the food and service were good. read more

Absolutely outstanding cheesesteak. They made the X-Large with 1/2 all the goodies and 1/2 cheese only for my wife. I'm a Boston guy and spoiled with cheesesteaks from growing up and visiting my favorite spots on the north shore. I must admit Jersey Mike's is top shelf. Yesterday was my first trip, and last to Mike's. I ordered a half Turkey sub, the meat and extra's were good, but didn't like they sliced the bread in half hard to hold, cause the top piece of bread kept sliding to side, not like other sub places that just slice open and fill it up. I love Jersey Mike's! Hey I am a Jersey girl so it goes without saying this tastes exactly like the subs back home in NJ. So I discover this location while out at my Dentist. After my appointment I see a banner for this place. So I seek it out. Listen no easy feat as it is truly tucked away in a shopping center. Once inside I didn't know what to do next as I didn't pre-order aka Covid 19. Luckily you can order onsite to go. Which is what I did. Ordered the usual the Jersey Shore Ham, Cappicola and Provolone cheese served the Jersey way. Which is oil and vinegar with oregano salt and pepper. The staff here is extremely friendly, quick and cut it up just the way I like it, so I don't have to hold up a huge portion and watch the insides fall out. Took it home and ate it. They really make good subs. We went during this pandemic and they had spots to keep every one in social distance. The subs are fresh and the bread is excellent and several to choose from. This location in Plantation is relatively new and very clean. The staff is friendly and put plenty of meat and toppings on the sub which comes in several sizes. read more

Ordered via Uber eats and then called them to make sure they added condiments to the order which was as basic a request as they come mayo and ketchup and was assured it was added and then received my sub dry and with nothing I was assured would be in the bag. I decided to try Jersey Mike's after seeing the TV ad announcing their March 31st income would go 100% to charity. Since l'm from NYC and Boston, l thought l would enjoy Northeast style subs, as the web-site promised. I ordered for my husband and myself, my neighbor's family, who are all sick, but blessedly not testing positive for Covid-19, and my cleaning lady/friend. All 4 different kinds of subs we ordered made each of the 7 people happy, from the 65 year-old to the 1 year-old. The Giant Original Italian, for me and friend, was just what l would expect back in Boston. The meat and Mike's suggested toppings were all thinly sliced and plentiful, it had the drizzle of oil one expects, and it was quite a good value. The Giant size is sliced into 4 portions, and l ate two, or half a 15" sub. A lot for me. My husband REALLY enjoyed his Big Kahuna, a hot chicken cheese steak with grilled veggies and jalapeños. Dave is beyond particular. He ate his whole Regular size sub, plus a few bite of mine. I managed a big bite of his hot sub and it was noticeable that the chicken was moist and fresh, and not some chopped, pre-made stuff they warmed up. I don't know, but l would surmise it was at least made from actual roasted chicken breasts. My neighbors texted two comments about their subs, both Giant, a Stickball Slider and a Mike's Famous Philly: "We really liked ours too." "We should have done smaller ones!" So, all in all, a happy choice! We NEVER order in, since I really do cook, and we get Allrecipes, Cooks, and Bon Appétit magazines, and watch cooking videos, too! So l can safely say that this fussy group of eaters can HIGHLY recommend Mike's. And I will start saving some of my precious time and get subs there for a few meals every so often! read more

Great concept!! Fresh bread, fresh sliced meats and cheeses!! However at this location wearing a mask properly is not a thing, under your nose is pointless!! On to the sub, lunch rush is a thing I get it, but moving so "quickly" that your product is no longer quality is pointless. Tomatoes that were complete mush, no pickles when requested and a sub thrown together at your prices is unacceptable!! I have been to other locations and this has been a completely different outcome. Management should look into the training and style to which your senior associates teach, pushing someone aside so you can do three jobs is the reason my visit was less than stellar. read more
