The quality here is just OK. Parking is a complete hassle; if you need to find a spot to park it will take 10 minutes. Everything about my experience here was extremely poor. Have been coming to Jersey Mikes for years across multiple states without issues. Came here after placing an online order. Not only did they not have the ticket on the counter, the man who I spoke to was extremely confused as to how to help me since there was no order. On top of that, having to wait an extra 30 minutes after my pickup time, my sub in a tub came with NO LETTUCE and was not chopped at all, just slabs of meat with banana peppers and onions on top. 2/18/25 Ate List: Chicken Bacon Ranch - 7.1 I mean, look, Jersey Mike's is a fast-casual staple for me. I love the chain and feel like the quality across various locations is fairly consistent. Service here is no exception. For me, staff has always been kind and great to me. No difficulties across a dozen visits to this location. Typically, I stick with the Cold options as the Hot ones have been hit or miss for me. But, with below 10 degree temperatures, I gave the Chicken Bacon Ranch (Hot Sandwich) another shot. I've been to Jersey Mike's in Robinson where I live and Monroeville where my sister lives. Both places were great the subs were fantastic.

Ordered for lunch on a weekday via DoorDash. Order was correct and was good, BUT... they don't have as many customization options on DoorDash. You don't have the option to add things to your sandwich or leave requests/notes for the items. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich because that matched more closely to how I would customize my sandwich. They give you the option to remove things, but not to add anything. The directions were followed, but I didn't have the option to get exactly what I wanted. I would recommend ordering directly on Jersey Mike's site or go to the restaurant if you like to customize your food. Other than that, everything was great! read more

Not sure if I can recommend this location after 8:00PM. The man in charge was being rude to an older lady who stopped in to grab her "lunch" on her way to work her overnight shift. I hope she got to work on time because he was being a real jerk filling other orders before her's even after she already paid for her order with the young boy manning the register. I had to ask the employees twice to change their gloves after touching the register. Then when they decided to make me a new sandwich, not only were they upset about it, but the girl who was making it left the counter with her same gloves on went into the back of the kitchen for about 30 seconds to a minute and came back out and finished my sandwich with the same dirty gloves. Three trips within the last year. All three were not great. I got a chicken sub of some kind twice, and once a roast beef. Their bread was on each occasion old...not sickening and moldy, but not fresh. OK, I live in the 21st century and appreciate all we have in our daily lives. Bread that isn't exquisite? Not a deal breaker...but all three times? These sandwiches aren't cheap and are a not-often treat for myself. Onwards... How about some FREAKIN' MEAT???? There was so little on my recently ordered sandwich. The lettuce was sparse, the tomato so thinly sliced and small in diameter. And for all 3 visits, I waited well over 10 minutes when they were not extremely busy. This is my current obsession right now. The italian cold sub is probably one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. They cut the meat and cheese per sandwich, so it is very fresh and extremely tasty. I get it "mike's way" with that delicious vinaigrette dousing the sammy. The staff is miserable and rude. I ordered a sub to be ready at 430 and I got there at 4:32 and it was completely soaked and soggy. So they made it early and just left it sitting there. Went to Jersey Mike's in Cranberry the other day. It was horrible. I got a veggie sub that had 2 pieces of cheese and 2 pepper strips. My other choices were shredded lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and 2 kinds of hot peppers, no olives, no cucumbers, no mushrooms nothing. I purchased a Jersey Mike's gift card. i purchased it through Giant Eagle's app. I was trying to use the card and it came up zero dollars. I have not us this card. I have tried to call the number on the back of the card at least 20 times and they kept hanging up. I called BHM the company that handles gifts cards for Giant Eagle and they sai they couldn't help so they transferred me to Giant Eagle's customer service and they said they couldn't help me and wanted to transfer me back to BHM. I said no im not doing the back and forth thing because no one wants to take responsibility So I was told to ask for a supervisor. So far no ret call. Called Jersey Mike's and no help. Called I think the owner and he didn't answer my call and hasnt called me back. Terrified customer service. Had my very first Jersey Mike's sub tonight, Mike's Famous Philly. It was absolutely delicious; wish I had gotten the "giant" but that sounded a bit intimidating! The bread was so fresh and the red peppers added a sweet touch. The restaurant is very clean (it's brand new) and the staff are polite and efficient. Nice job! Wow what a terrible experience, I ordered 2 sandwiches and even tipped 30% when I didn't have to just to help out. I would rather have been slapped with a 3 foot long piece of salami than have ever stepped foot into that sad excuse for a restaurant. Not sure how it took 20 minutes to make 2 six inch subs. Food is great but service is terrible. I usually order online and then pickup, but it's rarely ever done on time. I tried about 3 different times but have stopped going ever since my last experience several weeks ago where I waited over 45 minutes for a cheesesteak! I ordered online for it to be done in an estimated 15 minutes, but it was not done in that amount of time since they were super busy, which is understandable. The problem was that I had to wait forever for anyone to acknowledge me, I had to ask about my food 2-3 times because staff would disappear and not communicate, and then eventually after about 35+ minutes someone finally figured out that no one ever made mine? I wanted some quick food to take home, but I ended up sitting in there and waiting watching a whole line of people come in, get served, eat, and leave. Some other people were waiting over 30 minutes as well. I don't understand how that could happen considering it was not busy at that point, but as much as I enjoy the food there, it's not worth my time ever experiencing that again. It's been a repeat problem, and that last visit really ruined it for me. Plus, no one even thought they should compensate me for that! I didn't want to be annoying and ask (especially because I was starving and eager to be home at that point), but that is the least they could have done for making someone wait 45+ minutes and repeatedly forgetting about them.
