I came in on 3/31/25, I ordered ahead in the app for a curbside pick up. That was my 1st mistake. The email says it'll be ready at 11:43. I decided to get there at 12:13. I check in via the app for curbside. I'm watching the car side runner giggle and laugh with another guy who is waiting for his food. I call the store after watching this for 5 minutes. The guy on the phone asks for my name about 3 times. Tells me he can't locate my order or the ticket. Says someone might have taken my bag or that the ticket was never made. He asks if I'm sure I'm at the right store. I give him the address he says he doesn't know his own stores address. I say I'm at the mandeville location that's what my app says. He still can't find my order. Gives a half ass apology when I state I only get a 30 minute lunch and spent part of driving and waiting. I walk into the store and my bag is right there on the curbside counter. That's when the girl decides to turn to me and ask what I need. I pick up the bag and say idk who I was on the phone with but my order is right here. And the guy as like I thought you said kierra. How he got that from Brooke Sierra, I'll never know. And I said regardless of. I selected check in for curbside and no one brought the order out to me. This is my second and last time ordering from this location. They messed up my last curbside order as well. I waited over 10 minutes for an order that was already done. I avoid going inside bc of my anxiety and PTSD & OCD. *****AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE IF THEY MESS UP***** . This location has multiple unaddressed complaints about service. This how they treat loyal customers and veterans. I'm an 8 year veteran of the army. Yall are shameful. read more

I ordered a Club Supreme and customized ingredients to avoid vinegar, oil etc. It tastes and appears to have oil/vinegar on the sandwich. I also typed in specific instructions but the sandwich was not cut in half. I noticed all the customizations and instructions are listed in the app order but NOT on the printed receipt with my order. read more

My husband and I got the original Philly cheese steak sandwich which was delicious. Order as soon as we arrived, the cashier was friendly and helped us decide on a few different options. Service was fast, food was great! We enjoyed the experience and food. We will visit again in the future. Would recommend! read more

Jersey Mike's is my favorite sub sandwich restaurant. My sandwich of choice is a #99. (It's not on the menu board) Very friendly staff that work well together. At lunchtime the line can get pretty long but moves very quickly. I don't know how they do it considering all the meats are sliced as you order. As often as I go there I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience. Great food, friendly staff and very clean. read more

Still, everything is made right in front of you right down to slicing the meat. Some healthy options for you if that's your thing. If you're expecting a po-boy go to Bear's. The steak&cheese are 4star, grilled to order on good sub rolls. I recommend the Big Kahuna without jalapeno (they are not traditional) to start. I have not tried the chicken subs. The Italian sub is pretty good, I'll ask for extra vinegar next time. Their app is easy to navigate to place and pay for your order. The staff is very friendly and professional and courteous. I love watching them construct my food. They exceed my standards for a great dining experience. And yes, I know dining usually refers to expensive surroundings. Does one ever consider dining where friends meet and eat a very special meal? Just asking. I have heard that the most intimate thing one can do is to have a meal with someone. I prefer the smallest sandwich because the bread is not voluminous. I love the taste of the bread with their ham, roast beef and bacon with another side of bacon. Your dreams are their realities. I love the provolone cheese and extra mayo.
