We hadn't been here before, but she has been waiting 25 years to come here. She has lived in Akron for all her life, and Kenmore for 10 of those. The bread was soggy, the ingredients were not quality whatsoever, it even looks like they cooked the sandwich with the lettuce on it. The pickles, the only thing free with this expensive meal, were soggy. We paid $41 for this meal for just utter disappointment. What makes Showcase a such a jewel is cost, you can easily walk out of Showcase with a crazy good lunch for under $10, not too shabby!
