Last week, shopping and everything, I went to the McDonald's on Augusta Highway and Saturday night I got a noticed from my bank that Xbox purchases were attempted 5 times for 29.99. The bank blocked the purchase due to my fraud claim in November. McDonald was the only place I used my new debit card. Just be careful, someone is taking photos of your cards in the drive through. This has also happened to two other people that I know who also only went to the drive through at the same McDonald, one also used her credit card at the drive through and several Xbox games were added to her Chase Card.

Tots were over cooked in old grease witha gross after taste and toaster bread was chewy and hard to bite through. Felt like a waste of $10, i also ordered the cherry limeade and it tasted like soda water with a hint of lime and no cherry. I don't know what has changed maybe the recipes but wasn't a good experience. I was also told they don't have jelly, like, at all because they don't sell enough breakfast sandwiches so they stopped ordering it. I've worked in the restaurant industry for over 15 years so i under the cost aspect but to have Zero jelly when you sell breakfast sandwiches is crazy. Even if you have to order a small case from amazon, Costco or Sam's or even Walmart for all i care any distributor. I ended up eating half the tots and just the egg and sausage from the sandwich and threw the bread away. It suck's when you know you could've made better at home.

Been to this location many times with varying experiences, but none of them horrible or…read moreexceptionally bad. First, the food is decent for a fast food fried chicken finger and salad place. The price point is reasonable for portions and quality. The variable is the service. Ordering can be chaotic with always one counter person trying to juggle take out orders and eat in customers with no established line protocol. Sometimes when the counter is busy the employees are flustered and not the most helpful or attentive. Once you've survived ordering, however, the food is delivered promptly and pleasantly. Be sure to ask for extra Zax Sauce for chicken fingers. Fries are good and salads are fresh. Not sure why a slice of bread comes with salads. I generally like Zaxbys and only critiques are the iced tea dispensers are frequently empty and there can sometimes be a wait for drinks as some try to figure out how the dispenser works. Also be aware not all the drink dispenser offerings are always available. All in all a good experience and especially for lunch.

All 3 of my orders had the wrong sides. They didn't bother to check what sides went with which burger. Also the burgers toppings were all mixed up. It appears whoever built the hamburgers didn't pay attention, nor did the person who double checked the order. I also was disappointed in the quality of the hamburgers. The hamburgers toppings appeared to be a soupy mess. There was really no substance. Better lettuce, tomatoes, and onions would make the hamburger so much better. Everything was so thin and a sloppy mess. The restaurant has an app and there are also kiosks inside if you wish to customize your order. There are burgers, chicken sandwiches, and salads. They also have shakes, malts and deserts. If you are hungry at 3am, don't worry. They are open 24 hours, and can serve you breakfast.

Sully's Steamers makes it very clear on its webpage that it's not your typical bagel joint. No toasted bagel here. I took a quick look at the menu, which is extensive; it looked intriguing. As their name suggests, all their sandwiches are assembled then steamed. Naturally, this creates an extra soft bagel. By their own admission this also creates and a gooey, melty, messy sandwich. Well maybe they don't say messy, but by the napkin "gauge", my California Steamin was a bit messy. My wife went with the Pirate. Did it work? With the "sammys" we had, yes! Tasty, not toasty. Most of us downloaded the mobile app which gave us a free Charburger with a purchased drink. Got there at 11:20 and we ordered at the counter. The inside was empty so we had plenty of space for our group. The cashier and manager at the time were very friendly and took our order and helped some of the guys with the mobile app situation. I think we all opted for the standard Charburger and possibly added cheese to it. I chose to split the regular fries and the tempura beans but others tried the sweet potato fries and onion rings along with just the fries. The opinion on the burger was varied. We had comments from it being very bland to excellent (one person said bland/tasteless and one said great). The majority said that the burger was good but nothing out of the ordinary. It had a nicely done burger with good meat, lettuce, mayo, onion, tomato and I think a pickle. I honestly felt that I could've ordered from Burger King or What-a-Burger and it wouldn't have been that much different. It had a sesame seed coated bun which was fine. The best thing that two of us had were the tempura green beans. Absolutely fabulous. A light crispy coating and yet the bean was totally cooked perfectly. I placed an order to take home to my wife and she thought they were great. The one person from California ordered a shake and said it was very good. Most of us ordered a soft drink just because of the mobile app giving a free char burger with a soft drink order. The shake did look good however. I will definitely return and try a shake next time and also order the beans again. I can't say anything about the other burgers since we pretty much ordered the same thing. Our average rating was 4.5 for the group, which is very good.
