They don't put enough meat on their sandwiches. Although their sandwiches are very good, they are expensive. I will eat here one day again.

Wow, what a great experience! We met the new owner right before their grand opening and we went into the store by accident. She gave us all free subs for stopping on a road-trip and really craving some Jersey Mike's. That tells me they have great customer service and want to provide an excellent experience! The sandwiches are amazing but the customer service today was far from that. The manager on site was so rude to the customer in front of me. The gentleman had a lot of coupons that was given to him by her employees and she shamed him, in front of me, for using them. Rather than shame him for using them she should have spoke with her employees about handing out so many coupons. I felt so bad for the gentleman and embarrassed to watch the whole conversation happen. It almost felt like she was bullying him. I was not impressed at all. read more

Horrible service. There was no one in line waiting and after maybe 20 seconds of looking at the menu the guy looked at me like I was taking an hour to decide. I got the philly and there was hardly any meat on it. There was something wrong with every drink at the drink machine and every table was dirty along with the floors yet there was no one else in the shop. I was initially apprehensive because Meconis sets the bar high in my book. I was pleasantly surprised! The sandwiches are tasty, bread is good, and I love how much oil/vinegar/spices they put on the sandwich. At first glance, I thought that would be a negative but I love it. Service is good too. Not sure what was up tonight?? But whole wheat bread and white bread do not even sound similar. Toasted means toasted, and yuck the amount of mayo on the other sandwich was way too much. Okay well let me start off by saying the only reason they're getting any stars is because the food is good and it's pretty quick to get your food. We come here very often. However, ever since masks were mandatory, the staff have disappointed me to say the least! They constantly are wearing it under their nose. I have said something to them quite a few times now WHILE they were making my sandwich with their mask not on correctly. Today I even saw one of the girls fully take it off to make a sandwich in the back area that was clearly visible to the public. This doesn't include all of the staff, just a few that are consistent with not wearing the mask correctly no matter how many times I mention something. I'm not one to usually say something, but you'd think if you're preparing someone's food... ESPECIALLY in front of them that you'd want to take all precautions during a pandemic. Just sayin!!! Ordered a #13 regular with no tomatos or red vinegar. After the manager had asked me 4 times what i didnt want on it i had left home to eat my sub. Once home, it had tomatos, vinegar and a so soggy half of the bread it was falling apart. I take the sub back, all i wanted was to have it remade properly only to have the same manager argue with me that i saw the pepperoni and there wasnt any tomatos on it. He had someone else make the sub stating, "just get her out of here." All i wanted was a the right sub made and to argue with me is rediculous especially for a manager. Everyone else in the store was understanding and Id gladly get a sub from them again but never again from that manager. read more

First of all, I went to the new location on Martin way, not this one. Wouldn't cut my grandmothers sub in half for her, tables and floor were dirty and sticky, fingerprints all over the windows, first time visiting for my birthday and didn't help me very much, I had spoken to two different workers asking questions as I was confused on how it worked. seemed like they didn't care, had to sit for five minutes waiting for someone to help and saw employees eating in front of me. Tables and booths weren't straightened out nicely. As for the sub, i didn't enjoy it at all, possibly just the recipe but it wasn't good. read more

I decided to try this place out, because I received a coupon in the mail. I actually didn't even know it was there. The place is kind of hidden in a little development next to Safeway. I got the club sub Mike's Way and it was actually really good. The regular was giant and they cut it in half. All the veggies are fresh and they put a lot of meat. A regular (without a coupon) runs around $7-8, sandwich only. They have two sides on the menu, a "cold" and a "hot". The sandwiches are completely different on both sides of the menu and you can't get a cold sandwich toasted. If you want something toasted, you must order off the "hot" menu. They are really friendly and the food is made quickly in front of you. read more

So sad to say that Mike's has gone downhill. Went back a couple times for the Cheese Steaks and they seem to have settled for lesser employees who don't know how to prepare them now, they are under chopped and the peppers and onions are under-cooked and the cheese lands on the paper it's wrapped in, this at a couple of their places. Now consistently bad Philly Cheese Steaks. Needs to retrain their existing employees. Still staying away from their sandwiches from the nasty slicer, tasteless meats on way too much bread. The girl who helped me was very friendly, that's all I can say though unfortunately . I love Jersey Mikes but this was my first time at this particular location. I ordered a chicken Cesar wrap and it was super soggy within my five minute drive back to work. Busted open on both sides an the chicken was cold..like refrigerated cold. I understand it not being super hot after my whole five minute commute in 80 degree weather but it was cold as if it was not heated up at all. Also all I tasted was vinegear. So much of it it was pouring out both ends and soggy . I was really bummed that I didn't have time on my lunch to go back to have it fixed. What a waste of 9 bucks plus tip:( I probably won't be going back to this location. read more

Pretty good, they have the biggest subs I have ever seen. I can only eat half then eat the other half hours later and I'm good for the day.

Philly Cheesesteak is really good (#56 big kahuna) - if you get large it is about 2 feet long! Subs are a bit messy, but the ingredients are fresh and flavor is fantastic. Location is busy, staff is friendly. read more

Biggest pet peeve is the slicer. After doing either a #6 or #9 please wipe down the slicer. I don't want bloody beef on my turkey. Huge health hazard. Used to work for a Jersey Mikes and I remember being hassled about it by corporate. That would be my only complaint. Employees are always nice, store is clean! read more
