I'll just leave that here: #13 on white, regular size (not sure this matters), Mike's way, cut the onions, add pickles, mayo on bottom, spicy mustard on top (regular is fine if they don't have it), and pepper relish on top. I know several Jersey mike in town , here , Monrovia and downtown LA next to pacific rail road middle of nowhere. They are all great but I like the employees energy here . The wrap it with love and care. About 2 months ago they have few employees that were under training and they let small mistakes. They've screwed up on so many of my food delivery orders, that I've decided to go on Yelp and rate them. They just forgot my avocados for the third time on my club sandwich. They've forgot my chips & cookies before, and mistakes on other sandwiches. I've been in there a few times to order, and the employees seem happy, but a little too talkative with each other. I had to interrupt them with a question before, because they were having an important conversation about one of their friends car. My guess is management doesn't care what we think, because notice they never respond to these negative reviews, like several restaurants that care do. I give them 3 stars though, because their sandwiches are so good. If you can order from another Jersey Mike's, I would recommend it. The one in Eagle Rock is more professional and really good. Our family enjoys Jersey Mike's, but this location is the worst in the area. We make the longer drive from La Crescenta to the La Canada location to pick up orders through the app. In La Canada's location we get fresh (not dried out) bread, correct orders, timely service and friendly employees. The only way to get a correct order or get your avocados in La Crescenta is by going in person. If you stand there and watch them make it, you can catch the mistakes. Even still, the wait will be long and the bread will be incredibly bad. Very poorly managed location with apathetic employees. Such a bummer. read more
