Jersey Mikes is one of our go to places where we need a low stress good meal. They have precautions in place so that I can eat there without worry being gluten free. I love not having to stress about getting sick while eating at a sandwich shop. The service is always great even when they are very busy and any time we've had any issues they've always been quickly resolved. This is my 3rd or 4th time at this location but I am a Jersey Mike's fan! I walked in with a plan to try something I never had before. I am a turkey provolone sub, my way not Mike's but that's what great. So, the young girl took my order and I told her please bear with me. I've never had the sandwich before. She listened and then kindly asked if I wanted extra meat or double meat and I didn't even know there was a difference. I went with extra meat because she told me double meat would be as much meat as they put on a giant. I got a Philly cheesesteak with grilled onions then added mayo, raw onion and some pepperoncini & chipotle, mayo on the side. Got sandwiches from Doordash tonight, the BLT showed up with only bacon, the ham mini was on old bread. When i complained to the kid in charge tonight, he was rude, dismissive and refused to help. He said all of their bread is hard like that, asked did i take a picture of the bug that was in my sandwich and refused to remake the mess ups. When i asked for the corporate email address, because i have had issues here in the past, he gave me the bs local gmail address that's easy to delete. I asked "is this a corporate email? you're telling me a huge chain like Jersey Mike's has a gmail account? To which he said yes, it goes all the way to the top.." I need an email, a call and a personal apology from this young punk for trying to trick me in front of his young coworkers and being an ass. We were blown away by how natural he was at making conversation while offering suggestions to their orders or additional items or options. Mid size store, it was a big line, but they did move pretty fast. The staff was just fairly welcoming, there was nothing special about this location, so I am giving it a 3 star. The food was hot and tasty. We ordered the Chipotle Cheese Steak sandwich with Chipotle mayonnaise (TASTY TASTY). They were quite generous with the cheese and chipotle mayonnaise that it made this sub a winner. I highly recommend you try this on your next visit. We also had their Barbecue and white cheddar baked chips, both were good but the barbecue was the best one out of the two. New to the Frisco area, I was hesitant to "try out" my local Jersey Mike's having had really bad luck with the one near where I used to live. I waited too long to visit this particular JM location. Ordered a BLT on wheat customized and a Club Supreme Mike's Way on wheat online. Went seamlessly online and just as well on the pickup. I don't generally review chain restaurants unless there is a consistent problem that needs to be addressed by management, like there is with this particular Jersey Mike's location. We live nearby and have been customers at this location for several years now. The food quality has always been great and the staff are always friendly. The problem with this location is that they are unacceptably slow on a consistent basis. Today marked one too many times where we end up standing inside this place for 30 mins waiting for them to make two sandwiches. Today, there were only about 3 people in the store when we arrived to order, yet it took 30 mins for them to make one cold sub and one hot sub. The reason for this seems to be they are making too many online/to-go orders that they are prioritizing over customers that are physically standing inside of the store. I understand that online/to-go orders are important too, but not at the expense of customers in your store. Sadly, from now on we will drive further to another Jersey Mike's rather than continue standing around inside of this location. read more

Boy, this place puts the competition to shame. Every employee was hustling when we walked in at lunchtime. The subs we got were delicious, fresh, and packed with toppings. A couple weekends ago, I decided to pick up lunch from this location. I was blown away by the customer service. The man who was cutting the deli meat, was incredibly friendly to each customer. He made the younger boy in front of me smile and then proceeded to make conversation with me and the older gentleman behind me. He had us both laughing and then I ended up talking with the man behind me. My wife, sister-in-law and I frequently get Jersey Mikes sandwiches through the online ordering app. Most times its not a problem. But last nights order was very wrong, each of the 3 sandwiches that we ordered had missing ingredients. My wife called the location explaining the issue. While on the phone, the employees denied that any mistakes were made and asked that sandwiches be brought back that night (near closing time) or the next day to proof it. While on hold, my wife could overhear the employees talk to each other, stating that she was "lying" and making excuses and that they could not have possibly "messed up 3 sandwiches". I understand that in the service industry you're not going to please everyone but have some grace and accept that mistakes could have been made. We weren't looking for comped food or any handouts, just some understanding. The rude tone of the employees and accusations make it very likely that this place won't see our business again. read more

I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's for many years and this one is by far the best. Today I called ahead for a number 17 which is the steak sub it's amazing. I have never had a bad experience here but today I really thought they deserved a review. Brian held open the door for not only myself but every single customer that walked in behind me. They were very helpful in placing my to go order quickly over the phone and accurately. As soon as I arrived Brian opened the door, greeted me warmly & friendly, and proceeded to help me get my food to go. I didn't have to wait long at all, in fact he had the inside running smoothly while he was greeting and assisting customers that were walking in. I personally work for a bank and I wish that my employees would be as friendly and as passionate about customer service as Brian was. I was very impressed with my overall experience and he truly deserves this review as well as his staff.
