The food was great my sub was made the way that I requested and it tasted excellent!!!!

We've alwsys loved eating here. We were sitting our car, when we had seen an older gentleman fall near his truck. We immediately ran to help him. A worker asked us if we needed anything, and said anything you can grab. When my husband and I realized no broken bones or head trauma, we allowed the man to stand, while put on gloves to clean his wounds. The staff provided us with clean rags, bandaids, etc. We talked to the man, and found many bleeding areas on his body. Used a clean rag to clean his seat and replace his bag with a new one. They even offered to mske a new sandwich for him. We asked to drive the man to an ER, but refused. Said he felt better. I even offered to drove him home, but he said was picking up his granddaughter. Very sweet man. I hope he is better. The staff was amazing! Way to go showing you go above and beyond. read more

The giant sub is pretty big but it almost cost 18 dollars for the sub. You order and they make it fresh. You can tell them what you want on it. In my opinion much better than Subway. The staff was friendly in taking my order. You can sit down on the inside and eat or order it to go. read more

Highly disappointed in the giant tuna sub. The first sub was wrong, so it was returned with a promise to correct it and give a better tuna sub. Well, the second sub I received was just as horrible as the first one. On the first occasion, I received a drenched tuna sub in oil the bread was soggy and oil dripped from the bread. There was more lettuce than tuna and none of the fixings I requested. The second sub was supposed to be better however the sub was not sadly it was awful as the first. It was so drenched in oil and excessive mayo that the sub didn't resemble a sub at all but just a glob of soggy bread with little tuna and fixings. It was so much oil on the bread that it coated my hands and counter. The second sub was just as uneatable as the first. The service from this Jersey Mikes is far the worst I have encountered compared to other locations. I walked in was not greeted. Then told someone else behind the counter will take my order. I placed my order and stood there for five minutes. During those five minutes my sandwich was never made. Instead they were making other sandwiches yet I was the only customer in the store. Maybe they were making food for DoorDash or Uber eats. I think you should take care of the paying customers in front of you. I had to walk out of the store without my sandwich. I will never visit this location again. I would advise ordering online they take priority in those orders obviously read more

A simple sub I thought, sub is correct, simple..NEVER. my babyluv and I had the #13, mine just xx onion, his Mike's way, oil and vinegar on side for both. We took them home, an easy 35-40 miles. WOW, Awesomeness just doesn't cover it. The onions on my sandwich were so fresh thy spoke to me. I love onion, these were screaming 'hey, we were just picked, Sliced and put on this sandwich. The roll was so fresh, yet crispy, the meat and cheese went on for days. I bet if you looked submarine sandwich up in Websters, it should show a #13 from Jersey Mike's. Delicious, fresh, huge, and extremely satisfying. Try it, it might change your definition of a submarine sandwich. read more

Tonight, my husband and I ordered 2 subs, medium sized, a Mike's Famous Philly and a BLT. It's the first time we've ever ordered from here. I placed the order at 8:05ish, the person on the phone was very nice, I drove over within 10 minutes and they were ready. I really think this was the best blt I've ever had. All other places are all bread. I barely tasted the bread because mine had so much bacon! My husband's philly steak and cheese was amazing also, or so he said. We highly recommend Jersey Mike's if you're looking for a great sub for lunch or dinner! read more

I have been a Jersey Mike's customer in Savannah, Alpharetta, Ga, and now Fredericksburg, Va. My favorite is the roast beef, and I prefer it rare. No problem getting at Rt 1 near Cowan Blvd location. The new Plank Road location on last two visits have provided well done / dry roast beef....ugh! That is my last visit to that location ! No excuse! read more

I absolutely love The Jersey Mike's franchise!! Never had a bad experience in any that I have been to. Love this one also! But........ Maybe whoever is on the register should not handle food without gloves on. You don't touch food products after handling money. That's my only gripe. read more

First time at a Jersey Mike's. We went on day two of the opening of this new store. Was very busy but moved quickly. We both got the Italian, loved having the meat and cheese cut fresh. We were very excited to have a Jersey Mike's open close to where we live. We used to eat at their locations in Texas when we lived there, so we know how great their sandwiches are, and about the generosity of the company. We were even MORE excited to see they now offer Udi's Gluten Free bread. We have a son with celiacs disease, and there are very few restaurants he likes that offer anything he can eat. Yesterday, my husband ordered a 1/2 sub for our son (on Udi's bread) through the doordash app, for his lunch for today. It arrived on time and my husband put it in the fridge. I guess it was lucky for us that our plans for today we're cancelled at the last minute and our son didn't need to pack a cold lunch, because the sandwich was NOT on gluten free bread. I know, shame on us for not checking to make sure that Jersey Mike's did their job properly. Our son has been able to make a sandwich since he was 4 years old, so I was living under the false assumption that people who get paid to do it, could see the words on paper, open the matching bread bag, take out the bread, cut it, add meat, lettuce & cheese and wrap it in paper with little assistance. Then when my husband requested a refund on doordash, he was offered a $4.99 credit! I wonder what happens when a person with sever food allergies accidentally eats something they didn't order , oooh, have a coupon when you get out of the hospital!? I have a suggestion for you Jersey Mike's, only let your manager or shift supervisor make the food if there's ANYTHING to do with allergies or a food sensitivity. You're lucky that my 17yr old can tell the difference between Udi's GF bread and regular sub rolls, a young child or someone newly diagnosed with celiacs disease might not be able to. So we'll be skipping JM from now on. It's just not worth the potential screw up! read more

Called and ordered a sub. They said be ready in 15-20 minutes. I walked in the store 22 minutes after I ordered. Walked to the counter and two people making subs never acknowledged me, not even to say hello. Finally a person at the back counter waived at me. I approached her, she said I can take your payment. I paid her and then she said it will be 20 minutes. I ask for a refund, as it has been 25 minutes since I ordered. She refunded my card with hast. It was my first time going to Jersey Mike's so I didn't know what to expect. I got the steak and cheese and my mom got a gluten free sub. There was a long line, but because of the gluten free sub we got our subs quicker. I would say the quality of the subs was okay and the service was good. read more

I was hoping that when I ordered the Steak and Cheese with onions and peppers and extra cheese I'd be able to see and taste them but instead I was extremely disappointed. I couldn't find a pepper except for a tiny morsel of what I believed was a pepper and the onions were scarce and couldn't taste them. I ordered extra cheese and paid the extra 2.00 for it but instead I tasted more mayonnaise that cheese. I was very disappointed bc I thought Jersey Mike's was as good as what their commercials show. I know they aren't real most of time but this was way more disappointing than I thought. Maybe they are better at cold subs. Don't know if I'll try them...anybody know if may be the cold subs are better. My husband was very disappointed as well so it wasn't just myself but I have it 2 stars bc at least it was warm. read more

Me and my grandson stopped at this Jersey Mike's to pick up some sandwiches and we won't be going back! Virginia is under a mandatory face mask rule, but there were several young men in there not wearing masks. They were laughing and talking and one of them sat on one of the tables. Nothing was said. There's even a sign on the window. The employees were pretty backed up so these young men were in there for some time. I have cancer so I stayed as far away as I could and apologized to the couple behind me for not moving up to the next spot. They were very understanding because they had several children at home that were severe asthmatics. When I told my husband about it he called them and was told by the manager that they didn't feel anyone had the right to tell people they had to wear masks and therefore were not going to enforce the mandate. What part of mandatory do they not understand and they obviously don't care about their customers or employees. We were so excited when this shop opened up so close to our home, but we won't be patronizing it ever again! read more
