I ordered a sandwich online which I have done often. The sandwich had mayonnaise on it which I don't eat and didn't request. I lived about 8 miles from the store one way. I called and spoke to Kimberley whom said she was a manager. She refused to refund my money without me traveling back to the store and then hung up on me. Every time I come here I am disappointed and annoyed. I previously would order online and come 15 minutes later than the scheduled time, after knowing it's never ready by the time on the order but my order was still not ready. Each time I say I'll never come back. After a few months pass I feel like a JM Sub. Try again. This time I figure I'll skip the disappointment from ordering in advance and I go in. So far so good. No line, except for one guy ahead, finishing his toppings on his orders. The bread guy takes my order and walks away, comes back with a white loaf of bread which is what I wanted although he didn't ask what bread I wanted. However he and the toppings guy/ cashier have been standing in front of me making other orders, not interacting with me at all. The white bread was for another order, must have been called in; I learn this after the first non communicative standing for 5 minutes After 10 minutes of standing with no further discussion about my sandwich I leave. This is the worst organized Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. They need to figure out how to serve both "to go" orders and the patrons that come in. They don't even keep you apprised on why you're just standing/waiting for an order. I have never been satisfied with their slow, disorganized, understaffed and unconcerned style of customer service. I live 5 minutes away, the last time it was late they ran out of onions, go next door to publix, this time it was early, I asked the girl, do you have onions,she said plenty, so happy the other employee ...when I got to her to put the dressings on I asked for onions, she said they only had one pan for the day it was 1 oclock really! BS, lazy,I worked restaurant, I pay over 50. Guess I'll be the only 5 star review but I have some good reasons!! This location is closest to my home so it's the spot for an easy dinner. I'm not saying this is the place to go if you're on a time crunch... the workers are very slow. But I can promise they're going to make a damn good sammy! I always get the Italian, mikes way, hold the tomato, add mayo. It comes out perfect every time. ((And yes I know what perfect is because it tastes the same as all the other JM sandwiches I've had from other locations)) There's a few girls that work in there that are so happy to joke around with me and my husband and I'm sure they appreciate that seeing as they seem to be short staffed 9/10 times we go in there. Went in with my family to get some subs for a fishing trip. When we walked in the employees greeted us and the facility was clean. Upon further inspection, there were flies on the bacon, the tomatoes and the lettuce. All items were left out an uncovered. There is no way I'm going to eat food with flies on it. That is completely foul. I mentioned it to one of the workers and he shrugged his shoulders and said that's how it was. This is a disgrace. I might call the local board of health because I don't believe flies in 2025 are a good thing. Hate to give them a bad review but might need some leadership. My husband and I normally get dinner here once a week as something quick. Tonight we waited and finally see one of our on line order sandwiches is done and sitting but not the other. One male and two female younger employees. None of them have their hair under their hat or a hairnet while making the food. The male had dreads hanging down while he is cooking on the grill. Pretty sure that is a health department concern. I love Jersey mikes but every time I order from this location, the order never comes out right, the employees always have an attitude (to customers and to each other), and it takes forever. You'd think ordering ahead on the app (with an estimated completion time) would negate this - it doesn't. If it's busy inside or not, expect to wait, expect not to be accommodated, and expect to have to speak up if you'd like to be served. The food is standard if you get what you ordered. The areas are most likely dirty - no clean tables to eat on, chairs in disarray. I don't know if they don't pay their employees enough, don't train them enough, or what's going on but they always look miserable. This location needs help or more involvement from the owner. read more

This is a new store so I'll give them grace for That. That's why it's one star. The food is good for a sandwich place. The service is severely lacking. I get mobile orders. First time I ask them if mine was ready so I actually talked to someone. They were preparing the order, ok no problem. I sit there and sit there and sit there. I walk over to the mobile order rack and there is my food. ‍ Second time the order is wrong. Wrong food put in the sack. So I got someone else's food. Now third time: mobile order, app tells me what time to pick up. I walk in a couple minutes after the time promised and they can't find my order. After walking around looking at every ticket they finally look in the computer. There's the order........not even started. If they don't get their house in order they will be closed in 6-9 months.
