The line does not move. That coupled with ppl parking after they leave the window to go back in and get their order corrected, it's not worth the effort. But... went today at about 3:30p, and stayed because there was no one in line at all. I ordered, the kiosk style employee took my order. I paid at the window, because I had cash. As she gave me my change, she asked me to pull around and park at a numbered spot. I was the only customer in the drive thru I realized I hadn't asked for ketchup but remembered Whataburger (from experiences in Texas) is always good about making sure you have it. I love the spicy ketchup. About 4 min after I Parker's, a nice employee brought me my bag with patty melt and fries- The employee was friendly but brought no ketchup and, when I asked, he said I could swing back around to the window and ask. I didn't bother- not sure why he couldn't bring any back out. No napkins in the bag for my very saucy patty melt. The melt was alright, but the fries were lukewarm and stale (way too salty but this is fairly normal for this chain). I will probably choose other burger joint options- I've tried twice with this restaurant, and it's not worth the money or hassle. Hope they revamp and get with the program or they'll never make it.

Some of them are harder than others to drive to from 400 depending on your direction. Lucky for me today I was headed north so Freddy's was an easy stop off. I went inside rather then drive thru because I needed to use the restroom. The restroom was tidy and clean. The restaurant is decorated with photos and such from the history of Freddy's these were interesting to look at while waiting for my food. I walked up to the counter to order, the person was nice and helpful explaining menu items. There are way more things on the menu than I was ready to try today. I went for the regular cheese burger meal. The burger was two crispy thin patties, two slices of cheese, pickles, onions, mustard. It was pretty good but salty. Fries were the delicious thin kind but could have been more crispy. It is the serene your own beverage station with diet Dr Pepper so that's great! The catsup pump was empty so the counter guy gave me some to go catsup packs. I decided to eat in my car because wanted to get going quickly. Overall it was a good experience and I will try again.

It has been a long time since I last ate at any Taco Bell…read morelocation and stopped in here one afternoon with a craving for the Cheesy Gordita Crunch Wrap with Fire hot sauce. I cannot say I was disappointed, the food was exactly as I remember from my last visit of well over a year ago. It satisfied my craving! Service, the young lady who took my order was pleasant but did not appear to be friendly or really wanting to be there during my visit. She was working the register and also out cleaning the dining room which was empty but had obviously been used and in need of cleaning. My table was clean but many around me needed cleaning and the floors were dirty but she was working on them and making progress so they may have had a large crowd before my arrival. This may also have led to her demeanor at the register. My food order was prepared quickly and was correct. My name was called shortly after I ordered and a young man handed me my tray greeting me by name and asking if there was anything he could do for me. His attitude was great and he made me feel welcomed. I have to say that it was his greeting and attitude that prompted me to give them four stars versus two. My experience in ordering left me ready to leave but he saved the experience. I hate going into a food place and feeling like I am really burdening the person taking my order and they really wish I had not bothered them. Unfortunately, this was my feeling when I placed my order but it was nice to know my food preparation was by somebody who enjoyed their job. Bottome line, I would return here again next time I have a craving for Taco Bell.

When I entered the restaurant, not a single employee greeted me or even acknowledged that I was there. The dining room was nearly empty, yet I was directed to use the self-order kiosk while multiple employees remained in the back talking among themselves. The kiosks themselves were filthy and so unresponsive that I had to repeatedly tap the screen just to place an order. No employee offered assistance at any point. After ordering a combo meal, including a drink, I waited approximately ten minutes for my food despite the restaurant not being busy. When my order was finally ready, an employee simply dropped the bag on the counter, mumbled my name, and walked away without so much as a glance in my direction. When I asked for the cup that should have come with my meal, she slowly retrieved one, set it on the counter without acknowledging me, and walked away. There was no apology and no basic customer service. Unfortunately, the condition of the restaurant matched the attitude. The dining room tables needed cleaning, the kiosks were covered in grime, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition. I don't expect fine dining from Taco Bell. I do expect basic cleanliness, professionalism, and common courtesy. This location seems to have serious management issues, because the lack of customer service and poor upkeep appear to be accepted as normal. Until major improvements are made, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was driving home from the airport and feeling a little hungry so I decided to give Arby's a try…read more As I always say, order from the app an you get a better deal. I've been reading about the gyro and mozzarella sticks but didn't want to eat that in the car because it sounded messy so I ordered a beef n Cheddar instead lol. So if you get the double meat fries and a drink that costs $12 and that's not too bad so I ordered that on the app. Going to pay the app tells me that because I spent more than $10 I can get a free sandwich. I looked through the sandwiches and saw I could get a 1/2 pound beef and cheddar for free so I did! This was a bad move because I got two of what were the same thing. Duh. I ordered from the parking lot so I went in, washed up, and waited a couple minutes for my order. That was plenty fast. The restaurant was clean. The condiment bar had pumps for all the sauces but I took packets because I was driving. The double meat I customized to come on a sesame bun which turned out to taste better to me than an onion bun. With two packs of Arby's sauce that cuts the salt from the meat and it tastes pretty good. The half pounder is just ridiculous. It is the messiest thing I ever ate in a car, it is almost soup! It is hard to tame the salt in the meat. The Curley fries were as crispy and seasoned as they ever are and were good too. Hey here's the kicker - the soda bar has diet Dr Pepper! Yes! oh what a great beverage to go with the meal. I am never going to get that huge sandwich again, but I am going to get the gyro and mozzarella sticks next time!

I never leave negative reviews, but I had one of the most unpleasantly disappointing experiences…read moreI've ever encountered at a restaurant at this Arby's around 7:30 PM--especially over an issue that should have been easily resolved. I was picking up dinner for my dad, who is bedbound and relies on me for care. He's always loved this location, especially for the milkshakes and his favorite corned beef Reuben sandwich, so even though it's a 25-minute drive from my house, I wanted to bring him something special. From the start, things just felt off? The person taking orders at the drive-thru sounded like she did *not* want to be there. She quickly rushed me through my order, and barely let me finish before cutting me off! When I finally got the food, it was cold and they forgot both a cookie and some chicken tenders. I know mistakes happen, so I called the restaurant to let them know what happened and hopefully get it sorted out. The manager's response honestly shocked me. Instead of trying to help, he asked me if there was "actually something he could help me with," after I explained the situation! Unreal.. It felt like he just wanted me off the phone. When I asked if I could be reimbursed for the missing items and cold food, he didn't offer any solution other than "so is there actually something I can help you with"!! I couldn't believe my ears. Then, when I asked for his name, he hung up on me. When I tried calling back, he refused to take my call. I even tried calling the customer service line, hoping they would rectify the situation ... Unfortunately, I wasn't reimbursed for anything. They said they'd send me a free sandwich card, which apparently takes 4 to 8 weeks to arrive. That just doesn't feel like much of a resolution, especially when all I wanted was a hot meal and a little kindness for my dad. I get that people have rough days and mistakes happen--I really do. But the way this was handled was just unacceptable. I've always appreciated this Arby's for making my dad happy, but after this experience, I honestly don't know if I'll be coming back. I hope management takes this seriously and retrains the staff, because no customer--especially someone just trying to bring a little joy to a loved one--should be treated this way.
