I love the tortellini cardinal. The Greek salad is also good with lots of toppings. The service is always good and it is a nice cozy experience.

Manhattan Meat (the slices are huge! We cut them so we could have some of each kind of pizza!)

Had a birthday party and ordered (4) XL Pizzas! I called earlier in the day and was able to place the order with a specific delivery time! The pizza was brought on time and was hot and fresh!

    Cheese Pizza $5

Omg the best baked Ziti ever, true NY style pizza and terrific service. Have great lunch specials until 4PM. If you are traveling through, stop at this spacious, delicious and non-chain establishment, you won't regret it.

    Calamari

This is a favorite place of ours. We order out frequently from here as well as have eaten in. Service is as great as the food. We've had several pasta dishes, subs, pizza, calamari, and Stromboli. Everything has been wonderful. If I had to pick a weak point, it'd be the subs, but they're still better than most places in that regard. Highly recommend!!

    Tortellini

Amazing experience!!! Their menu had so many choices and decided to ask my waitress what was popular. She had suggested the tortellini, and it was awesome. Staff was very polite and professional!!! Highly recommended!!!

Top notch!!! This place is gold, baby!!! How you doing? I'm 100% newyorican from that Bronx baby!! And this place is amazing... NYC pizza at its finest. Ordered the Bronx bomber, and it was so delicious the meats were delish and the veggies were fresh a must try!!!! The tile service was also on point!

We had a reservation for dinner on 12/20 at 6:30 pm. Knowing it was the holiday season and that Dahlonega is a popular destination, we intentionally made a reservation so our family could enjoy a relaxed dinner together during our visit. Unfortunately, the experience fell short in several ways. Cons: Despite having a reservation, we waited an excessive amount of time to be seated. Once seated, our table was visibly dirty. When a server finally came by, bread was delivered without plates, utensils, or napkins, which required an additional long wait. Service throughout the meal was extremely slow. We watched several other parties arrive, dine, and leave while we were still waiting. The chicken piccata was not prepared correctly and tasted more like a sour Alfredo-style sauce. The steak was chewy and not cooked as ordered. Pros: We received a small complimentary cannoli for a birthday, which was appreciated. The ambiance was festive and nice for the holidays. Had we known about the level of service and food quality ahead of time, we would have chosen to dine elsewhere during our visit. It's disappointing to say, but based on this experience, I would not retur

The salad was fresh and generous. Great combination of romaine and olives. The dressing was homemade and perfect for the salad combination. The pizza was good but Not sure about the pepperoni . It was harsh not picante as it should be. The coffee espresso excellent BUT $14 for a very average almond croissant with very little almond , no not good. And I do believe it was frozen and then heated up. The place is beautiful, go for the place not the good. You will go back. We did. No will go again. Had to be worth the 1.5 hr drive. It was.

The atmosphere inside doesn't remind me of an upscale winery, tables were cramped and tons of TVs were on showing sports. Food was good though!! The calamari was delicious and I loved the side sauces it came with. The mozzarella delight is amazing for mozzarella stick lovers because of the amount of cheese and perfect breading with sea salt on top. The vodka sauce pizza was okay, the prosciutto made it pretty salty but I really liked the pesto drizzled on top. The pappardelle was also good. The apple crisp skillet was mid. Wish the apples were cut up into smaller, easier to eat pieces. Our server forgot we moved inside and we saw our food sitting at the table outside and had to bring it in ourselves. Overall: pretty location and good food, service and interior aren't up to par if you're looking for a classy, high-end dinner experience I would pick somewhere else.

I love to support local mom and pop places but this one continues to just miss and I can't go when…read morethe only thing good is it's local people We have been to Rubys when it was the old location on memory drive and it was better then and now several times at the new location which seems to be when they went downhill. First before you go check the health score. They had scored in the 60s and 70s and were hit for not keeping food at the right temps and had mentioned it was timing if the health inspection for someone was coming out the next day to resolve. Sounds good and sounds like they knew about it. They got heath checked again a month later and well the same issue on food temps was still an issue. The service is not always great. We have been and walked out after 15 mins of being ignored and it was not super busy. Then on other times the service was slow, had to ask for refills and if you get appetizers and share plates please note they won't clear the table till you leave so yes you can sit there with your dirty plates and look at them and your empty glass that you want more drink in. I have mentioned it to the owner and he said while we do have young kids working here. That's an excuse and a training along with management issue. I worked as a server at the same age and knew what the restaurant standards were. Onto the food. It's Italian but in reality it is pizza and sandwiches. The pizza dough is thick and since I have been to Italy it is nothing like Italy. I've been to New York, Chicago and Detroit and it's none of those styles either. It's thick dough that I have had not cooked all the way through. Also you pay per topping and I will say the price for the amount of toppings is way off and not worth it. The sandwich is decent. I think the bread is made there so plus on that. They use boars head so basically it's similar to any other local sandwich shop. We did have dessert. I think they may make the cakes there but we had cannolis and the shells came out of a box and not sure about the crème since it was already in a pipping bag. Overall this place is meh. It probably stays in business because near the square there are not a lot of choices so people get pizza and they deliver when others don't go that far. So that's probably their bread and butter. Those looking for a good Italian dinner are just not going to Also when you go there is wiring over by doors and you can see in the pictures. It doesn't seem safe and done properly.

Hmmmm..I want to love this place but the Saturday I went they were struggling badly…read more It was around 3pm. Not crowded at all. Service very slow. I ordered a Rubin and my husband ordered a sausage Parmesan sandwich. They came with chips. My Ruben came out after a fairly long wait. Waitress told my husband that his was on the way. A long wait later she told my husband they made a meatball parm in error and would he take it. They offered to make the sausage parm as a to go. The Rubin was very good. The meatball parm was just ok. They definitely need some training on how to run a sit down restaurant. Also training on how to prep food and have it go out at the same time for full party. The waitress did not even apologize for the somewhat strange service. I also thought rubys was known for their take home and heat meals. A lady stopped by for a dinner and was told they had none I hope they get it together soon!
