The overall look of the restaurant/bar on the outside and inside is great, no complaints. Once the food hit the table is when everything fell apart, starting with the house salad. The house salad was made up of greens that were not clean, the lettuce was old where they were it was cut as you can see in the pictures and the dressing which was homemade vinaigrette was completely 100% oil. The baked Italian sub was not baked at all, the cheese was not even melted on the sandwich. The garlic breadsticks which we were told were phenomenal were frozen or store-bought breadsticks that were heated up in the oven. You would think in a pizzeria restaurant that they would make their own breadsticks. Every pizzeria in the free world makes their own breadsticks fresh. The cheese and pepperoni pizza which they say is a crowd favorite came to the table and was nothing but a pool of grease. I am not being critical, I'm being real. The waitress (Hailey) was very nice, but it seemed like a whole lot of people standing around to me to not get things right. For 2 people spending $45 for lunch I would expect a little more attention to what the menu says and what you serve. If you say, baked on the menu, then bake the sub long enough to melt cheese. read more

Went based on Yelp, and I don't like to leave critical reviews of non-chains, but unfortunately I would not go back. The place had TVs everywhere and if you were going to watch a game it might be a good destination, but I don't understand the excitement about the pizza. Our server was attentive and pleasant, but the pizzas were not good. I am not a fan of thin pizza, but the 7Pie pizza was the thinnest I have ever seen (including out of a box from the grocery store), and the crust was so limp you couldn't pick it up. We ate here last weekend. I didn't know anything about the restaurant, we just saw it and decided to give it a try! The menu manages to be extensive in variety without being three pages long. Our table had the Italian sandwich, pizza, spaghetti and meatballs, and a couple burgers. I also ordered 6 garlic Parmesan wings and the loaded fries as an app. We truly enjoyed everything. The loaded fries have chicken tenders, bacon, and ranch! I've never seen chicken tenders in there but it was a really good add. The interior of the restaurant has a good vibe. Lots of seating with a bar in the center. Our waiter was patient, we had a large party, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. If you haven't been here, give it a try! We go maybe 2-3 times a month and LOVE their pizza! Bartender Kristie is so amazing! She remembers our drink and food orders, which is pretty welcoming. My only complaint is that the side salad comes in huge pieces, which means I always have to spend some time cutting it up before eating. Can't the kitchen staff do that before serving? We ordered a queso but we didn't have enough chips. When we ask for more our server said it would be extra because inventory was low. We ordered a pizza and a meatball sub. The server forgot to put the sub in our order so we were finished with the pizza before the sub came out. With that being said, the food was good and hot. Have been here twice now. First time was in December 2024 and every restaurant was packed. This place is just off the square. Was very busy but we were seated in about 15 minutes. Had chicken tenders and cheese pizza. Both excellent. Service was good considering they were packed. 2nd time was 4/25/25. Had our big dog Bear with us so sat outside. Nice fenced in dog friendly area so we could let Bear off leash. My husband and I (and Bear) both had cheese pizzas. Pizzas are excellent. Perfect size for 1 person. Staff were great. Hate giving one star, but can't even bring myself to give two. Was in Dahlonega at Christmas time and absolutely could not get into anywhere to eat. Saw 7Pie, not in the mood for pizza but not much choice. Surprised there were so few restaurants in the area. Was greeted and told it would be about 15 minutes even though we saw a handful of empty tables. So we stood by the door until they took us to a table, about 5 feet from the front door. Every time the door opened we got a blast of winter. A couple families came in and while waiting, some of them were resting their butts on the backs of the chairs at our table. Really polite crowd. Seemed really short on wait staff but the waiter came and took our order. My wife ordered pepperoni pizza and I ordered a dozen wings with extra ranch. A few minutes later he came back and said they were out of bone-in wings but they had boneless wings. He said he's never had them but heard they were good, whatever, I was hungry. We watched several tables of people who arrived after us, get their food way before us, and some leave before we got our food. A waitress was running around trying to find the owner for a pepperoni pizza but never came to our table. She gave it to a large group several tables away. Then the waiter brought my wings, but no pepperoni pizza and no extra ranch. He said it should be right out but I can assure you that was my wife's pizza floating around. About ten minutes later her greasy, slapped together pizza arrived. We've had better frozen pizzas, reminded me of what you'd get under a heat lamp at a gas station. Could not believe they brought me a dozen LARGE boneless wings, large amount of meat, but they were MASSIVELY breaded and greasy. When I finished there had to be 1/2" of grease floating in the basket. Took remaining pizza with us and my wife ate it the next day, and it did not sit well with her at all. Really disappointed but I guess if this is what people want, this is where to get their daily requirement of grease. Just not our cup o' tea. Ordered takeout at prime lunch time and the service was good, but everything after that was just ok. They ran out of pizza boxes so they shoved my pizza into two salad containers and called it a day, just for the UNG Dining Hall pizza to taste better. 7 Pie Dahlonega, GA. Service was great. However, the entire pizza crust was burnt black. I should have sent it back but I was hungry and didn't want to embarrass the person that I was eating with. About halfway through, neither of us could stomach any more burnt crust. When our server asked if we needed anything else, I pointed out that the crust was severely burnt. She offer to find out if she could give us a 10 percent discount which she did. We scraped the cheese and pepperoni off of the pizza and left the burnt crust on the tray. Won't be ordering pizza again from them if I ever return. Sad because the flavor was good. read more

Definitely will never be back to 7 Pie! Thier waitress slash bartender, put some horrible things about me and called me horrible names on social media and stated that eat there "weekly" ( maybe 8 times since they opened) and sit at the bar with my grandson. I've eaten here maybe three times with my son, at the bar, and I have eaten here probably two other times at the bar without my son. The reason we sit at the bar is because I lost my husband, which happens to be my son's dad. We sit at the bar because it's too hard emotionally for us to sit at a table without my husband , his father. Especially when we sit at a table without my beloved husband that is now deceased and watch other families sit at a table together is too hard on us. It was suggested in our grief counseling that we sit at the bar specially since I enjoy watching sports and we are not at a table thinking about his absence. Since this restaurant judges the reason why I sit at the bar with my son, mind you, I do not drink alcohol, I will never return, nor will I patron any restaurant they have interest in or own. read more

I love sitting at the bar and grabbing a pizza or chicken fingers and a salad. There are a lot of delicious options on the menu. I have had great service and I love that the outside deck is dog friendly. Plus the kids enjoy playing corn hole outside. Great food, great prices! So glad 7pie came to Dahlonega! read more

Waited over an hour for our pizzas because they burnt them, and instead of remaking them immediatel they added them back to the end of the order line as if we had just placed the order. when we told the bartender we were planning on just leaving she said the the kitchen still had 15 pizzas heard of ours mind you this is after we had already been waiting an hour and they burnt our pizzas. read more

I went at 3:00 to order a to go pizza. There was one table filled and one at the bar. There were a lot of workers present. I decided to order their supreme version. Toppings were sparse except for tons of onions. I was told to wait at the bar and after what took a really long time I finally got my pizza. I was told "sorry it has been done for a while and it out it in the warming bin". So I basically waited around for my pizza when it had been done. Wish I knew what it tasted like if it was hot and fresh out of the pizza oven. Disappointed with salad options. There weren't options.
